This is not directed at any particular store. The amount of time wasted waiting for printing and copying services is insane. The federal government works much faster if that tells you anything. This has happened every single time I have used these services. Using their website is just as bad. They have several websites that you can log in on. Only one will get you the services you want. Nothing is obvious, each website has a different layout. Even after navigating through that, uploading my files with instructions and the proper sizes they still manage to print to the default size ( = wrong size). At checkout, the submit button is lit up but cannot be clicked. Call for help, get a canned advertisement, then a long wait with crappy elevator music. I finally found a local print shop to help me. Never again!
