Could not be happier with my car buying experience than I am with Audi Plano!!! My salesperson Samuel Yeager, was knowledgeable on every aspect and functionality of my Audi A5 Sportback. He highlighted key characteristics and walked me through everything there was to know about the car before I left the lot. I worked with Marcio Velasquez(Finance) and Erick Alonso(sales). They were great. I did everything over the phone and in another state. Not only did they find the car that I wanted. They also gave me a great price and also asked me my budget and actually got my car note payments lower than what I projected. I never met them in person because of the distance but they were able to send and show me videos of my vehicle. They also had my Jeep Grand Cherokee hand delivered to my home. I’m a very happy customer and I’d recommend them to anyone in that area.

I walked in last night and there were two receptionists up front. A sweet older woman and a very rude plain looking younger one. The woman was sweet but the younger one had RBF and was very unpleasant/unhelpful. They’re the first person someone sees or interacts with upon entering the dealership, she should be properly trained in customer service skills. Everything else was great, but if I could give less stars for her specifically I would.

My salesperson delivered as good of service as this dysfunctional and poorly managed dealership would allow him to. I was mislead about a few things by multiple people about the vehicle including maintenance that was supposedly done but wasnt. Pretty sure it was not intentional, just a lack of their people knowing whats going on. It has been 2 weeks since I bought my 2021 Audi and still am waiting for even an ETA for the missing key they are supposedly going to get to me. Communication is terrible here. Getting a manger to even talk to me was like pulling teeth. Messages left for the GM went unanswered. I continue to call and text not get a specific answer about the key. I am surprised Audi lets these guys put their logo and name on this dealership. Ive gotten far better service at dealerships where I spent less on less prestigious brands. I would have paid more to be taken care of better elsewhere if I knew it would be like this going in. Also they only filled the car to a half tank and it was sort-of clean when I picked it up! Seriously?

