I don’t usually make these kinds of posts but the behavior and attitude of the staff here really forced my hand. When trying to get simple year end tax work done by them for my company everything was delayed. They would sometimes not answer or return my calls for days which showed their lack of professionalism. When I was lucky enough to get a hold of them and received some of the services I requested, I was utterly horrified. They were totally incompetent in filling out even the most simple tax forms. I quickly tried to get my money back because it felt like a scam. I’m not sure if their lack of care about my work was racially charged, but it either way it was egregious. Lucky I went with another firm which was much better. In summary totally below par work from them and possible discrimination from them. Definitely stay away from this firm in my recommendation.
