I use to use them all the time. They are great at what they do. The reason I gave them a 3 stars is because they have no brought back same day service. When COVID started, they temporarily stopped same day, I get it. At this point though, other places have either brought same day back and they are getting my business.I think the most frustrating thing is you still advertise same day. It’s on all your signs and posters. At this point, hire more people so you can deliver on that advertisement or take it down.Normally I don’t even write reviews, and I did here because of how much I use to like your service.

I gave the young lady instructions on how I wanted my pants crease. She agreed but when I picked my clothes the crease was nothing like what I wanted. For that reason I have to give three star. Would be five if not for this incident.

They could not process my payment (both CC and Debit). I had to run to the bank for cash. No offer for discount for inconvenience. Not sure if I’ll go back since it took multiple attempts drop off and pick up to pay. Glitch in their system but inconvenience to customer.

After a google search CD One Price Cleaners out ranked all of the cleaning and alteration services for nearby locations. In my opinion, if I could score a ten, I’d give a ten plus. We had a death in the family over July 4th weekend. They were so backlogged but tried to get us next morning turnaround. The next day at 7 am, my sports coat was ready. Such a blessing during a very personal time. No place Id rather go then here for my dry cleaning

I needed my daughter’s dress pressed ASAP. I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to find anyone to do it on my short timeline. I went to cd one first and was prepared to hear no. The girl at the counter told me my pick up time and I simply ask if there was any possible way to have it sooner. She asked when I needed it by and she said “let me check with my production manager”. She came back and said YES. I received a text that the dress was ready and it was 2 hours earlier then the time promised. There is no way I can express how much this meant to me. Thank you all for your kindness.

I was running late, expecting to show up at closing. They were very accommodating! I called and asked if they could pull my order. They did. When I showed up, they were all set to close, but were very polite! I didnt get the vibe that they were rushing me or swearing at me inside their heads. Bless them! Also, they were sanitizing everything, which is comforting right now. Excellent customer service!

My husband dropped off one of his brand new suits, only warn once to be cleaned . He gets it back and one the buttons is missing. No one mentioned or said a word. He didn’t notice it until Sunday morning while getting ready for church. Also, the shirt that was purchased at the same time as the suit is messed up as well they strunk his shirt and it’s ruined. We plan on calling in the morning 4/3 /21 to see if they will offer a resolution. We want the button replaced and the cost to purchase a new shirt.Needless to say, if the issue isn’t resolved and they don’t train their staff to do better, we will not be patronizing this place of business again. I will let everyone that I know personally not use this place... I will report the outcome of this situation. Going cheaper may not always be the best when you want quality services. We’ll shall see:)FOLLOW UP POST.. I believe in giving people a chance to right their wrong. The owner replaced the button on the suite but is struggling with replacing his shirt. He’s supposedly doing some research on why it strunk but in the meantime he still doesn’t have his shirt that he dropped off almost 2 weeks ago. He doesn’t follow up and hasn’t been available by phone. We made a special trip up there to inquire and still no resolution. I’m not one to complain and the shirt was only 20.00 but it’s the principle! We will not be returning and I definitely wouldn’t recommend..

They are seriously under staffed at this establishment. The ladys at the front desk told me my clothes should be ready Saturday by 5. The manager interjected and told me more like Monday. This is my first time taking my clothes there I just hope that it all turns out well.

I ask the worker if they would sew up my belt loops on my shorts and I provided her my updated number. Neither one was done.

I take my clothes to CD One Cleaners when I vacation in Chicago because the prices are reasonable and they do a good job. Unfortunately due to Covid, they have cut their hours so same day service isnt available.

The people here give a very bad name to the business. I have had numerous issues. One month theyll clean my stuff the next month they no longer do. They will forget to tell me there was an issue and had the close back to me and it goes undiscovered until the next time I go to use that garmet. Twice in the last several times I have had to use their services they have not had my clothes ready as promised. The. The last time I went their policy changed and they no longer offer same day service and the forgot to tell me this when I dropped off all my suits and even said ill see you in at 5pm. No one thought to mention I was going to be without dress clothes all week due to the fact that I was leaving for a week and needed the clothes ready asap. I no longer will use this location or any other cd one location after Ll the trouble Ive dealt with.

I brought in several pieces of clothing to be cleaned and called attention to the two sweaters In the group. In spite of my alert she only put one on my tab. I noticed it but she had begun dealing with someone else. Another worker had to correct her error. I also object to paying in advance. If the order is unfulfilled, I have no recourse.

