I’ve had a few broken screens and Tyler always fixes them perfectly and for a good price. One time no one could hear me when I was talking. I took it to Tyler. He showed me what was wrong and never even charged me because it was a simple cleaning of the mic. I send everyone I know to quick fix. Best of the best in the Berkshire’s!

Notice all 3 of those one star reviews are all within 5 minutes of eachother. That customer got their phone fixed then within a week shattered the screen AND the glass screen protector. Still has no case on the phone! Then expected Tyler to fix it again at no cost.He offered a heavily discounted price for the second repair which apparently was not good enough of a solution. Tyler takes great pride in taking care of his customers and standing by his product.

Reached out over Facebook to inquire about a faulty/dirty charger port not working correctly for my phone. Got a response within 30 minutes and scheduled a time to stop down for a quote. Ended up being a dirty port, he cleaned it up for me and charged a very fair price. He was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business!

This is a great little store here almost in the center of Pittsfield. Coming from New York there are so many repair stores and it was a big difference having very little phone stores that was dedicated to repairs for all kinds of electronics here in Pittsfield. Ive had a Samsung that I got locked out of since 2016 Tyler was able to get me access into my phone and was very helpful and quick with the process. I also got a iPhone 11pro max screen repair done here which was a smooth process as well, although a screen had to be ordered it was there the following day and my phone was repaired within 45mins of dropping it off. I truly appreciate this store as it also does laptop repairs and they also have a 3D printer that you can get custom stuff made! With all that said all around great service, it was a little on the pricey side but it was wellWorth the money. My phone looks brand new and I definitely will be coming back with my laptop to get it looked at along with any other devices I need fixed! Thank you again Tyler !

My iPad’s screen had shattered a few months ago and I was originally going to give up on it because the prices to fix it were too expensive. However I was told by a co-worker that this place had gotten their one of their devices fixed so I thought that I would try it out. Initially I did not have any high expectations but after they were finished my iPad actually looked like it was new. It also still works great and the functionality is like what it was before the problem. The price to fix the screen was also highly reasonable and the individual there was very professional.The place had a good and comfortable setting. The individual that was working there also seemed extremely knowledgeable and was able diagnose and fix the issue with my iPad within a couple days even when he was busy. I usually do not do review but I felt this particular place at least deserved a review for its fantastic work. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to fix any of your devices.

I had a IPHONE 8 that I left on top of the car, drove down the highway before realizing it was there!! Why am I telling you this?? Because my phone was smashed!! didnt think it had a chance to work...let alone be useable...Tyler fixed the screen in an hour and it works awesome!! I am having him replace both the front and back!! Unfortunately I dropped my brand new phone and the screen shattered and it wasnt functioning properly I brought it here and they had it fixed and like new within an hour. If you ever need your electronics fixed this is the place to go and the prices are very fair! Will be the only place I use for electronics from here on out! Awesome job!

My iPad was completely shattered it still worked but needed a new screen desperately! I was greeted as son as I walked through the door, Tyler went through a whole checklist with me and let me know he would call me when it was ready. My iPad looks brand new like it was never shattered! While there another customer brought in a iPad that was “fixed” at another store and the whole side was popping out!
