They are very very professional. They arrived when they said they would and the towing technician was a very pleasant man to deal with. Prices were fair and the Tow by Joe t shirt was great!

Called to have my old car towed from my driveway. In about 10 minutes Harry pulled up in his flatbed ready to go. 10 minutes later the car was on the truck with no problems whatsoever. Super quick and friendly service, and they even paid us $50! Couldn’t believe it would be to fast and easy, and not even cost a penny! Highly recommended.

SERVICE PROVIDER HUNG UP IN MY FACE.... I ASSUMED IT WAS A MISTAKE SO I CONTACT HIM BACK/// HE SAID AND I QOUTE IF SOMEONE HANGSUP ON YOU THAT MEANS THEY DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU.If that is true we must not be that important to you because Saturday at 1:27pm I called and your dispatcher hungup in my face and I called back and he told me if someone hangup in your face that means that they dont want to talk you

Owner of the company was very rude when I called he did not even wanna talk to me he was very rudeI will never recommend this company to anybody else friends or anybody in the Pittsburgh area he lives in his commercials he says any car anywhere but that’s not true he’s very rudeI meant lies

Awesome tow company very courteous and they showed up early which is always better. Had my car loaded and gone in under 15 min. Quick and easy If you ever need a tow or have any unwanted cars theyre very fair with price and will come same day.
