So Ive owned my truck about 2 months its got a beautiful flawless black finish... I needed to get the winter crud off.... well now its a beautiful black truck covered in tiny scratches and the thing isnt even clean... will never go back to any crew wash... seems theyve done away with any prewash now they just drag their machines all over what ever happens to be on the vehicle when it arrives

Its very convenient and for only $20 a month I can go unlimited amount of times but they dont do the best job and I always have spots and still dirty in places. Its good for a quick wash but thats about it

Atleast twice a week staff are exceptional and very friendly.

I still had bugs on my car when I left after going through TWICE. Also, the dryers never fully dried my car, so it had water streaks on it.

Having a difficult time getting the employees to hand spray the rear of my FJ Cruiser, the automatics avoid the spare tire. Else wash is fine.

This is a great and always busy place, I use the manual wash bays and have yet to use the automatic system they have. However there cleaners work really good, clean dam near anything thats on your truck, car, vehicle that you bring in.

Well....the machine ripped off my wifes back window wiper on her brand new suv. We went to discuss the problem with the manager. He was real nice about it. Filled out the paper work and gave him the estimate on the repairs. Its the higher ups that are being a pain.

H0t wax melted the clear coating on my bumper they sent me a free wash and a form letter stating it was already there, liars. Wish there business pratice wasnt as dirty as the cars that go there.

Best place to go get your vehicle cleaned

First of all, I felt sorry for the workers who had to brave the elements in order to make a buck or two. The young woman who took my coupon was sweet and told me about a special they have on car washes. However, I have 2 books already! My car really needed a bath! The birds had a hay day pooping all over it the night before. The car is black, so it showed up big time!

In as much as I like this place I cant give it 5 stars. I dont like the way you come out of the wash and your car is still totally wet, I know you have to wipe it down a bit but the car having all these water marks not good. Especially when they have a lot of cars in line its a rush just to get you out of the line and hence a shoddy job. I canceled my subscription.

I come here to vacuum my car. The vacuums are great and get every crumb picked up off the floors and seats. They also have a air pressure tool that helps get hard to reach spots. The car wash is great, too!

Service not as good when theyre really busy. Truck always comes out good. Not many carwashes around even worth going to compared to Crew.

Ive been to a fair share of Crews, and most of them do a really good job. This one really didnt dry my car all to well and the staff were really pushing their monthly plan. I appreciate the offer to save money, and I understand how I would be. I dont need to be told more than once.

I have an unlimited washes package for Crew Car Wash, and I drive over 50K miles a year, so I visit a lot of their locations. Today it was 15 degrees outside but I had mud and cement dust on my car, so I had to get it cleaned. Rachel was at the entrance and even though there was a line behind me, she stopped the conveyor and took the time to spray down both sides of my car and all 4 wheels. By far, the best service Ive had. Outstanding service! Thank you so much!

I got the ultimate car wash. It was quick, efficient and my truck looked nice and shiney after it was finished.The only thing I didnt like was the attendant trying to sell me on unlimited monthly subscription. They werent overly pushy, but I just wanted to get my car washed.

If your looking for a good reason to move to plainfield here it is... out of all the car washes I have used this past year this is the best one.. I am a very picky person when I take my car to be washed, if I sm not satisfied with how it looks I will take it through again. The employee who greeted me Thursday morning was very cheerful despite the weather. When I got out of my car to dry it I was shocked!! There was literally just a few drops of water left from the dryer, this has never happened at the other crews. My car looked great no dirt or water spots anywhere. Whatever this store is doing they need to show the others crews how its done. Thanks for making my car shine..
