I have used this service for more than 15 years. I’ve worked with both Amos and Brian and they are both friendly and professional, but the best judges of all are my dogs, current and past, they love them! PSI are reliable and honest. I highly recommend their services.

I paid 3 months in advance, after the 3 months I never received a bill or renewal notice. Not a letter, call, or anything. They canceled my service without notice and when I realized the 3 months had passed two weeks later, I called the company to make a payment and resume service. Owner was extremely rude and dismissive. I’m a paying customer and you refuse to offer your services to me. Not a very good business model. Theres better dog waste removers out thereUPDATE: if you had any doubts about how this company is with customer service, all you have to do is look at the responses to their complaints. A real company would attempt to fix the issues they have, but not them. Theres a reason their reviews are so terrible. Stay away at all costs.

These guys came one time and cancelled my service because I didnt call them back . My wife being in the hospital is a little more important . I would not recommend these guys to anybody . The worst customer service I have ever dealt with . Have filed with BBB on business practices ..
