The tech arrived exactly when expected and was very respectful. He explained everything he found and didnt mind me hovering throughout. He offered additional services without being pushy or making me feel like he was out for the big dollar fix. He also explained a cheaper fix from the last AC repair person I had out. With an older home I have had the need to call Frank on a number of occasions. Our AC stopped working in the middle of August and they were able to come out same day. The tech was able to get here before the window they gave over the phone which was even better. We have used them before so we know what kind of service they provide. The tech was knowledgeable and knew what the problem was right away. We have had problems in the past with other companies trying to charge us for extra Parts or repair fees so it was very refreshing that he was able to fix the issue quickly and with only the service fee for a charge. I wish more businesses were as trustworthy as they are.
