On the way to work a few days ago, my car started making a loud noise when I accelerated. I took a video of it just for reference, and the noise ended up stopping. I still wanted to have it looked at though because I have a road trip next week and didn’t want to be breaking down anywhere. The first place I took it to wasn’t sure what caused the noise, but said everything looked good except one part. I just didn’t feel confident in them and still felt a little uneasy because they couldn’t tell me for sure what caused that noise. When I went to Tom for a second opinion, he told me right away what it was and that I was safe to drive until I was able to get it fixed. Thanks Tom! I felt so much better knowing that I’m good to go for now until I have money to get that part fixed.Also, I have had work done here one time before and it was reasonably priced and they did a great job. Friendly people too :)

Tom is a life line to those that don’t know enough about cars to know if you are getting a good or bad deal or if the repair suggested is really right to begin with!He is honest and trustworthy more than any other auto repair place in town and I don’t think it’s even close.Take your car there and know you are getting a fully honest and transparent diagnosis of your cars issues.It’s worth the drive if you aren’t in the plano or north Dallas area.....go here and be done with the over priced and dishonest repair places.1000% recommend as I’ve been going here for many years and not one bad experience.....it’s been exceptional each and every time.

Convenient tire repair, as I caught a nail. Put 43 pounds in my Mustang tire. Thank God for sensors and carrying my own pressure guage. I let the excess out and told two of them standing together that it was too much and voukd cause damage.

The experience follows the name. My wife and I have been using Tom for years. Tom is a great guy and a great mechanic. We are always happy with his service and just like the name says hes honest with his opinions on what we need and dont need.Like most people, when your mechanic tells you something I usually shrug my shoulders and ask him what he thinks I should do - only with Tom I know hes giving me the answer hed make if he was in my position.Finding a good and trustworthy mechanic is hard to do. It is a life saver to have that with Honesty Automotive.

This automotive shop was a true blessing for me and my husband!! We took our truck to another shop 3 different times and had to pay to tow it there twice, paid over $1100 while they continued to make our truck worse to the point of it being un-drivable for the last 3 weeks. I could tell just by calling and speaking to Tom over the phone and explaining our situation that he was very knowledgeable so we took a chance even though We were afraid to after the nightmare we had experienced with the other auto shop. I picked our truck up today after them only having it for one day and it is running perfectly just like it use too. The expense to correct the mistakes of the other auto shop was so minimal I was shocked!! I think I told Tom God bless you million times. What a relief!! The name of this shop is 100% accurate they are honest and they know what they are doing!! Love Honesty auto true the there name

Ive been taking all of my vehicles to Honesty for over a year. Tom bills you for only the work he does, he doesnt pad his hours. If it takes 35 minutes for him to fix something, he charges you for 35 minutes of his time.Nice to have a mechanic that has his level of expertise AND integrity!

A friend recommended this place to me two times. The first time i called them and told that i was in the process of buying a car, could they have a look at the engine etc. He gave me a date for 3 days later.The second time, this morning i woke up to a flat tire. My friend again recommeded this place. I called them again. They told me to bring ir in two days. I said i have to change the tire, could they advise me what to do. The guy told.me to take it to a place called g*** tire. I could not hear the name well, and asked him to repeat it. He hanged up the phone on me.I highly recommend you to not call or go to this place. They do not want your business.

Contacted this place for some quotes on a lot of work for my vehicle.Never got a response.I would think that honesty also goes with integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.Obviously not.

Finally, a place where I can go leave my car and feel secure that the issue is taken care of the first time due to the competent mechanic!!

Gets the job done in time and price is right. I would recommend them to all my friends and families.

Brought my car in for tie rod end replacement, 300 dollars lower than any other repair shop I got estimates from. Wont be going to anyone else for auto repair!!
