Stopped by Jiffy Lube on a rainy morning before work to see why my tire was leaking air. Mr. Keith quickly diagnosed the issue and plugged the tire right away. There was a large nail that was causing the slow leak. They worked to pull and plug the tire and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Really appreciate the quick and efficient work this morning.

This visit was much better than my last one about 6 weeks ago. I was greeted right away and Chris explained things clearly. I needed an oil change and radiator flush, but was still in and out in an hour.

I had a nightmare experience at this location on November 12, 2020. I brought in my girlfriends car to have winter tires put on. As I was driving away there was a loud rhythmic sound from one of the tires. The employees heard it and ran out. One of them drove it back into the bay which is when I saw that the wheel was falling off. The lug nuts were completely loose on one wheel so they tightened them with a torque wrench. It didnt sound good and they tightened one twice, but I assumed they knew what they were doing. I drove away and several miles later my wheel began to dismount again. I parked and walked a long ways to an auto zone to buy a tire wrench since there wasnt one in the car. I tightened the bolts and discovered that two of them had been cross threaded and were spinning freely. I ended up taking it to the dealership where they confirmed that three of the wheel studs had been stripped and needed to be replaced.This was an awful (and dangerous) experience. But what made it the worst was the customer service. Their regional manager Victor called me and offered to fix it. The car was already at the dealership garage and the timing didnt work out. I asked him if they would reimburse me for the tire installation and cover the cost of the stud replacement. He said that he would do that for me. After not hearing from him for a while I played a game of cat and mouse, leaving voicemails, text messages and emails. At one point he told me he had submitted everything just waiting to hear something. But ultimately he completely ghosted me. I feel like my life was put into danger and they couldnt even cover the minor cost of a refund and reimbursement. Im still considering legal action.

Couldnt of gotten home without Keith Lamar and George Today ...I came in because. I had a flat tire and they were all so professional and got me out in a timely matter ..Lamar even took some time out his lunch break to help me so I wouldnt be waiting and it was definitely appreciated today!! Will deff be back and ask for them!!

They talked me into getting the most expensive oil change. Stating that I wouldn’t need an oil change for 7,000 miles. My 2021 car oil light came on only 4,000 more miles. Beware over charge and give you the cheap.

What a horrible experience. I went to get an oil change. I mentioned my low tire pressure light came on this morning. They said theyd check that out as part of their work. After I left, I called 3 times because I realized Id forgotten to request a tire rotation. No one picked up any of my calls. When I went to pick up my car, I asked for the rotation. At that point, they discovered a screw in the tire. I asked them to put the spare on. They didnt adjust my bill while I was there to remove the $22 tire rotation cost (since they didnt complete it). The oil change is supposed to have a safety check--which should have had the screw in the tire noticed. If they vacuumed the inside, they did a very quick/poor job. The exterior windows were supposed to have been cleaned, but were not. For the $100 I paid for a synthetic blend oil change, I will definitely spend my money elsewhere next time.

Chris was very friendly, professional and up front about wait time (for a sunday morning). The staff was all around very warm and kind; will definitely be going to this location next time.

I have never gone to an oil change place and have them tell me I didnt need an oil change. Usually they are always trying to upsell you on everything. But I went today because my cars computer was set to an oil change. The guy told me that I had another 1000 miles on the oil, that the computer was set for mileage that is too low, and sent me on my way. He could have still done the oil change and not said anything and I wouldnt have known, but he was looking out for me. Awesome.

They get the job done and also vacuum your carpet for you but prices are surely high. They are convenient but you pay for it.

Kelsey provided great service and very professional. Got in when there was no line, and was in and out under 15 minutes. I even asked for a cabin filter replacement and instead of just replacing and charging me, they took the time to check and see that it was still in good condition. Thank you!

When we came to Jiffy Lube, we just wanted to get an oil change. The technician said that my daughter needed 2 front tires and brakes. She told them to do it and we rode off in a dream vehicle. They are honest. I will go back.

