After the recent storms in the Plainfield area, my car received quite a bit of hail damage. I contacted Kristen right away and she was extremely helpful guiding me through the claims process. Within two days, the estimate was done and the claim was settled. There is no one better to work with on those unfortunate occasions when you have to use your insurance! She followed up afterwards offering to contact a body shop for me to set up the repairs and has been more than willing to help with anything I need all throughout the process. Way to go, Kristen! Id give you six stars if I could.

Very disappointed in this agency. It allowed a cancellation of my house insurance which it NO ONE informed me of !!! I only found out from my mortgage company while opening Saturdays mail - almost a month later! Reason of cancellation???? Bushes were too close to the house some months ago! I trimmed and cleared bushes and sent photos to the agent also months ago, assuming everything was fine! Well apparantly they never followed through sending over the info to Allstate and NOW I HAVE NO COVERAGE... Moral of the story ? I Should have stuck with State Farm instead of moving over to Allstate and for heavens sake stay away from this agency they dont do their job!
