Horrible horrible, my nails have never looked so bad in my life. Very sloppy, nails look like they were just slapped on. Started lifting within 3 days . Do not recommend I will never go back there.

No happy about the lady who was there taking care of the other costumer was nice the one who take care of me Took my powder dip nails off with a nail clipper instead soaking with nail polish remover and the regular normal stuff I told her was painful and she said is your fault not mine then she ask me if I had kids very dissatisfied with the place

Clean, affordable, friendly and they do a nice job with my nails. The gels last for weeks without flaws. This is my go-to place for nails in Plaistow.See my photo of 4th of July themed gel manicure. This is a month later and it is just starting to chip. #1 Nails manicures last longer than those of anyplace else Ive been. Ive received lots of compliments on this design, even from guys.

Kay stayed past her shift to do a manicure/pedicure! Fab job, this will be my go-to for nails.

My SIL went in for a fill, as her go to nail place was closed for renovations. They told her they were charging her an extra $5 because she didnt get the original set done by them. Is that even legal?!?!?!?

Love my nails!! Kim knows just how I like them and they look amazing every time I leave. Shes always as accommodating as she can be and has squeezed me in for a quick fix. Love her!! 🤗❤️

Nice lady, great manicure

This place is great, sometimes it can be a bit of a wait during peak hours, but you can call ahead and schedule an appointment to help with that. The quality of their work is outstanding, and when I bring my boyfriends daughter with me they are always so sweet with her. Prices are reasonable and the staff is all very nice.

The person who greeted me was extremely nice and pleasant... the one who waited on me was rude and acted like it was a painful chore to do my nails. She seemed aggravated to the point of being very rough when she was filing my nails. She filed them so hard that my fingers are still throbbing with pain.

No one else is ever allowed to touch my nails or face but these women. They have taken absolute top notch care of me when I see them. They work well with my busy filming schedule and are always there for me in a time crunch. Best place ever for a spa day! Thanks for my awesome nails for the last movie! They looked great!

I have been going to these girls for almost 10 years. Reliable,clean,consistent and they keep relevant with new techniques and designs. Love this place.

Great service

I use to come her for my acrylic nails and then took them off. I got acrylic nails again a year later and the staff is still consistent and friendly. My nails always come out perfect! They never lift or break even after 2 weeks! I will always recommend this place.

I have been going to this salon on and off for years (only stopped because i was out of work and stopped doing my nails all together).I tried a few other salons that were more popular when the time came to do my nails again, but i found myself going back to this salon because i dont high prices and need frills, i need my nails done, period. They have good prices and are friendly. I have been going to Tee for all these years and she does a great job.

Every time i come They do an amazing job on my nails and last 3 weeks ( which is great for when i cant Come in at 2 weeks). I always Have a design in mind and they do great at replicating it. Got my pedicure for the first time here with my mom and they took very good care of us. We both have certain allergies and they assured us what we used was ok, and it was! I smudged my baby toe when checking if it was dry and they came and fixed it for me( even after i said I would) they wouldn’t let me and came over to do it. Will definitely keep my business here!!

I walked in to have my nails done. even though there were no other clients the owner told me to come back. I came back within 30min & she had 3 other people there doing their nails. She didnt say anything to me and after waiting an additional 30min she told me she could not see me. I really feel like she discriminate against me because I am Latina. Shame on you!!! My money is just as good as everyone elses. I will be telling all of my friends--white and Latina not to use this shop. Lets boycott her!!!!

Me and my aunt went there. Totally rushed out nails. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Lady cut my fingers. And needed a fill less then a week. Also the lady who did my aunts cut her fingers too. Very disappointed. And upset about it

If I could give zero stars I would. I was so excited to get my nails done today, and I was taken right away. After the woman doing my nails repeatedly asking me to do the ombré (more expensive) I said sure and went with it. While the nail color is nice, she cut the skin around my Nails, being very rough and rude when I would ask her to fix the evenness of the nail shape. And did not listen when I told her I would like my Nails short. I left and came back to ask for them shorter since I couldn’t even type on my phone. She scolded me, visibly irritated and made me feel so embarrassed for simply asking for a short length...something I originally asked for. My nails are so uneven and bumpy. I paid $55 for a full set that I absolutely hate and I am so so so disappointed. Will not be coming back.

The girl who did my nails did an excellent job. She didnt really say anything to me the whole time but Im sure it was a language thing. I wasnt happy about paying $30 for a fill! I usually can get them for $15-20. When I left no one said anything to me either but my nails are on point♡ dont think ill be going back untol they lower the prices for a fill.

I’m actually shocked at the service here. I got the owner and she was on her phone the whole time she was doing my nails and pedi... The price list says $30 for mani/pedi and I was charged $45 because I got gel on my hands. $15 extra for gel?! And it’s all over my fingers! I guess you get what you pay for.. awful service I’ll never go back!

