Been here over 2 hours and still havent been unloaded. Was on time for my apt. Im the only truck here and I dont understand whats taking so long to unload a trailer. I could have it unloaded with a pallet jack in 40 mins.

Truck delivery. OK Amazon the big cahuna. I had high expectations from this company delivering here, since I buy a lot of stuff from them online. My experience was rather disappointing. The people who work inside the building are quite professional, while the people working at the gate are simply not. I assume that the people at the gate arent part of the Amazon company, theyre probably employed by a security company that contracts with Amazon. When I entered the guard shack they were playing video games online and just ignored me for several minutes. Finally this African American fellow came to me and asked me a series of half of them stupid questions that were obvious if he just wouldve walked out the door when I pulled in. Their attitude was the same attitude you get into food warehouses, basically people pissed off at life. As I said above I absolutely had no issues with the people that actually unloaded me, very professional. There are no restrooms, they have 2 johns outside. They ask you to drop the trailer and pull forward just like Walmart.In and out time 1h 35 minutes.
