I got a full set of acrylics, which normally come out amazing here. Unfortunately this time my nail tech, Hannah, did not take proper hygiene measures while rushing through my set. Now that my set has been removed I have not one, but TWO fungal infections. Besides that, I also had asked for coffin nails & got square.

Filthy. No point in making appt for 3 if they only assign us 2 techs. Pedicure was mediocre at best. Tech didnt understand a word of English so explaining shape on manicure was futile. Very hot in the salon. Cashier did not give me a total, just ran my card and, of course, overcharged. Chairs were old and uncomfortable. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. We have no reason to return.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Over and hour later and this is what my nails looked like because I filed off the acrylic after my nails being soaked for a lifetime! It wasn’t till I said I was leaving and filed the acrylic off myself that they came over and said just a few more minutes, to don’t worry!!! I’ll never be coming back. Don’t overbook yourself to a point where there are multiple customers complaining because they all have been waiting for over an hour to get their nails done. I had made an appointment ahead of time too!

Got a full set they didn’t dry didn’t cut of push my cuticle,cut me, wasn’t on time, please don’t come here!

This was my first time going to this nail salon and after looking it up on Google, I decided to call on a whim on a Saturday afternoon to see if I could get in for an appointment within 15 minutes. Even though they were super busy, they got me right in! They were so efficient with how many customers were there, it was impressive. I was blessed enough to have Lucy do my pedicure and she did such a wonderful, very thorough job! My toes came out beautifully and she went above and beyond to make it such a nice experience. She was so sweet and I will definitely be back to see her again!

This was one of the worst experiences ever. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I had surgery in my foot several years back and one toe has a discolored nail. Every year for the summer I get a pink and white French to cover it for the summer, They tell me no literally no they wouldnt do the pink. I continued and they were extremely rough with my hands, and caused my nails to hurt. After when getting nails done they modified my design even after telling them what I wanted. I was told no and in condescending tone, thats too much and maybe next time you can get all of them done. I have NEVER been treated so horrific and disgusting EVER! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WARN ALL TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE RIGHT AND THEY WAY YOU WANT, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!!

Best nail salon in New Hampshire, clean, reasonable prices. They always do exactly what I want great quality nails. Fun bunch of lady’s!!! I definitely recommend checking them out you will not be disappointed.

HORRIBLE! I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure this afternoon on 8/4/2021 and I was so unhappy from the start. The owner did my pedicure and manicure and let me just say, RUDE. I spent almost $100 on services and my nails were the worse they’ve ever been. I went to K Nails right after and they fixed them. The nail tech over at K Nails couldn’t believe how uneven, and overall messy with the gel they were with my nails.

Not only did the tech not know what he was doing, the owner let me leave in tears because of how unhappy I was. 3 hours and 200$ later I come home and my nails are already peeling. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate

My mom and I had an appointment at 12:15. We werent seen till 1:00. We were rushed, only being helped for 20 mins, and they didnt file or grind down or nails. Both of our nails came out terrible. Mine were lumpy and uneven. The color was not what I wanted but they were out of the first 3 I chose. I left and immediately went somewhere else to have it fixed.

Like others have said they switch up prices way too much i went there for basic design super easy and they tried to charge me 90 after i was quoted 75 and my daughters nails colorful ombre flowers rhinestones long as hell 95...hows that make sense? Theyll never got our business again.

I made an appointment today around 1pm for 6:30. I arrived on time. I had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated and another 5-10 to start. I’m not complaining though! With all that’s been going on with the pandemic, businesses being closed and now being able to reopen under certain circumstances... they did the absolute best they could do. I’m very happy with my nails. Let me say also is that I only came because a friend of mine came last week and I loved her nails. I had went to Salem Color Nails in Salem NH and I was not happy with my full set gel French manicure. If you were looking for a professional nail salon with great service and good pricing I would recommend Billy’s Nail Salon in Plaistow!

The only reason why this establishment does not get five stars is because the lady who seems like the owner, the older one, does an awful job and is very rude and rushes through peoples nails finest focus on quality. I could even tell from a distance this happening to other people with her. Every other employee at this place is amazing and does amazing jobs and should get a raise and that lady, don’t know how she got a nail tech license. Thank gosh they only costed $40 but no tip was deserved.

I’ve never been disappointed with the way they do my nails. Every time I go a get a different person, and my nails have been amazing. I’ve not once had a bad experience either. This place is the only place that I go to get my nails done because I know I’ll get what I ask for. They are super nice and respectful. I’ve made appointments and had to wait at times, but it’s so worth the wait. They take their time as well to make sure that it’s nothing less than what you want.

I did a full set of acrylic nails in gel and a pedicure and they charge me $115.00 thats insanely expensive 😩Going there today to remove my acrylic and to do a new pedicure lets see how it goes

I had made an appointment for a fill and they made me wait an hour then only would do a polish change said they had no time for a fill 😒

This place is not worth a star! This is the second time that my daughter has made an appointment and went in here to sit for over 45 minutes waiting for her nails to get done! After telling her what chair to sit in they do not communicate anything with her! horrible business! Never again!!

I usually love them however today the women that did my nails clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Absolutely the nicest women however she ripped apart my fingers and did not know how to use the material. My gel was bubbley and uneven when I left. Upset that I almost always love it here! Will keep coming back though!

I understand if you walk in that you might have to wait, but when you make an appointment you should not have to wait. I had to wait over an hour for my 10 oclock appointment, to me that is not very good management and a total waste of my time. Every time they could see I was getting ready to walk out they would tell me theyd be with me in just a minute. Other than that they do a decent pedicure and manicure.

