I have had a lot of mammograms and this was by far the best experience. 2nd time using this facility since I moved out to Crest Hill. Technician was great, the imaging was done right the first time and I didnt need repeat pictures. She was also very gentle. Sorry I forgot her name, must be my old age.

My doctor sent me here and their professionalism and empathy was beyond words. Ive never had quite an experience like this in all my years. Id recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Job well done.

Went for an ultrasound to verify I was 9 weeks or so pregnant. Didn’t have to wait very long, technician was really nice but had the monitor turned away from me the entire time and volume off so the entire time I was panicked that something was wrong with my baby because I was unable to see him/her or hear the heartbeat. Husband was unable to make it and I assumed I would get pictures to bring back and show him but she left the room and no pictures were ever offered. Needless to say I have a healthy baby thus far just kind of a dull experience.

The woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude and uncaring. If you are going to work in a medical facility where you will often be exposed to sensitive situations, you need to be emotionally competent and not sit at the desk and text on your cell phone the entire day. The tech who did my testing was nice though, so at least that went ok. Also, be prepared to wait forever for test results to be sent back to your doctor. I had to call back multiple times for them to finally send them over even though the matter was pressing.

Came in as a walk in at 1pm crystal at the front desk was very rude, was given an appointment for 2:30. Waited until 3pm then proceeded to ask how much longer it would take and when she looked us up by name said we never checked in with her at 2:30 and that the doctor had left. Ridiculous and a waste of time will be switching to a different facility.
