The local Post Office is becoming increasingly unreliable lately. (And usually on Saturdays too, so I can wait the extra couple days for the next delivery day). COVID is really no longer an excuse, as theyve had 17 months to adjust. Maybe its because of Postmaster General Louis DeJoys counteractive financial interests?All the same, I have never had these problems before, and had always liked USPS best for mail delivery. But this is getting really aggravating...

Scheduled a passport appointment and had to wait in line about 10 minutes just to ask the representative to ring the passport agent and then wait another 10ish minutes for them to arrive.Not too bothered by that. I got there early and it was pretty busy. Life happens, I get it. The issue was that the passport agent left the previous persons application on the desk. The door was open, the desk was unattended, and this persons most personally identifiable information could have been stolen by literally anyone.Look elsewhere for passport processing.

They held my mail for almost a month without my permission or informing me that they were holding my mail. When the backlog showed up it all fit in my mailbox, so it wasn’t too much mail for the box.

Lowkey terrible customer service, they all seem like they hate their jobs.

I watch a fedex truck back up and down my driveway but the mail man can’t deliver a package to my doorstep. I had a package sent from New York to Ma then to Knoxville TN and back to my home in Ma. Terrible services

Constantly leaving packages that come in cardboard boxes in the very place at my house where they will get the wettest when it’s raining. Several have been ruined. I have been completely unable to make them stop doing this.

While waiting for a item to be delivered called the seller and he told me to call my local postmaster because the seller sent the item signature required. So many hour later I had a date for shipment. Post nan never delivered the letter once again. The mailman said we not at home which is nothing close to the truth. And said he left a message.Getting upset I rescheduled another delivery for today and that never came. Your automated system is far from satisfactory. Should have people answering the phone for correct service. I am handicapped and can not go out often been since august of last year. I would appreciate some help with this post office. Rick

Really good group of employees fast to answer the phone and will answer all your questions. They get very busy from time to time but doesnt slow it down I went in on a outstandingly busy day and was only in there for around 10 minutes before I was on my way out the door and very friendly

Late slot with packages. Even Amazon packages. One was supposed to be delivered. It did not come with mail. Called and they said it was guaranteed to be here today and it would come. They lied. It never came. Amazon should do there own deliveries.

Always excellent service with a smile. Lobby open 24/7, postage machine in lobby, loads of PO Boxes. Theres a neat changing exhibit about local history or something of interest. Its like a small museum.

You cannot actually call your local post office! What you get is some ridiculous automated system that bounces you through completely unhelpful options and then disconnects your call while you’re waiting to speak to an actual live human being. Phone support for the United States Postal Service is complete garbage I have to drive to the actual post office now because the key broke off in the lock on the mailbox

The postal workers at the Pittsfield Post Office are always courteous and professional whether I go in person or call with questions or issues. Today, December 13, 2016, I had a problem with our mail (package) not being delivered which has happened three times now. My husband always shovels mailbox, front porch, steps and walkway for mail delivery but nonetheless, a package was not delivered for a bogus reason. My phone call was answered instantly by Randy who was very friendly and professional . He handled my issue with expedience, professionalism, and assured me my package would be delivered today. The pair then manufactured and shipped wholesale quantities of a smokable form of the drug throughout the country.These two defendants are alleged to distribute large quantities of synthetic cannabinoids, a dangerous product that could affect the brain much more powerfully than marijuana, said Angel M. Melendez, special agent in charge of Homeland Security inspections. When it comes to a synthetic drug, it is rarely a harmless alternative. Borer and McLaughlin are now out of business, making the communities we serve that much safer.

Its usually busy, but fast & good service. Free Parking, too. Delivery service however is much to be desired.

This post office is absolutely the worst one Ive EVER encountered!!! Rude staff. Packages damaged and lost ALL the time. Hire new people please.

Send 2 letters at the same time, one arrive at the time it was due. Second letter never arrived destination. Unbelievable.
