He explained what he would be doing as far as the furnace, and then told me the maintenance for the air conditioner was included in the price they quoted which was so reasonable for furnace, then to add the AC, that was amazing. This was my first experience with TR Miller. I was pretty impressed! The tech (Travis) who came out to diagnose the problem was helpful and seemingly honest. I appreciated the options he set before me and his patience in answering my questions. Next was the sales guy Ben. Ben was not your typical pushy sales guy. He was upfront about my options and didn’t try to sell me the farm. I appreciated how he laid out my options - good, better, best - and just his general disposition and understanding as a homeowner trying to pinch pennies! He thoroughly explained everything and entertained my many questions! The install team (Steve, etc) that came out the next day was also very professional, thorough, and friendly! From start to finish, it was a solid experience!

TR Miller replace two of our HVAC units yesterday and we are delighted with their work. They showed up exactly on time and brought enough workers to get all the work (2 full replacements as well as a couple other minor things) in a single day. Christian was the team leader and was great to work with. He began be reviewing all the work they were going to do and why. Then they went to work with the 7-8 man team. They were fantastic and by 4 they were winding up. Their clean up was great - one of the furnace rooms was cleaner than when they got there! Every team member was extremely polite. My whole experience with TR Miller was extremely professional.

Drew and his team was very punctual...appointment was at 8am..they called a few minutes before and was at the door ready to go just before 8, He explained everything that theyre doing and provided an estimate of about 3pm to finish replacing the AC/ Furnace. Was pleasantly surprised when they were done by noon! Explained everything on the new thermostat and system. Very professional, very courteous and quick/ efficient work. I cannot say enough about TR Miller. Every aspect of our service call wildly exceeded our expectations.On Friday night, we discovered a water leak coming through our ceiling from our second floor. I sent an email using TR Millers contact us form.I received a call at 9:00 on Saturday morning saying they could have a technician come out. I was surprised to get a response to quickly. I told them that we could wait until Monday to avoid an emergency charge. They said that their offices were open on Sat and Sun and there were no emergency charges during their normal business hours. I couldnt believe it.By 10:30 their service technician, Daniel, was at our house. I was especially impressed with how carefully and minimally he cut a hole in the ceiling to try to diagnose the problem. Its going to be a very simple drywall repair.He suspected that the problem was a leaking shower valve in the second floor. He checked the valve and confirmed his diagnosis.In our second floor, our bathrooms share a common wall. Instead of cutting through the front of the shower (and tile), he checked the second bathroom to see if he could access the valve through the wall from behind. He was able to do so. This resulted in another small hole in the drywall rather than a more major hole through the tile in the shower.I was really impressed with his care and concern for trying to be as minimally invasive as possible. I will be able to patch the wall simple and easily. In addition, because he didnt go through the front and cut out the tile in the shower, we were able to use it as soon as he completed the repair. Had he cut through from the tile side, the shower would have been out of commission until I could replace the tile.In addition to his skill Daniel was friendly, courteous, explained everything he was doing and an absolute pleasure to work with.When he was finished, he cleaned everything up. It looked better than before he got here! Other than the holes in the drywall, you’d never know we had a service call today.Everyone one we encountered with TR Miller from the message service, dispatcher, and Daniel, were wonderful.While this was my first service experience with TR Miller, it will not be my last. Theyve earned a customer for life.

Matt and his assistant were great. He explained everything and was very accommodating to my schedule. They were very careful and neat, like they were never here. I expected as much because I have used TR Miller for years for our a/c and they didnt disappoint. Good value for the money so I highly recommend them.

Very friendly, professional and efficient. Gave choices available in plumbing repair options and explained differences in each. Repair cost was very fair and job done to my satisfaction. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because their customer service responsiveness could have been a bit better when contacted. I will use them again when needed.

