Always checking with the customer if ok. Great job @ that. But younger kids/even teens sometimes say the cut is ok until you get in the car...then the back clippers hurt my neck, the top is too long...not the stylists fault...just aggravating. Wish ard kids would know how to explain so we dont have to return trip for barber to fix. Then i feel like I have to tip again. Etc

Open on Sundays which is a plus. Convenient and quick. The quality of the haircut depends on which stylist you get. Satisfactory overall.

Friendly and talented staff. It loses a star because over the last couple of visits they dont ask about the MVP and just give a regular cut. I could very easily request it from the beginning, so I cant be too aggravated 😀 just a nice reminder when the hair dresser brings it up.

My husband came home and the cut was not even nor did they give him the cut he asked for. I am highly disappointed as I am now going to have to fix his haircut which he paid for. Money and time wasted.

My hubby got his hair buzzed. I loved the way we were greeted so I went for a hair cut, the manager Destiny was amazing. I will not go any where else. I have never seen such a clean store.

Friendly staff, the tripple play is the way to go for sure. The only gripe I have is pricing is a little steep but at the same time its worth it. Would and have recommended to others

Best place for a guy to get a quality haircut. Clean facility with a great atmosphere where you are comfortable bringing your son. Professional, clean conversation and they do not rush you. No concern about waiting for someone getting a perm, color, waxing etc.. so the wait times are not very long.

I have had a different barber each time over the last 2 years and I have never left disappointed.

The service was great but i felt like the stylist was rushing to get my kids hair done too quickly she didnt even line up my kids hair.

If you didnt want all your hair cut off. Dont ask for them to cut it all off which im sure you mistakenly did. Monica is the best one here hands down. Tip her well. Who wants to cut, wash, shampoo, and massage someones head for a dollar or 2? Think about it..

You honestly cant get better service than this! Ive been coming here for years as well as Danvers ma location aside from the prices..if they can come up with a loyalty program Im sold. Otherwise Im still going to them. 5 stars all the way Plaistow NH and Danvers Ma.

I usual never comment but it was 7:25 and it was busy and some blond girl was so upset that they were busy to the point that she was slamming the vacuum cleaning around and folding the towels in a manner that was laughable and scary because this girl is about to cut my hair. F. That. I got up and left so she would get out on time. . never again. Supercuts here i come