I went into the Audi dealership with no expectations except that I wanted to test drive an Audi A4. I had intended to purchase a vehicle at another dealership but I had to do this first. Well needless to say, I left Audi of Plano with a brand new Audi A4. I had Reggie Boone as the salesman, he was so laid back and made it so easy to decide exactly what my choice was going to be. There was no pressure, he just made it happen and that is the part I appreciate. He listened. As for my Audi, I just love, love, love it.
Unfortunate experience Review 1/2 due to character limit-Vehicle not delivered as promised, Chadi Bouazzi-Finance team was a terrible experience, Ms. Castro and her SupervisorSale experience-The facility had the truck I was looking for at a good price. After looking at it I was surprised with how dirty it was, bear in mind that this is a used vehicle. We could not make a deal due to my trade in value which is understandable since it was a quite old car. This was a good opportunity for me to show my 12 year old how one thing can be said but not really done. “10-15 minutes” for them to look at my car. 30 minutes later I walked my kid back to show her our sales representative working with another family, not concerned about returning our car so we could get on our way. We received our car after walking up and asking for the keys. We left.Monday I receive a email notifying me the price had been reduced on the truck, I thought about it for a day. Tuesday I posted my car on Craigslist and had it sold in 4 hours (I did call the sales man before I finalized my car sale to make sure the truck was there). I called the sales man and asked to hold the truck and get the paperwork ready and I was bringing my own financing and a cashiers check for the rest. He assured me he would have everything ready to go.I arrived at the dealership a hour later with my loan pre approval number and a cashiers check for the total amount on the sales slip that was emailed to me. The sales person did not have anything ready. We agreed on the price. A scratch, a wheel repair and the truck to be detailed was part of the agreement. We went through some standard paperwork.This is the moment where I lost 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back.Finance experience-The finance team stepped in. The sales person brought me a finance document, I explained that I already had forwarded him the loan approval number, he insisted I just needed to sign the document as part of the standard procedure, I explained the document did not have the correct amount that was going to be financed and again he insisted “standard procedure” and it would get worked out with the Finance team. I was told just a couple of minutes that turned into a hour.Once the finance lady greeted me we began talking about financing and I clearly explained I had my own financing, she then shows me the document the sales person had insisted I sign and asked me why I signed it! We talk in circles for 5 minutes, I begin to get frustrated and its starting to show, she then tells me I don’t need to get a attitude with her. This is when I get up and walk to the sales manager Murad Muriasy who has been pleasant so far. I express my frustration and ask why I can’t leave a check for more than half the vehicle, do my financing and purchase a truck (really a big request I guess). He assures me everything is fine and they will fix it.Then the Finance manager (I never got his name). He explains how they are all trying to help me and the loan number I gave them is not what they need but will not tell me what they need because they are “helping me” and have given me almost the same rate as the loan I came in with. Of course theirs is more but they’ll match it to “help me”. So back with the finance lady I go, to the office and sit at the desk. She is also frustrated now and begins asking me if I “go to work for free” and how do I expect them to “work for free” so I take a mental time out and call my bank while she is typing away. Turns out my pre approval was done incorrectly earlier in the day and they are actually going to give me a interest rate 1.5% lower than before. So much for all the “help” I was receiving from Plano Audi. The finance lady begins to get frustrated with the conversation I’m having with my bank, literally flings papers across the desk to me and ask me to leave her office if I’m going to be on the phone because what she is telling me is confidential and “I can’t be on hold with the bank during this conversation”.
First time Audi buyer, and I’m not disappointed! I was a little hesitant to buy a car I have only seen on the website but everything turned out perfect. Thanks Adrian for making this process smooth and painless.
I got my first Q5 car here from 2014 and i tried them again for my new Q8On the websites new Q8 interest rate 0.99%. I talked with sale man he is totally nice and i got appointments next day to get the carHe was off and sent me to Rosa sale manager.. i was fine even she didn’t take any commission on the sale so she didn’t have to be nice.. I understand that. I didn’t want sign paper for interest rate cause it said 1,99% i told her I qualified for 0.99%. She let Evelyn financial woman talked to me and tried to convinced me “ this year is different business loan for car is 1.99% “I told her i will go to another dealership so they will give me 0.99% she told me “ it will be the same rate for business. “ i signed all paper i thought it was right, i lived 2 and half hour away from Audi Plano i kept tell her i ‘m late i just need Audi Care.. and she mad at me she said she need to do her process and blab blab… about all insurance for windshields, for brake for battery… i told her i just need Audi care … she was strict and mean that how i felt about her .i thought i got unlucky that day. I loved my car and show my friend about it and 1week later I brought my friend to Audi Tulsa they gave her 0.99% for her Q5 and i helped my cousin to finance for another Q5, i use my business to loan for it . I found out Audi Tulsa gave me 0.99% on business loan.. Finally Evelyn from Audi Plano got me.. i called her next day i want she fix my interest rat and she hang up on me and kept tell me nothing can change if i want 0.99 from another dealer just trade my car ..So this is first and last comment for Audi Plano.. even i liked sale man but the financial woman was the problem. Be careful with finance paper.. say NO if u felt it’s not right.. another dealer will give u more chance and treat u a better way u deserved..
As a busy professional, I pay extra for luxury, but what some Audi dealerships forget is that most individuals who pay extra for luxury also want convenience. Whenever I take my vehicle in for service, I have many convenient options such as a loaner vehicle (which most of the time are their top-of-the-line vehicles), a ride back home, and/or they will drop off your car at your door.In comparison to Audi Plano, my experience at Audi Grapevine was disappointing to say the least.
Devin in the Collisions center took great care of my Audi S4. He is an excellent communicator and kept me informed and up date on my repair. Only OEM parts, if you want your car to be returned as good as pre accident. This is the spot.
The dealership was able to search for the particular vehicle with the option and colour we wanted. They had to ship the vehicle from another town, but ensure we got what we wanted. The entire process was seamless and stress free.

Overall, buying a car here was an average experience. Im the type of consumer that does a ton of research before coming to the dealership so I typically already know my numbers and am only there to see a specific car Ive predetermined is a deal Im willing to go for. That being said, I dont know how this dealership handles a more open to options customer. I got paired up with Tracy Crawford as my salesperson. Tracy was nice enough through the test drive portion and gave us good information about the car and the Audi brand in general. Tracy uses the typical salesperson technique of asking questions you can easily say yes to in order to continue getting you to say yes to actually buying the car as well typical customer objection handling. Personally, I hate these tactics. I prefer a more genuine sales experience where I feel like someone just wants to help me accomplish my goals (which was buying a bigger car for my family). After negotiating the deal and pricing for the trade ins, we were passed to Evelyn for financing. Honestly, Evelyn provided really excellent service and options for financing. She was quick and efficient and personable - she bumped this review from one star to three stars easily. She demonstrated the sales techniques I personally enjoy as a consumer, which was just helping me acommolish something I already decided was right for me.
Adrian the sales rep and Steven M the finance agent were awesome. Walk in and was helped right away; answered all my questions and the purchasing process was quick and painless. Would definitely come 🙂