They over filled my oil by at least 3 quarts and something happened and lost oil pressure. This then caused the engine to start making a horrible noise. After contacting the supervisor at the shop who came out to me to look at it and gave the excuse that he had a new guy and he must have over filled it. He then followed me back to the shop where he changed the oil again and told me it should be fine. Its not still making noise and the oil pressure gauge is very low. He did say if anything happens they do have insurance that will cover it. Really not how i wanted to spend my Saturday when i had plans and now dont feel comfortable going anywhere in fear that i will be stranded. I will not be returning and may need a lawyer before this is over.

Victor and the guys at this location really helped me out when the skid plate underneath my car broke loose in the snow and ice of this past week. Unsafe to drive and unable to somehow pull it off myself, I called and explained the situation and Victor said No problem, bring it over now, well take care of it! They had it removed in just a few minutes so I could drive the car back home.Very grateful to the guys there for helping me when I was stuck; I definitely recommend them!

Consistently understaffed, every time i went to get my brakes changed i was told they couldn’t do it with the people they had working

If anyone ever had a bad experience at this Jiffy Lube location things definitely changed. The new manager really turned this place around. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient. I have enough confidence in this crew to continue to bring my Ford SUV to this Jiffy Lube location.

The wait was about 3 hours, no one wore a mask, and after messing with my tire pressure the next day I woke up to a flat. Waiting to see what kind of damage Im looking at. I recommend you go to a real garage.

Business opens at 8am guy shows up at 8:10am half asleep. All the workers were late as well. Then he pulls my car in the bay and has it sit there for 30 min only to pull it out 10 min later and say they cant do my oil change because they dont have my oil filter.45 min of wasted time and money.I requested a refund from groupon..WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. 100% UNPROFESSIONAL.

I came a few weeks ago for my first oil change and my experience from start to finish was superb! The young lady greeted me at my vehicle and asked me a few questions about my car and I didn’t know ANYTHING about my car lol She walked me through all the different oil selections then helped me narrow down which oil was good for my car after scanning my vehicle. There was coffee, everyone was so polite, the manager I believe came and showed me my filters that obviously needed to be changed and before putting in the new one the young lady came and showed me the new one, which I appreciated because you never know with sketchy scam mechanics. I watched them vacuum, wipe my windows, put air in my tires, put the new sticker in, and was amazed by how fast they worked!! I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! A special shout-out to the young lady because she was overall awesome to watch because I’ve never seen a female mechanic before! I will definitely be visiting this establishment for any of my car needs. Thank you so much Baum for being Bomb!

Ive been using Jiffy Lube for years and this was the worst experience ever. Sat in line for over an hour with no way to leave. Youre boxed in sitting there and cant move. Another 45 minutes for the oil change. I will NEVER use this location again!

Tried to give me services I didn’t need. I came in for a balance and alignment and they told me my entire axle needed to be replaced for ~$600. I went somewhere else and that was not an issue at all. Would never go back.

I took my Honda Civic to this Jiffy Lube location for a routine oil change at the end of November. While there, I was treated with respect and kindness. However, within the next month my car began leaking oil. I took my car to my mechanic and was told the oil filter was not installed properly, resulting in oil spilling out of my car since. My mechanic said at the time I had so little oil left in my engine I was less than a mile away from my engine seizing up and having to scrap my car as the price for a new engine isnt cheap. While I appreciate the professionalism shown to me while there, I do NOT recommend taking your car to this Jiffy Lube location. I dont understand how a basic service like an oil change and inserting a new oil filter could have been screwed up so badly.