Gel is coming off in just a few days.

This review is not on a service. Other than the customer service. I called today to ask some questions I had a list of them. The woman who answered, answered my question of price. And without saying to hold on a moment or anything just started speaking to another person. Comes back and says shes in the middle of something I told her that I could call her back and she said no just come in. Well thats not what I was trying to do. I was trying to explain a situation. And find out what nail technician would be the best for my needs. She was very rude very rushed. And actually hung up on me. So despite the absolutely beautiful nail work that I have seen online. I will not be showing up to their doorstep anytime soon. Which is a shame because I am a loyal client. To Loves detailed nail work. Which is where their money comes from. I would like contact from a manager or owner.

Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. The salon was not clean and my manicurist did not wear gloves. I asked for a gel manicure and got one coat of gel polish and my nails air dried vs uv light - they chipped the day after. He also did not clean my nails at all, I was done in 15 minutes? Would not recommend and will not be going back.

I tried out BILLY’S Nail Salon today & they were very friendly over the telephone. Took me immediately! The young woman who did terrific work on my hands & my toes ( which were pampered with a great soaking, hot stone massage, etc)- I THANK YOU 🥰!She did outstanding work & I am definitely coming back!

Hannah is wonderful. She takes her time and showcases her skills. I’m pretty picky about how my nails are shaped- and she does a great coffin or stiletto.I would highly recommend Billy’s. Go see Hannah!

I recently got a full set and a pedicure. After four days the full set was popping off like some press on nails from the pharmacy. The pedicure was half done. Will not be returning, feel as if I gifted them $65!

Billys is fantastic. They never rush you out of there, the prices are very reasonable, & the work they do is always good. I tried them on a whim & now I wont go anywhere else!

Worst manicure ever. He cut my nails but didnt file them smoothly, so I still had jagged edges. When he painted my nails you could still see bare nail at the tips snd my thumbnail had bumps all over it so I was able to peel the polish off when I got home. I basically paid $30 for nothing. Very unsatisfied customer. I do not recommend this salon and I personally would never go back!@

The place is a pig pen... dirty and messy.... they reuse everything! Not going back!

Nice enough people, did a great job on the nail art, and ensured I was happy with how they looked before I left. However, when filing my nails, also filed my skin near nails, causing bleeding and pain/throbbing that lasted more than a few days. First time that has happened to me.. was not impressed.

I had gone to another nail salon less then a week ago and my nails were a mess from the start. I was told I should try Billys I went in not expecting they could even be fixed, and to my surprise they not only fixed them but they came out better then I expected. Ifrom now on I wont be going anywhere else but Billys.

Gel mani, regular pedi,. My nails all have dark areas on all nails and points that stick out along the sides. In and out in less than an hour! Never again!

They did a great job on her nails, but my wife paid the extra 5 dollars for the scrub and he just rubbed it off on the front of her leg, washed her feet, and then washed off the scrub from the front of her leg. He never rubbed it in, or massaged her leg.

I love Lucy down there, I drive over an hour just to go to her!

I have been there 3 times. I was satisfied the first 2. The third time the tech chopped my cuticles to bits. Tiny little hangnails that bothered me for over a week. Not going back.

Very good job on the nails I just got, my nail tech took her time and made sure my ombre blended out well, the shop is clean and there are a lot of color options and different ways to mix things up, like shape and designs, and they will do it. The nail techs listen and want to give you what youre looking for. Its a little expensive but for the service you get, Id say its well worth it.

I went in for Mother’s Day for a mani pedi. I made an appointment and it seemed a lot of groups did as well. It was pretty clear to me they don’t actually hold a spot for tappointments. All these mothers and daughters who came in saying “we have an appointment” were standing around each other while one got her nails done. Because of the backup, my manicurist was clearly rushing and did a very poor job. My gel manicure was thick and jagged around ten edges. My pedicure chipped after 9 days. It was also very expensive, the same I pay at a nice spa.

I got my nails done and they peeled off the next day. Also they pressured my into getting my lip waxed and I broke out not 5 minutes after it was done. I dont know what they did with the wax but it was not an allergic reaction because I use that wax all the time. I will not be coming back.

Why, why, why is it SO hard to find a nail place that actually gives its clients the quality of work they deserve for the price they pay for a service? I RARELY splurge on myself and getting my nails done is not typically a priority for me but, it was high time I did a little TLC for myself. Needless to say I was excited about getting my nails done and looking forward to the pampering. Unfortunately, I left extremely dissatisfied and upset! The lady who did my nails was nice but she rushed through the entire service. I repeatedly told her I wanted tapered nails and explained with pictures how I wanted them shaped. She brushed me off and said she would do it. I left with huge, thick, wide nails that couldn’t look any more fake. I specifically stated I wanted my acruclics to look as natural as possible. She didn’t even take the time to push down my cuticles or cut them. The tips are uneven, the acriloc isn’t even on top and is bumpy not smooth like it should be. Chunks of it are missing on th sides and the polish job was attrocius! I’m too nice and didn’t say anything. I even left a 20% tip. I plan to go back tomorrow and demand they redue this hack job. Services like this should be done right or don’t be in business at all. The end!

That do a great job but do t be nice to them.I am a person that don’t like a scene so I just won’t go back to the salon.I booked an appointment for 1 pm and got there early. They started my nails and when I asked for design they said “no, you have to do an appointment for design” and I said I had one I was just early. They kept saying they couldn’t do it. So I said I just want a clear nail polish and Billy said he will do my design but he was the one that screamed for me to have an appointment.I loved their work, I always tip and I never ever asked how much was a service. I don’t like to be mistreated so I am not going back.