I want to take the time out to thank Gino Bresolin once again for helping with my trade in of my financed 2020 Audi Q3 for a new Black optic package with 20” rims w/ Sport Seats 2021 Audi Q3. It all started when I had to do some maintenance on my 2020 Q3 and was given a 2021 Loaner Q3 with the Black Optic package w/ Sport seats in Turbo Blue. I only drove it for 3 days and can already tell the difference in vehicles handled better and comfortable seating. That’s when I realized I wanted the new 2021 Audi Q3 with the package I wanted and color. I immediately contacted Gino Bresolin, internet sales manager at Audi of Plano to inquire about the vehicle I was looking for. He went into action quickly and found the vehicles I was looking for and scheduled me to come into look at the vehicle I choose. I sat down with Gino and he was great as usual breaking down everything with the financed 2020 Audi Q3 I was currently paying on to him helping me understand that it would be best to Lease the new vehicle. This was the best option for me considering that I will eventually be trading this one after a few years for a new vehicle again. Once I made my decision to go with leasing Gino took me through everything that I wanted for my lease and passed over to Steven Massey, who is the Audi Plano finance guy to help me through all the paperwork. I was able to drive off in a brand new leased 2021 Audi Q3 with the package I requested. I can’t thank Gino and Steven enough for everything.

While showing me additional service options, he explained what each one was for so that I knew exactly what I would be paying for. We test drove several vehicles with sales person Gino and landed on the Q8. Gino was referred to us from our long time service writer Michael Bush. Gino is transparent, helpful and eager to assist.Audi Plano has serviced our A6/Q5 for last seven years. We decided to trade the 13’ Q5 for a 19’ Q8. The Q8 was at a CO AutoNation store and had to be transferred to Tx. The transaction was not perfect or seamlist, but Gino kept us updated and resolved every issue before it became a problem.We dealt with Andrew in Finance. We gave him the opportunity to earn our business (we had our own credit union financing) and he made it somewhat painless offering options and good rates. Andrew was to the point and made every attempt to close the deal.Buying a cars is never fun, the process can be challenging to say the least. The current shortage of inventory makes the process even more painful.I will happily refer Plano Audi to anyone.

Public thanks to Eli, the Audi serviceman who helped me recently. I arrived at the Plano service center, without an appointment, to see if they could potentially volunteer to help me with a minor problem with my rear license plate. I just explained the issue and Eli confirmed it was an Audi related issue (with the length of the bracket threads). He couldn’t promise to fix it, but successfully removed the stuck screws from the nearly stripped bracket anyway, using a couple tools and some strength. He replaced the frame with the new one I provided and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! My friend and I struggled with the bracket the day before, and tried a couple other times on my own… and so I was very happy Eli was so enthusiastic to help without charging me anything. It’s just a little thing relative to all others, but it made my day — especially since I’m a new Audi owner and new to Plano. Thanks again! 😊

This dealership is great!! As soon as you walk in they greet you and make you feel very comfortable. Their customer service is awesome!! I had already been talking to a sales rep, and they spent no time in contacting him. He explained all the details in full, and was very helpful in getting us a very good deal. We even had some of the finance officers come out to meet us, which in any other dealership has never happened. And the staff actually shows you that they do want your business, and will do what they can to get and keep your business. I would highly recommend this place!!