I was traveling home (2hr drive) for the weekend to visit my new nephew. I usually take my vehicle to the dealer but needed an oil change very bad. So I decided to take it to jiffy lube because it was right next to my house. Worst idea EVER. Not only was the manager not wearing a mask and I actually saw spit come out of his mouth. I was second in line and waited about 1hr 45min if not longer for my oil change. I was patient and walked to get a cup of coffee. Still not done. Then he proclaimed my battery was so dead he couldnt even turn it back on to get it off the dock and I would have to have it towed at my expense. Explained they tried to jump it and it wouldnt turn on. I couldnt believe it but like I said i was traveling and obviously.. need my vehicle. So I bite the bullet and paid about idk, 160$ for a new battery. So in total I think it was 350$ for everything. Im home for Christmas and my vehicle isnt turning on properly so I take it to my local mechanic here. Turns out the battery he proclaimed was brand new and made for my vehicle was for a small vehicle and I own a Toyota 4runner. (Mechanic said it was for a small Hynda) Also, it could have ruined my alternator and been extremely expensive to replace. The battery was corroded and was all swollen due to being the wrong voltage for my vehicle. The manager knew I was trying to get home and I believe made all the battery stuff up for a quick sale. My vehicle started FINE for me to drive it to Jiffy lube. I should have known better, this place is the worst and I dont suggest it to anyone ever. There are so many other places to go. Also, tried calling to talk with someone about this and the phone rang off the hook 2 different times. Im a store manager at my job and if I did this to people I would A. Lose my job B. Wouldnt be in business. Best of luck to this Jiffy Lube.

Couldnt do an oil change because manager decided to leave for 3 hours after hitting his car count for the day.. gave them 1 star because the staff was ready to work but not able to with out a manager.

Car wasnt vacuumed, windows werent washed, dirty rag left in the car, steering wheel all greasy, and radio/control settings all changed. Who knows if the oil was actually changed, the other fluids checked? Just go somewhere local and reliable.

Way over priced and you dont get the complete service like grease fitting of offer any other services like air fillers and more. The was 57.oo doing the something at walmart but the check everything less then 40.oo you do the math and i have a newer van and can you believe it the guy sets the employees lunch on my hood and none of them were wearing any mask. I ll never ever go there again. I suggest that you go to wall mart or Vavoline oil centers

Excellent service and professionalism. This location replaced my front brakes, new tires, and performed an oil change. 4 months later I took my vehicle to be serviced at another company. During this visit the competitor told me I needed new front brakes, despite me getting new ones previously. The location even claimed Jiffy never changed the brake pads. I took the car back to Jiffy, and the location manager Marty walked me through and measured everything in front of me. The results turned out the other location lied. Jiffy did perform the work and even showed me the measurements. When I returned to the liar location, they suddenly became uncertain why the technician recommended the new $150 brake job. The manager did apologize, blaming a new technician for making a mistake. Needless to say I will NEVER use that company again and will perform all of my business with Jiffy on Baum moving forward.

If I could give zero stars I would...I go to get my inspection and an oil change. The wait staff advised me that the state revoked their ability to perform inspections; should have been my first clue. I decided to stay for the oil because I didnt have time to drive to the Aspinwall location.I get the oil changed. Pull my car back on Baum and immediately feel my car vibrating and can hear a clicking. I drive around the block and back to Jiffy to let them know something wasnt right. The manager spots the bolt and says there is no way to say that came from here. A brand new torx screw and washer just magically appears in my tire, but he is clueless. He offered the suggestion of where I could go for a new tire and I politely called him on his bs.P&W MINI (also on Baum) plugged my tire in 30 min. . .Bcz they are both capable and competent.I wrote a nice post about my experience on FB and horror stories of this location came flooding in with each person who shared. Mike Skidmore of Jiffy Lube Greentree reached out to me on the post and after calling him, he offered to plug my tire free of charge. He didnt have to offer anything, and even though it was already plugged, I appreciate a real manager with a staff who appreciates the value of happy customers and repeat business.While the wait staff and cashiers were friendly, the gross inability to take care of the damage they caused and deflecting responsibility are reasons why I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this Jiffy Lube.

Super long wait but its hard to be mad when theres only two people in there on a Sunday. The building was in disrepair and seemed to be chronically understaffed but the two gentlemen who helped me were kind and patient despite the stress of the long line and frustrated clients.

Great customer service! It was my first time getting oil change so first I was a little nervous. But people working there were all super nice and made this experience a great one! Quick and no reservation needed. Ill definitely go back to this place!

