Laurie washed and cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. She was very pleasant, when I go back I will ask for her.

This location denied me service because I have a health condition that does not allow for me to wear a mask. I informed the woman that mask mandates were no longer required by the state of New Hampshire and I was promptly told to mask up or leave. Disgusting treatment to customers as we start to move out of this pandemic.

Judy did a great cut! I checked in online and was taken on time. They are very good with cleaning and social distancing. Great place, great people, great value!

I like to get my haircut early. So I called the day before to get mine immediately when they opened. They said NO APPOINTMENTS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. I was first in line and showed up at 830.at 850 people start showing up . I get out and wait at door. When they open I go to counter and give my name. I am told to take a seat and it wont be long. They then take the 2 people behind me and state that one called the day before and other was here for 30 minutes??? This has happened before. Either you have appointments or you dont! I left went toHaverhill location and got a haircut. Wont go to Plaistow location again! Oh and Ive saw a customer getting haircut before opening hours previous visit??

The woman who did my hair was okay, I dont think she spoke more than 10 words to me the whole time, but thats fine. My haircut came out pretty, not exactly what I wanted but close enough. Very affordable. Overall an okay experience, would go again.

Ive gone here for a couple years and really like the stylist Judy. She has a good demeanor when asking what you want and spends time perfecting it. When Im chatty she is chatty and when Im in a grumpy she doesnt overload with questions. Happy with my haircut here. I dont know the owners name but she is also terrific and would recommend either of them.

I went it for a overall straight cut and asked the lady if she was sure she was using the best technique to do so. She rudely replied “ yes, why else would I be working here for 4 years ?? I know what I’m doing “. When she finished, the front of my hair was shorter, the back longer and all in between there were lumps of uneven hair. The worst part is I have short hair and can not afford to keep cutting it off.

I took my daughter here for her first haircut today, I asked for the simple reverse bob she had picked. The haircut was shorter than I was comfortable with but I stated more than once that I wanted the angle shoulder length. The lady ignored my length request & my daughters choice in haircut entirely. Cut it chin length with no angle. Itll take weeks for it to even be fixable, debating hair extensions to give her the angle she requested. She disappeared before she could even accept a top & her only excuse was that itd be easier to take care of.

Kind of inconsistent, you sometimes get a really good haircut, sometimes not so much. Really it depends on who cuts it. Very nice staff however.

My son is quite particular with is hair. For instance, he will says he wants a 2 fading into a 3 with a 3.5 scissor cut on top angled thinned out to 2.5. He wants to be able to spike it, feather it, french crop it. I say Hugh.. ok? However Charles, is AMAZING!! He knows exactly what he means and cuts his hair perfect every time! Charles, you have found your calling!!

I am 45 years old and never trusted anyone with my hair until I went to Supercuts and Heather (whos a hair dresser there) she just trimmed it but I was extremely comfortable. So Ive been wanting to do something nice but different with my hair for a long time and my daughter convinced me to go for it. I went there 5 times till I finally got Heather available again cause they dont take appointments only walk-ins. I showed her a picture and she didnt it for me to the exact way I wanted it I was so beyond happy my face was actually hurting me from smiling so much. I was there for 21/2hrs but it was so worth it Id go back over and over. The entire crew that works at this particular supercuts is like a family they are all so happy and friendly and love to crack jokes they make you feel right at home. I wouldnt think about going any where else it was just the best experience Id recommend anyone to go there

I believe this was the first time a hairdresser listen and executed what I was asking for. I am so thankful I went in to Supercuts in Plastow New Hampshire. For now on this is my new place to go.

Im pretty much bald,but I do need a haircut Every 4 or 5 weeks. People edge usually friendly But theres usually a wait if theres a wait I leave and I find somewhere else to go.
