Firstly it’s no longer tuchmans. It’s called ‘fabric care’ now. Which they did not do! My first experience with dry cleaning and it smells like it wasn’t cleaned at all. My clothes still smell the same as the did when I brought them to the store. And the guy told me there’s nothing he could do and suggested ‘using febreeze or cologne’. I did not pay to have it cleaned so that I just had to care for my clothes myself. This was a complete waste of money even if it was $20. Highly dissatisfied customer!!!

My family moved here over twenty years ago. I took suits, ties, and shirts to dry cleaners every week. We tried just about every dry cleaner / shirt launderer west of High School Road and -all- of them but this shop ruined so many of my ties and shirts, and denied it, it was very frustrating.This shop -may- be a little more expensive than other shops, but you get what you pay for. And with their on-line coupons you get way more than you pay for. Your clothes look new and actually smell fresh after a dry cleaning. Their shirt laundering is as good as it gets, and if you send in a shirt missing a button they will sew one back on at no charge and without even telling you. Their same-day service has realistic drop-off and pick-up times.I feel like I owe them. I wish I could do more for them than this review.

Took a sweater that belonged to my dad. There were stains on it, and they said theyd take care of it. It took them one month to call me to say it was ready. The stains were still there. They said they would try again. One month later, I had to call in because they didnt, and the sweater still had the stains, yet they charged $50! Unprofessional. They should have told me the stains might not come out. I only paid the $50 because it had belonged to my dad.

Hrs say 8-5 on Saturday. Ive been here since 8.15 and its now 8.45 and there is not anyone here.. Hope the store opener is ok

Very VERY unfriendly and rude. And not just on one visit, I actually subjected my self the the rude clerks snears, eye rolling and comments several times, because they always gave me a discount. Well they are actually more expensive them sunshine cleaners just a mile away.

They always overcharge me, but they do good work. They save me a fortune on clothes.