I honestly dont know that much about cars and have been going here to get my oil changed that past couple times. Yesterday I noticed my change oil light was on so I took my car in to get that taken care of. After looking at the car and their records they determined that I got the long lasting synthetic oil last time so I still had 3K more miles to go before I needed it changed. I know plenty of mechanics who would have just changed my oil and thought nothing of it so they could charge me but they did the right thing and told me that an oil change is not justified yet. All the workers there are pleasant to deal with and the prices are fair. They always sweep out the car as well and never charge for it. It just over all great service and people who generally want you to get the most out of your vehicle. I would recommend this jiffy lube location to anyone.

Got my oil changed a month ago here. Today while getting my car inspected, was told the oil was dangerously overfull, double the proper amount, risking serious engine damage.

Great customer service to a non-local Jiffy Lube customer. Traveling from VA to Pittsburgh when my tire low pressure warning came on. Pulled into this store and they happily took care of me. Im a very happy customer! Thank you to the local crew.

I went in and arrived a few minutes after 8am when they opened. I told them I needed an oil change. I did not leave until almost 10am. I felt that the staff was very disorganized.

I arrived at the Baum Boulevard location unannounced. I was greeted immediately and treated very respectfully. Although they were a bit backed up, they moved rather quickly and had me in and out for my oil change extremely quickly. Victor especially was knowledgeable and was very thorough in reviewing everything and letting me know what all I would need done in the near future. I will absolutely be back for my next vehicle need and would recommend them and this location without hesitation!

Slowest lube ever. Not jiffy at all. I asked the gentleman who came to my car how long of a wait it would be, he said 10-20 minutes. 1 hour and 16 minutes later my simple oil change is finally finished. I would have left one star but the gentleman at the counter was very friendly. Won’t come back.

I like the quick oil change, but they werent wearing masks, which are currently required by PA state law.

I needed a quick oil change and thats what I got. No problems, easy, fast I was a bit surprised by the cost, I should have asked before I got there, the website I looked at for pricing was obviously out of date. I paid more than I would normally, but it was much faster. They vacuumed out my car decently. They tried to clean the windows but I watched the guy and he was going way too fast, I had to clean up his work when it got home, too many streaks from whatever cleaner he used. I guess it was better than nothing.Not sure why everyone leaves negative reviews, it seems like they work hard here and it is quick.

Topped off washer fluid and cleaned the front window. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Free WiFi and coffee but youre not going to be there long because they are pretty quick. In and out in less then 30 mins. Great overall experience.

I arrived 5 minutes before they opened. One of the team members invited me to go inside and explained that they were just getting started. The oil was changed i was offered a few services that my car could probably use But my budget was not ready for. I appreciate that they explained the services but didnt push me to purchase them. Ive come here for years. Even after they tried to sell me tires that I didnt need and having a battery die a day after they did check on it and said it was okay. The final straw was being told that I had been using the non recommended oil for 5 years. Jiffy Lube corporate could care less about addressing the situation. Take your business elsewhere, I know I am.Edit Answering Jiffy Lube. I called customer care before taking my review public. You were not interested in addressing my concerns. Why should I refund your last oil change? Whats in it for us? Youve already said you wont be a customer anymore. When I let the gentleman know I would just post my review publicly, I was told, Good luck with that.You have my information and complaint. If you wish to fix it, you can contact me.

I work for a local university, and I took one of our fleet vehicles here for an oil change. I received AWESOME service! This location is under new management and they couldnt be anymore helpful. Definitely will return!

Went into the shop to get my oil changed in my truck and I dealt with a guy named Victor Hawk He was very helpful and understood what I wanted done on my truck and he went out of his way to make it a pleasant visit. I will definitely be returning. Thanks Don.

Victor and the team at jiffylube took great care of me this past weekend. Answered all my questions and I’m VERY thorough when it comes to my truck. My package included a window treatment which they forgot and vacuuming, but still the important service no complaints. 👍🏼

I came early and only had two cars ahead of me, they decided to lift the person’s hood that was pulled in after mine. I’ve been waiting for over an hour now and they rudely didn’t even acknowledge my claims department until way after which is why I’m still here now .

