They were so charismatic and fun to work with; friendly on the phone and in person! They cut our glass efficiently and affordably. Also such a beautiful showroom! Not going anywhere else!

Great staff and beyond expediant service!!! I was in a bind with a broken window that I could not remove on my own and they came out and assisted me with the removal of the window then took it back to the shop for replacement of the pane and then had it back and reinstalled all within a few hours. More than reasonable prices but the shining star of this establishment is the customer service and the quality of the work they do. I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone who has any glass needs in Berkshire County!!!

We used these wonderful people for screens, glass table tops, and repair of glass in doors. I cannot say enough about how spectacular they are. We are literally looking for glass things just to work with them again. From the incomparable front desk woman who is a joy to deal with (I asked permission to call her a friend now because thats how amazing she is) to the crew that delivered and installed when we were planning to pick up (and were a little nervous about doing so) everyone we had contact with was just plain amazing.

We had Berkshire Plate Glass replace the glass in our sliding back door - both sides of the glass - last fall. After that, we experienced some problems where if sun was on the door for a while, it would stick. This happened early in the Spring of 2019. They had to come out I believe at least two times, and then finally the owner came out and fixed the problem at no charge. We are so glad that our door is working properly again, and that they stood behind their product and work until the problem was solved!

It took them a week just get back to me on a quote on glass for a shower enclosure. Outrageous pricing! The trouble of doing business in the Berkshires is they all have attitude. Company from Boston delivering for $500 less!

I ordered a glass table pad and they told me it will be ready to pick up the next day. So I asked my friend who is from north Adam come to pick up the other day,so I called them before my friend and me go there. they told me its not done yet，so I sent my friend back，and when its the third day ，I called them again, they told me its not even started yet ，It was a waste of my friend and my time
