Weve done business with Superior for years, and have always had prompt and helpful service. For their prices, the quality is outstanding. Same day shipment is nearly always their standard, and if anything ever goes wrong, they go above and beyond to make it right.

I have been working with Superior Components and Patrick P. for probably close to 10 years. Patrick is always very responsive to our needs and requests. Pricing is very competitive and most orders are shipped the same or next day. In the few instances where we have had a problem they are resolved quickly and professionally.

I have been doing business with Superior Components Inc for a couple of years now. Brian, my main contact, is always courteous and helpful. He is very willing and ussually very prompt in helping me find out if they carry the parts that will fit my needs. I try to let them know ahead of time the order quanity on my reorders and so far they have been good with making sure they had what I needed in stock. Just wanted to say thanks for the service they have provided.

Pricing and timing are a very important in my industry and Superior components always delivers on both. They are my GO-TO for all of my fittings. adaptors, glides, levelers and tube inserts and more. They have an incredible range of products and I always find what I am looking. They are for all intensive purposes, my one stop shop for all of my finishing and fabricating needs. First things first. We have purchased from this company for well over 10 years. They were slow, but reasonably priced and we never had big issue. We spent on average $3-5k per year with them, mostly on one custom part.This last year, they sent us a batch of parts that were made out of spec. To their credit, they knew the parts were out of spec and told us. We were desperate for them and thought they might work. They sent them to us, at full price, and we then discovered there was an issue when the parts were in the field.They did replace the parts 3 months later, but required us to ship all of the bad parts back for full credit. We had already gone to great expense with our customers to make it right and had them swap parts, and we had send modified parts of our own. I figured that when this was brought to their attention, they would do the right thing. They did not.I told them quite simply that I would send the payment for the parts that were in landfills all over the US (we obviously didnt make 100+ customers send us back a handful of parts) but it would be the end of our business relationship. The manager or owner Mike informed me in a very detached manner the pure accounting of it, and we sent in the payment the same day.Maybe you just need to buy a few parts, maybe you need to buy several thousand dollars worth like we did. My advice to you is that you can find better places to buy from. You can find cheaper, and you can certainly find places that will take better care of you.As a followup to their followup.. they were FAR from covering the costs to make it right... it cost us several thousands of dollars to make it right. They shared none of that expense. Secondly, we found a new supplier in the US for the part at 1/2 the price superior components was charging us, so at the end of the day I guess we covered our expenses in replacing the superior bad parts with new, lower cost options from a better supplier. Do yourself a favor, look areound before buying from these guys.

Our company has been doing business with Superior for AT LEAST a decade. Every order, in stock, usually ships same day or next. The pricing is there, and shipping seems low since it has to go to Arizona.I have made several mistakes on my end and they have done everything possible to help me and my customers. If i receive any incorrect ( maybe.. once? ) part, they get me out the replacements faster than i can get out their RMA.Thank you Superior, especially Jason.Wayne PowersDunn/Powers Material Handling

Very bad attitude!!!!!! I was just call to their reception to ask some one for business contact recentlty. Both the two operators shut down my phone call immediately for 4 times!!!!!! 4 times!!!!! They didnt even ask why I make that call! In fact, I was work for Purchasing department of a Chinese company.( LOL) Thats ridiculous!! And the gentle man told me the reason why they do this just because the lady do that before.Why you employ 2 crazy person as your operator? Dont you know you lose a lot of chance to doing business just because this two trouble makers? Can I consider that as racist?
