Maybe I am lucky, maybe the complainers just have to check their attitude. I delivered here on Sunday, 7amGot here dropped the trlr at the designated area, bobtail outside the gate, wait for them to call and let me know that trlr was empty.People at the gate polite, and patient, yard drivers as well.Restroom that drivers can use, yes restroom.Check in takes a bit of time, I believe when it’s busy it might take long, but that’s everything if it’s busy it takes longer than usual. Overall I have nothing to complain about this place, had a great experience.

Im a truck driver and I had to drop a load off. This was a simple drop and hook. They told me the number of the spot to drop the load in the number of a spot to pick the empty trailer up.

Ridiculously long and time-consuming line to check in at the gate. Everything else is a normal distribution center for a easy drop and hook but way too long to get in.

Ive been coming here for quite some times and had no issues whatsoever but today was the day. No empty trailers avaliable...To cut to the chase, it would be nice if these distribution centers had a waiting list for drivers looking for trailers. They could text you the trailer number and be done, check in again and get it, instead of playing the hunting down trailer game. Making a line for hours just to turn around and park again at the staging area; rinse and repeat until running out of time.And to think this is the year 2021 and all the advances in technology that humankind has achieved and still we have things like these that are simply backwards.

This place is horrible. Takes long time to get in gate,guard shack especially if there is a line of trucks. Don’t get here earlier then 10 minutes before appointment time. I am going on 7 hrs and no trailer in sight. Yes you drop trailer on their yard. Yard dogs take your trailer. Negative 5 stars I give this place!

Was here two years ago for live unload. Was here all day. Here I am again. Remembered it when I pulled in. Was early. Told to come back for noon appt. It was after 11 already. It is now 6. I am still waiting for my trailer. Beware with live unloads. I will never come here again

Love doing drop and hooks at Lowes. The staff are always friendly and they always give you the proper information if you need an empty. There is a parking area right outside the guard shack for deliveries but can only park there 2 hours prior to delivery time. Great spot for a 30 dot requirement break and no one bothers you either. Also be wary of the area as their is always cops lurking around. The speed limit changes alot once you get odd the highway as well so pay close attention to it. A lot of deer activity as well especially if your going there at night or before dawn.

I drive for premier transport delivery from the dc to the store easy job .

Really lazy management at the gate. More fooling around than actually paying attention.

Two stars for organize yard but the gate today is a two hours wait. They said no empty for me but i found empties and told them. I had to get out and wait back in line another two hours for that empty Smh

We were in there to deliver, it’s took almost 45 minutes to get through the gate and actually go through to make the delivery, it was an easy drop and hook though which made it very easy, but still 45 minutes just to get in to the actual property. That is ridiculous!

This place is a joke. Appointment was for 0700 didnt get out of there till almost 1600. Only good thing about it is that you can park outside for your break.

For all you swift drivers, this is the terminal to get all your repairs done, they are thorough, you go in for one problem, they go bumper to bumper on your truck and wont sign it off until ALL is done....Dave and his crew rock !!!!

This is one of those shippers/receivers that is doing a GREAT job making sure its processes are as fast and as efficient as possible for carriers. Signage is clear, systems are generally accurate and team on the ground shows respect and is helpful. These things are, particularly in light of the driver shortage, becoming increasingly important. As silly as it sounds, drivers are becoming a scarce resource and, as a result, one that needs to be handled with greater care than historically has been the case in the logistics business. PLEASE keep it up!!

9/3/2014 @ 1:30pm. Rude security guard in the white pickup truck! No class whatsoever lol. I guess he is just trying too hard to be significant in some way. I like nice people with some class!

Trailer dropped on Sunday at 4:20pm for delivery, were told it will be ready in 72 hours. Came back after 90 hours, on Thursday 10am, trailer is still not ready. They are saying it may take another 72 hours, so if you are doing drop delivery take it into consideration. Very unprofessional and the worst experience we had so far...

Huge place but they are really nice.

If you work for a major carrier they will tell you that they have to keep 20 empties at a time and will refuse to give you a empty even if you drop a loaded one off. Happens every time have your dispatch change your load to a live unload and youll be fine

Very poor attitude by security at gate. These dim wits do not work for lowes as i was told therefore what more would i expect when handing in paperwork they cant read nor understand it.

No OVNP/30 minutes only parking outside of gate, idling limit 3 minutes if you idle more and are caught per their sign at main entry they fine your carrier..lol. Make sure you do a thorough pretrip of any mty/loadedtrailer you pickup once its out of the security gate they will not take it back if theres a problem. No areas to park locally, make sure you got time on your clock. If you decide to bobtail out, your company must contact them for approved re-entry. No cell phones inside guard bldg, etc etc.They have rules more than a courthouse does!! Typical of Lowes. They do tell you all the above wether by sign or verbal. Check in was friendly.

This is a Distribution Center truck drivers hauling Intermodal trailers out of this location make sure your doors are tied back and secure there have been multiple instances where doors have swing open and destroyed their front gate.