The Mazda6 was still being inspected but he called the minute it was ready so we could be the first to check it out. Bought it. It had a small spot that needed fixing - day 1/2 later it’s like it never existed. Even did more detailing I wasn’t expecting 🙌 Finance was challenging despite my Capital One loan offer for vehicle VIN with a spot on loan summary. He ended up clocking out leaving it unfinished but Gino stepped up 👍 and found Evelyn to help. My phone call to Capital and she got his error straightened out. Yay Evelyn! Everyone drops the ball. Sat for FIVE hours for them to ultimately tell me they were unable to find a nail or cause of the leak in one of my tires nor replace three of my tires... no other options were offered by Gilbert, the service rep I was assigned to. I will have to figure out how to get the tires replaced somehow. At least they washed my car I guess 🥴Update: took the car to Discount Tire and they found the leak in less than thirty minutes...
I am happy with the car, the staff and most everything. it was a smooth transaction for the most part. Here is the part I am not happy with:I talked to my sales person, Reggie; great guy. I was a bit hesitant because I had seen several similar cars listed 4k-5k below the one I had seen there, which was a 911. I received a text from the sales person and I agree to go in to look at the car again. We agreed that I would receive at no cost front new tires.... that was a huge deal for me! A day before I was suppose to arrive, corporate dropped the price of the car $1500.00; Which motivated me to go there a day early and purchase the car.... HOWEVER, once I was signing the paperwork the price of the car had not been adjusted, therefore, the asked the manager to adjust the price and he took AWAY my new no cost front tires.....!!! I felt that it was NOT right for me to have to be penalized and not get my tires because corporate had dropped the price of the car... If corporate would have not dropped the price of the car, I dont think I would have purchased the car.... TELL ME WHAT DO YOU THINK..... WAS IT RIGHT THAT I GET PENALIZED?

When my car broke down the week of Christmas 2020, Audi Plano was more than willing to make an exception and get me in. This was my first visit to the location for service and it worked out since I work very close. Skye explained the process right from the start and made sure they had a loaner car for me so I could make it home since the repairs would take a while. He always kept me updated on the next steps and kept me in the loop about any delays. All the staff here are great and very accommodating. Highly recommend Audi Plano service department.

I have to honestly say this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. My sales person Adrian was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Not once did I feel pressured. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process from start to finish. The finance manager Steven was very patient and went above and beyond. Easy to set appointment. Loan car was ready to go after checking in my car. Called me within 2 hours after investigating car, clearly explained the problems and subsequent recommendations. Opted for no repair at this time and no fee was charged. This was my first visit but very impressed with quality of service and employees. Would definitely return for future service and comfortable in recommending to others.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Audi Plano. More specifically with Israel Velasquez. He was fantastic to work with, he gave us comfort in truly knowing the brand especially with this being our first Audi vehicle. While the brand was unfamiliar, Israel’s knowledge assured us it was the right choice. He also took the time to show me in detail every feature the car has to offer before we left the lot. He provided customer service that far exceeded our expectations. Very pleased with the experience through and through. Would recommend you go to Audi Plano. This was not the closest one to our home but the hour drive there was well worth it.
The staff quoted a few hundred dollars for fixing the back license plate’s lights, but ended up being costing more than double. They also said the gasket needed to be replaced due to oil leakage, yet I’ve seen no leaks on my garage’s floor.

I’ve never owned a European vehicle, but we stopped by here while looking for a new SUV due to needing more space with our son about to be born and we were helped like we were family, and was happy to work with everyone who we came into contact with there and ended leaving with our new Q7. We love the vehicle, and the people here are wonderful. I definitely suggest getting a vehicle from here!Edit — and, I do this very, very hesitantly, because I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but although my review was five stars, I’m now reducing it to two stars due to the continued experience I’ve had with them and their pretty lackluster sales representatives.After my sale was complete, my sales rep basically acted like I’m an annoyance, disregarding my messages, giving me useless information on setting up the MyAudi app, and just being overall rude to me after I had made him money. Once the commission was over, I’m pretty certain I went to the back of his “give-a-dang book”.
My experience at Audi Plano has been nothing but outstanding. The first few months was taking advantage of the free car washes; staff is great and exspeedient! When I came in for an oil change your Service Professional Hunter made my experience super pleasant and highly satisfactory. I then I ended up having a tire replaced and Hunter tracked down my warranty, kept me abreast with pick up times right on time. Im a single female and appreciate the care and positively outrageous customer service from the asset you have in Hunter. Thanks soooo much!!
The service department has been really good in the past, but for my most recent state inspection they had a 3 hour+ wait despite having allowed me to schedule the appointment in advance. They need to update their online and phone scheduling tools to match their equipment capacity.