I’ve been a CD One Price Cleaners customer since 2006. I’ve always had professional service from the company until I started using this store in Plainfield. This location lost an article of my clothing. When I brought it to their attention at pick-up, the owner stated she would check on the item and get back to me. After the weekend passed and she had not contacted me, I went to the store to follow up. Again, the owner claimed she was looking into it and would call me to follow up. A week later, still no call. So I showed up at the store again. This time the owner saw me from the back of the store and sent her employees to deal with me. They claimed she was reviewing tapes to figure out when my item went missing. I waited for an hour with no update. When I walked up to the counter again, the employees provided the same excuse and said the owner will call me to follow up. Needless to say, I was fuming. I left the store, and never heard from the owner...not even an apology for losing a piece of clothing, offer of a refund, nothing. Easily the most unprofessional business owners I’ve dealt with in a long time. Customers beware of this store; drop off your clothing at your own risk!

I came to drop off a few shirts and a pair of pants. One shirt was to only be pressed and said itd ready later that day. After a hassle of finding the shirt, it was the wrong shirt that was pressed. There were communication errors, but ok overall.

Editing my original post, as they fixed the fold and wash services they advertise everywhere. Ill continue to use their service to dry clean, but Ive already switch my fold and wash to another company due to my original experience when CD One Price Cleanerss fold and wash services we no long available due to machines being broken and the poor customer service that was offered when I inquired as to when the services would resume and the answer was, we dont know. Aside from this, they are a good company to do business with, never had any other issues.

Reached the store at sharp 7PM literally 7:00PM got stuck at traffic. And the staff was inside and seems like closed the doors before 7:00PM had to drop off 11 clothes for dry clean. They don’t have courtesy to give 1 min grace to the customer. What a shame. That what happens at corporate stores. Take the customer for granted and who cares. I even called them requesting them to let me in if I get 1 min late and they denied. Such a pathetic service. I am pretty sure 1* will be adding up soon.Manager if you are reading this teach your staff how to treat customers. And don’t forget because of customers you get paid. We are your bread n butter.

Put in a leather work jacket for an alteration on one sleeve, 2 buttons. This cleaners kept my jacket for 2 1/2 weeks. The owner told me the person HE vetted to do their alterations and was NOT returning his phone calls. They never called to tell me anything other than it would cost me $30.00. The owner volunteered to do absolutely nothing other then return my jacket. Customer service 👎👎.

I have been coming here for a long time and love the ease of dropping off cleaning and all the services offered here! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Never felt rushed or pushed, regardless of how busy it was. Great prices and overall great business.

Good for general purpose cleaning but dont expect them to get stains out - even if you ask and Ive had to send things back on a few occasions due to lint, ring around collar or just generally not clean enough. Prepay only model is inconvenient when wife or housekeeper drops off so I can pick up later. Seems I have to ask for light starch every time - even after a year of patronage.Main pluses are price and location.

The quality is always high but the customer service -- especially the associate who helped me when I picked up my last cleaning -- is outstandingly good. The associate last time not only was able to find and bring me the cleaning easily but she had the best attitude. The weather was miserable and a lot of customers like me were sick but needed the laundry. The associate not only had a great upbeat attitude she was able to uplift my spirits and her whole demeanor and outlook revitalized my entire week. She is a credit to your organization and any organization would be lucky to have her on their team.

Last week, due ti my own fault, an item fell off the hanger while walking to my car. I called and spoke to my all time favorite girl, Nicole. She looked everywhere, called me back in between. She then walked the parking lot, while on the phone with me, and there it was! She brought it back into the store and re-pressed it fir me! Had pants hemmed came out in one day

Staff is so nice, quick in and out, fair prices, clothes dont smell like nasty chemicals, crazy fast turn around. The staff though...seriously. Would not expect people working in a hot, fast placed cleaners to be so nice and always greet you with a smile. I actually look forward to going in there. Only downside is the lack of tailoring options but its rare I need that so still worth going here.

I have been using CD One Price for a number of years now, and on the whole, they have provided quick, affordable service for all of my frequently-cleaned items. This company is set up to do dry cleaning in bulk, so if you have alterations, spot cleaning, leather cleaning or other specialty jobs that need doing, they can do it, but it takes a little longer.That being said, the provide an excellent service if you need to launder something on a regular basis. My shirts are crisp, starched, and fresh when I receive them. Items they cant quite get spotless are marked, and if applicable, you arent charged for jobs they cant complete. The staff is friendly, and will remember you if you are regular, which is cool, considering the volume of business they enjoy.Well worth your business if you need same-day dry cleaning: get it in by 9AM, pick it up after 5PM :)

Inexpensive and fast. However, I encourage everyone to inspect their clothes upon retrieval. The workers are friendly and warm. The store is always clean and you can see workers cleaning as the day progresses.

Terrible place. Had a few pairs of jeans patched and they all ripped the first time i wore them. So i took them back and said these need to be redone. Immediately the guy at the counter snapped at me asking if i was going to pay AGAIN. Claimed every time he has something sent out, money comes out of his pocket. I said no im not going to pay again bc the work was not done right. Then walked out. What wouldve been fair would be having the work corrected or a refund. He offered neither. He wanted me to pay for more shotty work.. Do not go here.