Long story short, at my $69 tune up, I was told a part of our furnace was cracked and I should replace the entire furnace and AC (not just the broken part).... I went into a panic because they said C0 was detected and this would all cost over $10K. I was totally shocked because we just purchased the home and the furnace isnt that old and our inspector never said anything about C0. I decided to get a second opinion and they explained to me all the many reasons that, that part was not in fact broken ( there would of been leaking water) and no C0 was detected and that the furnace is in great shape, just had a rusty screw. I felt totally scammed and so glad, despite the pressure I felt, I took the time to get a second opinion. I would suggest always getting a second opinion.

Daniel was very polite and knowledgeable of my plumbing issue. He gave me several options of (good, better, best) and was not trying to sell to me anything I didnt need.

We had an air conditioning unit that wasn’t blowing cool air - Tim S our tech came out and provided a superior service experience. He was polite, neat, hard working, detail oriented and overall very helpful. He explained the steps along the way. Was patient as we thawed my air conditioning unit - helped dry up the water as it melted to protect our heater. Once that was complete he pulled together recommendations and pricing. Made suggestions based on the units age and the fact that are unit runs on discontinued freon. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Also loved TR millers communication leading up to the. All and the text that provided name and picture of rep who would be showing up. Overall great experience!

Jon M did an excellent job of providing the estimates on replacement systems. He did not push any options. Very professional in how he presented everything. And Tyler M and Co did an excellent job of installing the new a/c and furnace. They all were very professional, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about us personally. TR Miller came out to do a 6 month maintenance check. They are very professional and thorough about their maintenance checks. They go over everything with you. They are willing to help with any concerns and or questions I have. They are always on time and notify me when they will arrive.

As with all ACs it works great... Until it doesnt. We called TR Miller in the morning and had a technician at our house a couple of hours later. He was professional and explained everything that he found and how he was going to fix it. He did the estimate and repair in less than two hours and our house is cool once again!! Britt came out to provide furnace replacement options for 18 year old furnace. There was no ‘hard sell’ and he provided server also options. He was very informative. We were very happy with the experience.Subsequently the installation team, headed up by Anthony removed the old furnace and installed new furnace. The process want quickly and the house was protected. We are completely happy with the results.

Had a leaky toilet that was dripping down behind the bowl. Joey from TR was sent out to my place in less than 2 hours! Was very professional and had mask and shoe coverings. Tightened a few seals and was good to go. Sold me a new toilet since mine was almost 20 years old. Will review that situation (quality and service) as well. We recently bought a house that required a new furnace/ac and a tankless water heater. While the cost was a little high, I feel like I received a good value with quality work. David B in particular did an excellent job installing the water heater and teaching us how to properly use it. Anthony and his team members Derek and Chase replaced our entire heating and air conditioning units. They performed all of this including some modification of duct work as well as removal of an older well water tank in less than 6 hours. The outcome is actually beautiful! Water heater diagnostics. Sean came out on Labor Day. He told us when he expected to come, called ahead of time and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not have the parts with him but will call us first thing tomorrow. So far...so good.

I was in need of a plumber and saw this local company had good reviews. I filled out a contact request form on their website the afternoon of 8/7. Never received anything back, so I called them at 8:30 am on 8/9 asking for an estimate to have the work done. The person I spoke with took my information and said that I would get a call back by someone that could help with that. I waited all day for that call back, meanwhile another company called me back and scheduled an estimate for no cost at my house for 5:30 pm on 8/10. I just received a call back from TR Miller at 7:45 am on 8/10, nearly 24 hours later. They cannot provide any kind of estimate, but are willing to come and give me one for $79 trip charge. They very well could be a great company, but their initial customer interaction with me has put them at the bottom of my list for companies.

