We rented a small dumpster to help us clean out our basement. It arrived on time and the driver call me 15 minutes prior to his arrival so that I could let him know where I wanted it located. He put it exactly where I asked him to.When I was done loading it I called for an early pick-up.They showed up early the next day, loaded the dumpster, and were gone in 5 minutes.Easy company to deal with and the dumpster was clean and was exactly what we needed.

The dumpster was put on wood boards to protect my driveway. I got the 20 cubic yard dumpster this time. Pickup quick and easy. Their prices were in line with other offers. I will use them again.

I had another company(Toss That Junk) tell me they couldn’t drop a dumpster off after waiting all day on Friday until 6pm. At 6pm I called another company and booked this company and didn’t receive a call back because it was after hours. I proceeded to call them at 7am on Saturday morning and they had a dumpster to me by no later than 9am! Thank you y’all again. For future clean outs, I’ll be using this company from now on.

First time dumpster rental. Preparing to move and did a housecleaning during quarantine. These guys were very responsive as to delivery and pick up. Also, the walk in doors are a major plus if you want to be efficient in loading. Would recommend them.

First time using them and everything went great! The dumpster was dropped off on time and they took time to protect my driveway and make sure it wasnt damaged. The dumpster was picked up without hassle and driveway was left cleaner than before. Both drivers were super nice and very efficient.

I don’t review too many things but I find this worth reviewing. Called on a Monday, scheduled a 10 yd dumpster to be delivered Wednesday. Was delivered on time. Driver was friendly. Left it exactly where I wanted it. Pickup driver was also friendly. And yes they do sweep up after it’s on the truck. My only gripe, which isn’t really an issue because they said it would take up to that long, was that it took 3 days after I called to get it picked up. Other than that I highly recommend.

Overall I am happy with this service and would use it again. A couple things that could improve (why i gave 4 star instead of 5). It would be nice to know the time of day that the dumpster is coming. It was around 3 pm the day it was to be delivered so I called and spoke with someone. She told me someone would call me back. I never received a call back but I did get 3 emails directly after her call from the company about the service agreements but none told me what time the dumpster would arrive. It came sometime around 4 so no harm no foul but it would be nice to know an approximate time of day. After removal of the dumpster I had to sweep up the area. It probably was swept up but not particularly well as I filled a dustpan with debris I swept up (mainly dirt from the bottom of the dumpster). Again this isnt a deal breaker but if it was cleaned up better and i knew what time of day the dumpster was coming 5 star all the way. Thanks!

Excellent, price very reasonable, only thing is that you can only get a smaller dumpster if you are putting some cinder blocks in them and I could not get both my outdoor shed and my cellar door in it which was where the cinder blocks were which I never got to take apart.

Ive just rented my 4th dumpster. They are great to work with. Every dumpster delivered on time. Pick up was easy, call in, they pick it up and even clean up the mess that you make loading it. The last time I cleaned up and thought they wouldnt have to. They did a much better job than I did. Ill be ordering my next one soon. And you get email conformations for pick up and delivery.

Very friendly and professional. Their website helped me choose the right size, and the truck driver was able to maneuver the 30-yard dumpster into an extremely awkward driveway. I initially thought the 6 height might be a problem, but the double doors made it quite accessible.

Very dishonest. I spoke to Dave and was assured that their largest dumpster, a 20 yarder was sufficient for the renovation of a 1200 sq foot home - cost $435. Not even half way through the renovation, the bin was full. My contractor packed it neatly so there wasnt any empty space. I am very disappointed as I feel I was ripped off, intentionally. I understand Dave wanted to make a sale that day but deception is not the way to build repeat customers . I could have gotten a 40 yarder from another company for only $549 and saved a lot of money. But because of your dishonesty, I had to rent another dumpster from another company who had the larger dumpster (30 yarder) for another $500. Bin There Dump That also had the nerve to charge me another $22.40 because they claim I went over the weight limit. Of course no evidence to support their findings....but what another easy way to scam people. You guys got me! Congratulations! I wont be back.

My experience with BTDT has been very good. they delivered my dumpster in Elizabeth and, as requested, positioned perfectly in my driveway. After a trashing more than i thought a i had to get another dumpster and theyre were prompt at getting me a new one. They were very competitive with there pricing and i would recommend their service for others!!

I used BTDT for a dumpster for a roof job on my house. Everyone was very nice and knew their business. I told them the size of the roof and they told me which dumpster would meet my needs. AND IT DID! Delivery driver was very courteous and put the dumpster right where I wanted it. People in the neighborhood noted the well maintained and painted dumpster compared to other ones they had seen that are beat up and rusty. BTDTs are very presentable. I needed an extra day because of all the rain weve been having and Chris was very understanding and accommodating.
