No frills Drive Thru oil change. Do they all yell the services they are about to perform or is it just this location? Anyway it’s perfectly adequate for what they are to do but I’ll stick to the dealership and better planning my 5,000 mile services.

Just went in for an oil change. We were seen right away. Matt helped us, he was super kind and efficient! He made suggestions about other maintenance but wasnt too pushy! It was a great experience. My car is in good shape now, thanks to Matt and the rest of the team : )

I used this oil change place the last time I got my oil done and it cost me over a hundred bucks. And then I went somewhere else to get my oil changed and apparently the oil pan bolt was torqued down way too tight and the new garage could not get the bolt off easily but they finally did and it cost me extra money.The mechanic at my most recent garage said whoever did your oil change last time torqued the oil pan bolt down more than likely with an air wrench.So yeah I wont be going back!This is the old oil pan bolt after the new garage had to fight getting the old one off.

Changed my oil super fast let me know the truck needed a new battery and they were so right also gave me a heads up on some things I was unaware of on the truck. Mind you I got to stay in my truck the whole time no worries about being in a waiting room or anything like that now this is the only place me or my hubby got to get our vehicles oil changed. A draw back to some is the price, but its not hard to find a coupon to bring that down. After my coupon, it was very comparable to some where I would have to go and sit in a waiting room.Staff on hand was very pleasant, respectful of Covid guidelines. All with masks and no noses shown. Thats very important to me and appreciated. Also, they all seemed to work together well as a team.My guy was friendly and attentive. My first time there so I didnt know what to expect. Showed me my oil, offered other services they provide but never came off as a pushy sales representative like other shops.Ill say, for the 15 minutes or so interaction I had there, Ill be returning. I think I actually spent more time at Burger King picking up my lunch than getting my oil changed. 🤣

Visited here on 09/23/2020 for an oil change. Due to the gentle who was under my car making sure everything was properly sealed when I got home my car had been taken from full oil to low oil. Due to me not noticing until leaving for work this caused me to miss a day of work, had I just had this experience I would never be coming back.However on 09/24/2020 my fiancé took the car and was able to had the oil changed again - and correctly this time at no additional charge to us. While there he was informed that the gentleman under my car was not supposed to be under there alone.That being said the second oil change is great and customer service the second time was outstandingI’m unsure if I’ll return however if every time would have been like the second I would come here exclusively.

7 minutes, 38 seconds! I didnt have time to schedule an oil change with my primary mechanic. Valvoline gave me what I needed, When I needed it.I will be returning in 4,500 miles.

A little pricey but did a great job very quick the manager was a great guy kept his guys in check will return.

Quick and friendly service and I didnt even have to leave my car. I had an issue with a tire I didnt know about and they were helpful in letting me know but no pressure to do anything about it there. Check online for coupons! Will definitely return next time I need a quick oil change.

Very transparent about service, process, and products. Did not try and up sell any part of the service and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Also not leaving the car was a greater benefit than I realized. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They charge $25-$30 more than my normal mechanic but they dont provide the same service and didnt even bother to reset my oil guage or apply the sticker. Id only use them again if I was in a bind

First, they forgot to put one of the factory valve covers back on the valve stem and having to use a replacement that doesnt fully cover the metal on it as the others do. Forgivable if that was the only thing.Second, went to change the oil myself this time and oil was spilled on the engine cover and not cleaned up.Third, there are now two screws are missing on the cover to access the oil pan.Fourth, the bolt on the oil pan is over-torqued to the point where I cant remove it myself. Because of that and the effort I was putting into getting it off, the outside is slightly rounded off. It may have stripped the threads with how tight it is. If it hasnt chances are if that happens repeatedly it will.

I regularly go to the Cranberry Valvoline for oil changes, but this time I was looking for an automatic transmission fluid change. Theres was broken. So they gave us the next closest one . When I got there, I was pleasantly suprised that Paul, who was at Cranberry location, had recently been relocated to this one. He was, as usual, friendly, efficient and went above the rest in servicing my car. Highly reccomend this location!!

Lied about our oil pan being rusted. Took it to another shop and they looked over the whole car. They were very rude. Told us different things were wrong and they were fine. The next day we went to another shop and they did our oil change no problem. Do not recommend them

Today my vehicle was serviced by Katrina, she went above and beyond to throughly explain and perform the services. The team here is quick & professional, I wont go anywhere but Valvoline!

These guys really do a nice job. I had never used them before, but was able to find a good coupon for having my oil changed so gave them a try. For quick change oil places, Ive been conditioned to expect a bunch hapless teenagers running around, gleefully using impact wrenches to strip the threads on my oil pan drain plug (has happened). Instead what I found was a well trained and professional team that obviously had experience working together.They gave me several additional service recommendations, some I accepted some I did not. One that I did was to have 3 belts changed that controlled my steering, coolant, some other system on the front of the engine. It wasnt something Id have thought of, but the belts were visibly cracked and worn (likely original on my 15 yr old Toyota pick up truck). They didnt at all mind showing me the wear and tear on them. My guess is they made a decent mark up on the repair, but compared to one of the belts snapping and me having to take additional time at another mechanics garage later to get it repaired (for perhaps a lower price?) it seemed well worth it.With the oil change, tires rotated, and 3 belts changed out I was in and out in about an hour, which I thought was a pretty darn efficient. These guys are good at what they do, dont hesitate to give them a shot!

Although the oil change took 20 minutes I brought my own oil and filter the price was 37.44They could not reser my oil change notificationThey did not know if the filter was up top or down low on my bmw.They said my tires were deflated I tried to explain to them to go off the manufacturer recommendation not the tire, I guess tgars what you get for younger kids making 9 dollars an hour

Service was good but they forgot to replace a valve cap. Now I have one that doesnt match and leaves some of the metal exposed with winter salt on the roads. If they forget a small detail like that, what else is happening that you dont notice since you stay in the car and dont see whats happening.

Valvoline is our favorite place to get an oil change. Started going there at 36k miles and go every 2k to 3k miles. At 110k now. Always excellent service but this location seems to rush their work. Last time we were there they didnt even top off our fluids or check the air in our tire. The robinson location is far superior.

Its ok, expensive

The service and welcoming staff are excellent but the quality of the oil isnt that one you gonna pay.They say it take 3000 miles to change it but i did check it for 2 times and it wasnt that perfect on only first time i checked it on 1500 miles and the second time on 2200 miles it was very very very dark, that is the worst quality of oil.(I tried full synthetic and also the conventional) and the result is the same thing.

Took my daughter with her 1st (used) car about a month ago. The staff was great. They replaced her tail light, changed the oil, replaced the air filter and answered our questions about what else they thought the car might need. We were out of there pretty quickly for a busy Saturday afternoon. Im going back today for my oil change today.

Awesome experience at this location. I had never been to one before and they were able to give me appropriate recommendations for my vehicle. I was respected and was given an explanation on the oil change services.
