The entire crew at Rooks is amazing! Eddie runs a very family oriented shop. They all act like brothers and sisters. Theyre friendly and personable. Each of the barbers is a master of their craft. They all greet you like youre a member of the family. The shop is clean and very welcoming. Id recommend them to EVERYONE! Priced very reasonably and well worth it! They are the BEST!!

This was my first time in my 40 years of age going to an actual barber shop and not a chain hair cut joint and Im glad I did. I will say - make an appointment - walks in can end up waiting a while, but Im glad I stuck it out. The level of service was top notch. It was the finer details Ive never been asked about, or done for me that really stood out.Jr really took the time to offer every service, and paid attention to details that I admit I wasnt even sure what he was asking. This is because Ive never been asked before. The attention to detail was just more than I expected.I came in after not having had a hair cut in at least 4 months, and it was taken in stride. Not only did I get more than the 15 minute job, I got services I never had before. Straight razor on the edges, real focus on getting the fade to my hair perfect, saw my bushy brows probably needed some help too.Im probably using the wrong terms, but all I can say is that I got treated like I wanted to be - a real good haircut that included all the details. Ill be coming back - next time with an appointment.

This place is one of the best places for a haircut bar none. The attention to detail they give on a cut is quite simply unparalleled. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They take walk-ins occasionally but it is better to make an appointment. I would highly recommend this place.

This is the best barbershop in all of new England I feel like it at least they have they beat barbers the best environment super friendly and attentive to customers and families I travel from lawrence MA to plaistow NH just for this one of a kind shop I have not gone to any other barbershop in 2 years and I will not go anywhere else unless they locate

Friendly staff, great staff. That being said... Moved to plaistow from the Lynn area where there is a barber shop on every corner and never been turned away. They say walk ins welcome, untrue, you need an appointment if you want a hair cut. This is my second time being turned away. If youre going just make an appointment a day or so in advance. Just disappointed. Finding a new barber shop