What a pleasure to work with this company! Our house is 150 years old, with a cramped cellar that houses the water heater and furnace. Our 50 gallon water heater started leaking so I called the highest rated company on a Google search. The rating proved to be accurate! They sent Drew to check it out, and he quickly assessed the mistakes that were made upon installation of the old water heater. He came up with a unique solution that day that accommodated the tiny cellar and our water needs. Our ac went out and TR Miller sent Jim out to troubleshoot in less than an hour after I called! After a thorough check, Jim confirmed a new unit was needed. He explained everything to us and set up for someone to come out the next Day. Steve came 1st thing in the morning to give us estimates for a new ac. We called this company for work on our tankless water heater. We found out that it was at its lifes limit so the service man, David, gave us a quote on a new system. He was very knowledgeable and we ended up buying the new tankless water heater. David and Drew were the two that installed the new water heater the very next day. Called TR Miller for plumbing work to get new washer installed in bathroom. Due to unforeseen circumstances with construction of our homes plumbing, we couldnt afford to do the work today. But TR Miller absolutely bent over backwards to try to make this work. Steve came out to give me an estimate on replacing my A/C and furnace. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good information. He was very personable, professional and I felt the information he gave me was very good. At this point, I am just getting estimates on this project.

Called for a gas line pipe repair/install. Plumber came and was trying to sell me a membership. Trying to say I might need a new water heater and on top of that quoted me for an outrageous price. ($778). All open space. 15 foot of pipe which roughly costs $15 for 10 feet. And a plumbers hourly rate is $80 plus an hour. This job was a 2 hour job. The plumber couldn’t break down the prices of what they were charging me for. Nice guy but horrible company.

The entire process from initial inspection by two gentlemen, another gentleman who provided quote and explained what to expect with the install, and then the actual install went very smoothly. All were impressively professional, knowledgeable and performed quality work.It was truly a pleasure speaking with Steve K. He was honest, personable and very detailed in explaining different options. There was no pressure, just honest input from him. He answered all our questions and clearly knew everything about the business. The quote he provided was specific, clear and fair. We called TR Miller based on a referral from a friend. The scheduling process was simple and they were out the following week with an appointment time that worked for us. Technician Tommy K came out for the evaluation of our units. He was on time and very professional. He was able to tell us exactly what was needed and the the process it would involve to fix the problem. Even though it wasnt good news for us as we will have to replace both our furnace and AC unit, he was super personable and helpful with the next steps in the process. Tommy even called and scheduled our next appointment to have someone come out to get a quote on the replacement units. Tommy was absolutely Fantastic and make us feel completely comfortable with the whole process. We even asked if we could request him to come do our install but unfortunately he doesnt work on the installs which made us very sad. We first called early this morning, and because My fiances pregnant they put us as I high emergency which was amazing way to start, then had alex come out to “diagnose and hopefully repair” our 30 year old ac and he got here no more than 30-45 mins after the initial call for help, he was knowledgeable and super friendly. Unfortunately because our unit was so old it’s highly recommended to just replace the ac and our furnace is 21 years old so we decided to replace them both. John was sent out this afternoon and went over our options. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, intelligent but he also talked very highly in his company and the products they offer which instilled great comfort in us as new home owners making a decision that’s quiet expensive! He sat with us for over an hour answering all of our questions, explaining what changes we can expect, explaining his personal experience with the system we chose. He went above and beyond the call of duty! Told us to call him personally if we have any issues or questions. He left us feeling confident in our choice! We have it set to install Tuesday morning! And the best part they offered financing with 0% apr! Highly recommend this company but specifically John!

Drew was sent out to look into an issue with the pilot light on my water heater. Not only did he diagnose and fix that issue, he addressed a couple of other items that could have given me trouble down the road. During one of the hottest day we experienced now, on Saturday afternoon my A/C unit stopped working. David was great! Fixed my water heater in minutes. I have now had this company out to my house several times in the last few weeks for repairs on a house I just purchased. Drew came to help fix our leaky faucets and broken diverter cartridge. He worked so hard to resolve our issues, he is awesome! We were beginning to think we could not have these repairs done! We are extremely pleased with Drews workmanship, and he was so nice and professional!
