Brought a friend in to lease a Corolla, salesman said she was all set, the sales Matt was great but the next day she goes there and the finance guy changes all the payments around on herto 3 different payment options. BSWe went to Destination Nissan in Albany and got a better deal and she only had to put half down from what you people wanted her to put down and the payment was the same as your original offer to her.We picked up her car Nissan Sentra yesterday, very nice. Liked it way better than the Corolla.

The salesman Bobby was upfront, not predatory like some car sales people. Gave me price without playing games . Other dealerships would talk around me without giving me final price. When I was living in the area a few years ago (2017), I brought my car in for routine maintenance. After charging me a painful fee and saying they fixed everything, I almost immediately noticed that my cars temperature was rising too quickly and that the engine was making a strange sound. I brought the car back across Massachusetts to a garage that I trust and they found a hole in the coolant tank that seemed exceptionally unlikely to have happened on its own in addition to a tear in my engines timing belt that, according to them, should have been making noise long before it got to that point. Would not be at all surprised if Haddad had seen a college age kid and decided to take advantage of his inexperience by sabotaging the vehicle in order to require more costly repairs. Seen that sort of thing elsewhere.

I left the car at Haddad; a technician quickly looked at the fan motor, determined there was small debris in it, cleaned it out and reinstalled. Problem solved and Haddad *did not charge* for the minor repair. We all know what other dealers might have done, but Haddad knows the value of reputation. Chris and the crew at Haddad Service went above and beyond for my wife. She picked up a log that got stuck between her wheel and suspension and I couldnt get it out. I called in the morning and they told me to bring it right up. They got it out in 20 minutes. I highly recommend these guys.

Sales was excellent. Service since purchase has been bad. Chris the service manager never returned a call. Brian from service is rude. Sold me a $40000 truck with mismatched and worn tires. After 2 weeks of trying to contact someone I was told it was my fault for buying the truck without checking. Would not recommend and will not return myself.

My wife went to pick up her pu truck, she had received a phone call from haddad that her truck is ready to be picked up. When she got there she was ignored for a good 5 minutes with three associates right there. I went there because the website said the car I wanted was there. Dont set up an appointment online because it doesnt get to them. It was all a waste of 30min. Instead of just saying that car wasnt there and at their sister site, they tried to talk me out of it and into buying a more expensive car. I test drove it to get a feel because the sales person said the other car was on its way back. Turns out it was never on its way because they dont share inventory with their 2 sister site.

We were lucky enough to buy a 2019 Highlander and 2019 Tacoma last fall and could not be happier with our purchases. At a lot of places once the deal is done, contact is over with, but Jon has reached out to me a few times to make sure we are happy and all is good. It might be a few years, but because of his efforts and the efforts of Jared to get us some great prices, we will always go to Haddad.

My truck with 100,000+ miles had alignment issues, which they brought up to me when I was there for routine maintenance. Although I had to go back a few times to get all issues fixed, my service advisor Bryan Torra worked hard to get me fixed up. He listened, and affirmed I wasnt crazy (at least about my vehicle issues).
