Driver ran me off road and almlst caused wreck. Then stuck middle finger up at me. Called and spoke to owner, he was unprofessional and screamed obsenities. Would never endorse this place. No wonder they are unaccredited by BBB

Went above and beyond. Didnt leave my keys in the car and they stopped by my house and picked them up.

Tl;dr These guys are scammers.I personally would not recommend these guys.I was involved in a two-car accident where my car was the one that needed towed. I called 911 and within 2 minutes of my call, two of these trucks rolled up on scene.Theyre hustlers and spotters. They sit and wait listening to police scanners(which I confirmed during one of my calls to them where the background noise was nothing but police scanners) and trick you into these roadside deals that are absolute scams. I was first told a tow would cost $300. I called AAA, who said theyd be there in 30 minutes. These guys dropped the price to $180. I foolishly accepted this offer, despite the fact that my AAA membership would have covered the tow 100%. They ended up towing my car to their lot. Once it was picked up after two days of sitting in their lot(trying to get a collision center to get the car), the bill ended up costing $1050.00.The breakdown for the bill was this:Tow - $595.00Gate - $100.00Storage - $60 per day (was told on phone it was $45 per day)Admin - $100I waited to write this review until they were no longer holding onto my car in any way because I would fear what theyd do to my car otherwise.Do not let these people tow you. For 2 days of storage at the original $45 per day rate and $180 charge for towing, it should have cost about $300, not over $1000.If you have AAA, call them to have them tow you. These guys will hustle you into what seems like a good deal, but ends up costing you a ton of money in the end.

I called Jay out of nowhere yesterday and needed a tow for my VW. He answered the call and was onsite in less than 30 minutes, he dropped my car off where I asked and it was less money than I expected. Thank you Jay! ... You saved to Day