Probably the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. The workers were in such a rush and not very friendly, I got acrylics and the woman didn’t even ask me what length I wanted them she just cut them without asking making them way shorter than I like. After she already cut them she asked me if the length was okay and I wasn’t gonna say no since they were already all glued on....they aren’t even at all super bumpy and looks very rushed. Cheap price but you get what you pay for. Will not be coming back here

I will never go back to this salon! I decided to try this salon Saturday b4 Easter and pleasantly surprised they were not busy (3 other patrons in salon)The gentleman proceeded to remove my gel manicure w/the electric file they use on fake nails. While taking gel off he took a personal phone call,very disrespectful. My nails have done nothing but split and peel since he filed the tops of them. Ill asuming they have to grow out b4 they will be back to normal.

The lady who assisted me and my two younger sisters was really nice. However, the owner wasnt as pleasant. Especially when one of my nails got smudged. The first time, they told me I was finished but when I went to pull down my pant leg, the paint smudged. The second time, the fibers from the cotton ball were in the paint. Although it was fixed for free each time, I felt dismissed and her reaction to me made me embarrassed in front of the other customers. I gave the place 3 stars because the facility wasnt bad and the lady assigned to me was caring enough. However, the owner was dismissive and on her phone when I walked in and when I attempted to pay.

I tried giving this nail salon a chance 3 times I went and the last time was it. I had my toes which she didnt do anything to other than scrub the bottoms and then painted and then I had a fill with that shellac polish that had been pushed on me to get for an extra 10$ on my fingers, she cut me several times with the drill as well. an hour after I left the salon all the polish started bubbling and peeling off. I went back the next morning and they were so rude and only took the polish off two fingers instead of re painting all of them, needless to say after I left the nail polish started bubbling and peeling off them all again. I highly recommend going somewhere else

You get what you pay for is all I can say. They may be the cheapest nail place in the area, but the worst. Pay the extra $ and go elsewhere. My French Mani / pedi is not even, Ill probably have to go to another salon to have it redone. I didnt even get a real Mani, she just did my nails while I was in the pedi chair. It was not busy! There were manicure tables opens, but I paid full price for half ass service. They all were VERY rude and carry on in their language. Maybe pay attention to your customers instead of talking about them and the services you perform might be quality. I have been to many other nail salons where they treat you nice and refrain from socializing with each other. The older Asian lady that works there is definitely the ringleader, she is loud and obnoxious. You would think shed set an example. I dont know how this place stays busy... Never again!

Just moved to the area and am desperately looking for my new nail salon. after 2 back to back strike outs at other local salons (nails chipping/bad customer service) i call this place. Let me tell you...the entire time i was getting my nails done, i was writing this review in my head.I needed a gel manicure. I was greeted fine and told to pick my color. i was handed the color swabs...not that many options.I was told to sit in a seat that had a womans purse in it. i just stood there waiting for someone to notice. no one did for about 8 minutes. The i was told to sit somewhere else, so i did. then i was told to move again. my nail tech was a man. he literally didnt say 1 word to me. he removed my old gel polish with the electric file they use for acrylics.Ive been getting gel for 6 years not and NEVER have the completely removed my old polish with that tool. usually i soak and scrape. Well he removed all of it, rough. i though for sure every finger would be bleeding. filing so close to my skin, felt like it was on fire. Then he filed my nails sloppy and quick. 2 strokes per nail. didnt ask a shape or length. then was the manicure time... a bowl with ice cold water for my hands to sit in. this is the best part...the tools he used were NOT clean. they were in a bowl next to him...definitely used on the woman before me. so solution at all to sterilize them. he did a few scrapes and trimmed my cuticles. the only thing he said to me was washhe painted my nails with the wrong color and i just couldnt. i just needed to be done. he got a 0 tip and was reported to the department of public health for un-sanitary conditions.

The women went way to fast used a fake nail to rip off my nails hurt terribly. Broke one of my real nail from going to fast. I asked for a French gel manicure. Looks terrible the old nail filler was not taken off properly and shows thru the manicure. One nail is terrible crooked. Cuticles awful. I will never go here again.

I will never go back here dirty place n rude people. I got toe fungus n I know it was from there I’m disgusted !!! Now I have to deal with this!

This is one of the worst nail salons Ive ever been to. First of the guy destroyed the shape of my toe nails....Polish never dried for the hour it took to do my nails. He again destroyed the shape of my nails and filed them at a slant and then down to nubs. Im incredibly upset and now my toe nails r still not dry 2 hours later. The French mani is uneven every where. Terrible .....I rate them at a negative 5stars

When taking off my acrylics, they cut my pinky nail and it split and bled. I was not given the soak removal I asked for and they cut my nails down super short when I asked them not to. I was very unhappy with my service.

Terrible salon!! Got a mani and a pedi with jell Sillack gels to shellac polish, not only was it way over priced but my nails were all chipped in 3 days!!! Got my eye brows waxed as well and they look terrible she took pieced of hair out of the middle of my eye brows leaving holes. I wouldnt recommend number 1 nails to anyone!

I am from out of town and went here with two other girls. I got a full gel set and they got gel manicures. My nails all popped off less than a week later and the gel nail polish chipped on all three of our nails. The staff was also very rude, find a different nail salon!

Go somewhere else. I wish I had seen these reviews before going to this salon. They rushed and were sloppy. The woman in charge was rude and when she cut my partners cuticles, she took a huge chunk of skin out beside her nail and now it is infected.

First time here. Made an appointment but when I got there she was on break...eating lunch? No conversation, no questions but nails came out ok.
