Was having trouble installing new SSD hard drives in an Alienware laptop. PC guyz were able to help me in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with their work and would absolutely recommend them.

Jay is knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and very accommodating. He doesnt try to impress with tech-talk even though he surely could, and he has plenty of patience with non-techy people. I have consistently found that he is very generous with his time and goes out of his way to explain everything. Hes also very reasonable with his fees!

Im vacationing up here and my computer broke. Called in late afternoon, got prompt callback, brought it in next day and they called me 24 hours later to pickup I was expecting $200-300 bill but they charged $60 Ive never seen a charge that low Owner/CEO is cordial, welcoming, reassuring, knowledgeable, professional, and answers questions patiently I highly recommend (they do phones, and other gadgets, too)

Jason fixed my blue screened laptop and saved all my data at an affordable rate after a computer repair company in North Adams told me I had a hard drive failure that would cost close to $300 to replace and I would lose all of my data. Highly Recommended!

Had a gaming pc that had a issue figured it was the power supply they looked at it confirmed that was the issue (paid $40) they were supposed to order me a new power supply told me they would call me back later that day after they looked around for it never got the call back still waiting been 2 weeks nobody answers there phones wouldnt recommend highly wouldnt

Had some IP issues on my desktop. Brought my computer in on a Monday and less than 24 hours later I had my computer back home. Still had some issues, but these guys walked me through trying to resolve over the phone. Still could not fix it. I stopped by the shop the next day and he gave me a detailed written instructions on possible solutions. Still no luck so I decided it was time for a new (used) computer. The charge was less than 1/2 the price that other companies would charge just to look at it. While the issue never got resolved, these guys went above and beyond expectations to help. I would highly recommend them.
