If youre a woman they will be creepy and rip you off. They threatened to not put inspection stickers on unless we bought vastly overpriced windshield wipers and the ones on it were perfect fine. They also way overcharged for rotors. The labor cost was fine but the parts themselves were a rip off. Also I checked every light on the car before it was taken in and they still claimed to need to replace a bulb and overcharged for it. Will never go here again for anything.

Fixed flat tire in 10 minutes.We told them that we were going to get a new tire, but they said they can just fix the puncture on it, and they did well. They only charged $10. Tire is still good after 7 hour road trip.

Millvale pd uses them for towing vehicles for them, im sure theyre good people when you need them and they tow your car when you want them to. i just have a hard time understanding why it cost 210 to get my car from them when it was only a half a mile away. chester mcgann in the city only charged me 130 to get my car back and that was a 15 mile tow. i heard that the other shaler neighborhoods charge way more so i guess thats a plus that if they ever decide to tow my car again its by the guys that charge the least.

My car was hit in front of my house .It was parked.Millvale police would not let me call my own tow company..My car was not blocking the street and was not leaking fluids .Randigs are contracted by Millvale.I was charged 935.00.Absolutely outrageous.They should be ashamed of themselves.Millvale must be getting a big kickback for using them.Talk about ripping people off.Something needs to be done.

Surely not this companys fault that the Borough of Millvale posts document-sized black and white No Parking signs on utility poles for a parade, ya know, the kind someone might post for a lost pet and that litter poles all over the city. But $175- cash only- to tow by order of the MPD, and thats the discounted rate? Really? God bless the poor soul who doesnt have the money and now cant get to work, school, doctor, kids, etc. Shame on you. I hope you can sleep at night. #sleepwithdogswakeupwithfleas

This place handles towing for the Millvale Police Department and probably makes a substantial amount of money through its agreement with the Borough -- to the detriment of Borough residents like me.I live in an alleyway right across from Randigs and had my car towed there because a garbage truck apparently had a hard time getting by. Since I often bike to work and that Friday happened to be one of those days, I had left my car parked in front of my house. I didnt return home that evening because I was out with friends and had slept overnight on their couch. When I biked back the next morning, my car was gone. I thought it had been stolen and called the Millvale Police. Turns out these cops who I thought would help me were the ones who had gotten their buddies at Randigs to tow my car. Youd think that towing a car across the street, about 200 feet away from where it was parked, wouldnt cost an arm and a leg, but these shady folks charged me $260. Cash only -- they wouldnt even accept checks. To add insult to injury, the lazy Millvale garbage people didnt even pick up my trash.I hope this towing company and its ugly pink façade get put out of business. Millvale Borough is pretty shady for using them and should be ashamed for allowing this place to charge its own residents exorbitant fees for parking on their own streets.

They messed up my car. Cost me at least 1200 in repairs. Told me they didnt do it. And then they said they werent responsible from damages to my car from towing.

Total rip off.. Beware
