You can do one stop shopping for all your flooring project needs and best of all...expert installation tips and advice from the employees. One employee in particular is a stand out, Josh Pittman, the Assistant Store Manager. Josh has been able to help us in so many ways. It would be hard to list all the ways he has helped us via in store and over the phone but in summary he has made our entire experience so positive. He is the kind of person you want working with customers. Professional, intelligent and has that perfect level of interaction with respect to sales assistance. He respects your space but is also easy to talk to when you need information and help. His honesty and real life experience with the flooring that is sold in the store is something you just dont get at a big box store. We are completely gutting the first floor of our home (936 sq ft.) and we were super nervous about the big decision with what color and type of floor to go with. Josh helped immensely on providing us the products we needed to make our final decision. He even helped with tool suggestions for easier install since we are DIYers. I cant recommend this store enough for your next flooring project needs. You will be treated like a valued customer and Josh is the best person to see for anything you need.

Worked with Jordon who was extremely helpful. He was able to provide samples and knew a lot about the flooring we were asking about. He was able to make helpful suggestions without making us feel like we had to buy, but was able to explain the benefits so we were able to make a more knowledgeable decision. Great worker and was very efficient and patient even with my undeciveness.

These guys have some decent prices on flooring but you have to know what to look for. They even have regular sales that you can save big-time. Im not a regular here because I still think that Home Depot beats them on prices

My review is a bit over due, but I wanted to note the great experience I had with Lumber Liquidators, Robinson. I have hardwood floors in my Kitchen and wanted to change the flooring in the dining room and my (now) office. My husband was convinced we would NEVER be able to match the existing hardwood. Joshua P took care of me there! He researched and suggested a particular flooring and the floors are a perfect match. The installers - whose names I unfortunately cannot recall (floors installed in October) - Were exceptional!! They completely matched up the flooring despite the fact that there was an error in the previously installed flooring and took a great deal of time to figure out how to deal with that and made it work! If you need Hardwood or other flooring - go see Joshua P! He knows his stuff!!!

Awesome experience. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable in the product and installation of the products.

My neighbor used this company and their delivery driver knocked out a line while bringing the truck down the street. I lost cable/internet and lines were hanging from the pole down to the street in front of another neighbor’s house. When I asked the men doing the install if they let anyone know (so I could make the calls and arrange the repair if not) they were rude and confrontational and told me it’s not their problem, talk to the neighbor that bought the flooring. I called this Lumber Liquidators to get the delivery service info and was given the run around and a number that didn’t work. The person that answered the phone also informed me it was not his problem. He then apparently called the men doing the install to tell them I had called. I know this because as I was outside walking my dogs the men doing the install were telling the story very loudly on the porch insinuating I was wrong and hysterical for asking any questions. I felt this was very unprofessional and didn’t know why it became a big laughable story. I lost a day of work (I work from home and no internet = no work) and during this trying time I was very upset to have such disrespect and lack of accountability when something that had nothing to do with me was not only made my problem, but obviously a running joke to all companies involved.

I had mixed reviews while visiting this place. I am happy on purchase. Bought Bamboo carbonized solid flooring and glue. If you can find the right contractor to install its way to go. The prices are competive compared to Lowes or Home Depot the quality is far better. The choices are really good starts from a dollar all the way up to 10$. They do have a deals section that happened to have leftover of a bulk order which are sold at fraction of the price. Worth to check if you have a small room install. I did take their credit card that gave a year payment with no interest why not. Orders are typically ready to pickup in a week sometimes they have in stock. Prompt follow up and informed about the order. Scott was really helpful Thanks for making our purchase a bliss. They do delivery for 150$ if not pick yourselves. I will keep this updated after the install.

I purchased Moroccan Cherry hardwood flooring upon the recommendation of store staff after telling them I would install it in the main living areas of my house. The website says it will last forever and withstand typical home activity and after 2 months it looked like it needed to be replaced. Not only does it get dented by the tool that Lumber Liquidators sold me to nail it down, it gets track marks on it from the plastic tires on my kids little toys. At best this is furniture-grade softwood.UPDATE: After a protracted dispute they were not willing to stand behind their product until I threatened litigation. The store staff was blatantly unhelpful, after trying to upsell me on things I did not need in the first place, like basement-grade subfloor for flooring that was not going into a basement.The whole experience was really fly-by-night and I highly recommend shopping at a locally-owned flooring store like Rusmur or Molyneaux.