I was in a rush to get my oil changed and two other shops were both booked four days out. That same day I simply drove up to jiffy lube, had my oil changed immediately, and was on my way within 45 minutes. Highly recommend. This is now my go to place for oil changes.

The staff here exceeded my expectations including the manager Victor. He explained what was going on with my car, his prices are way cheaper than the dealerships, he got me in and out for my brakes, rotors and caliber and on a few occasions stayed open a little later to look at my car. I never do reviews but they deserve it every time i go its nothing but exceptional services.

They were really nice, but also very slow. I came because there was only one car in the bay and thought I could get in and out fast. Although the Groupon states “in about 20 minutes,” it ended up taking an hour.

I love it here, but I have no complaints so I gave it 5 stars. Pretty much in and out, no funny business. I dont like funny business. if there was funny business I would have went to getgo to get my oil change. just saying because it was pretty good service. Im going to come back on the next blue moon but until then Im just gonna milk the cow.

I went around 430 during the week right during rush hour when everyone seemed to be getting their oil changed. Because the staff seemed very busy, when I dropped my car off a man came out asked what I wanted a scurried back to the garage saying it would take about an hour. I was a bit confused because I had never been to one of these places and all he had said to do was pop the hood and leave the keys in the car. I was a bit nervous about doing that but decided that it was alright since there were about 6 other cars ahead of me and one pulling in behind me. I left to get some groceries and by the time I got back (about 30 minutes) the car was sitting outside ready to go. I went inside and they immediately took car of me to get me on my way. Make sure you use an online coupon, otherwise youll be paying a pretty penny to simply get your oil changed (about 45). No real hidden costs because they showed me exactly what had been changed and filled; although in the amount of time they probably looked at my car, their judgment probably isnt the best (especially because their name tags read lube technician), but my car was just recently in the shop for something else so I didnt really need any confirmation of its condition. Overall, the experience was pretty good and it was so fast. I had a 10 dollar off coupon and the total came to ~35, which is a lot but not terrible for the turn around time. When I got home I checked my oil to make sure it actually got changed, since ive heard horror stories about how there was no oil after oil changes. I looked and the dipstick was exactly halfway between min and max and covered in a nice clear oil. The guy also told me that if it ever gets low, I can stop by any other place and get topped off if the oil gets low again.

Very quick and convenient service. Came in right around closing and they took care of me still. Would recommend.

I have a fiat so many places do not carry the filter I need for an oil change. Jiffy lube was my third call of the morning. The manager, Brett, was polite and cuteous over the phone. He located the part, had it delivered at no charge, and then took my name and number. An hour later he called me and told me he had the filter, and I could come in at my convenience. Quick and painless, and they even checked my tire pressure because the sensors were on. Great service. Definitely will be coming back.

Purchased a Groupon for an oil change. This was my second time going to this particular Jiffy Lube. I was told there was a 45min wait. Two ladies were ahead of me. I paid for the Platinum oil change which included tire rotation and window treatment. After the oil was changed I noticed the two young men who were servicing my vehicle started bickering. There seemed to be an issue during the tire rotation and it appeared to be a problem. It took longer than usual and I watched them raise and lower my car several times. When I went to pay I asked about the window treatment and was told it was done but both my drivers side and passengers windows were rolled down as the were when I pulled in. Does the window treatment only cover windshield and rear window? When I got in my car there was no sticker stating mileage and date of service. Matter of fact the printout I was given was actually from my previous visit stating the old mileage. I may use Jiffy Lube again but I will never patronize this store again.

Hello I would like to say I came in to get my car looked at and bc it was making a knocking noise and Victor was the one that took a look at my car and said hun your oil is very low and he even took the time to show me. He called over a guy named Jason and told him to take care of me/my car. Great experience thank you guys so much

I just got my oil changed here about an hour and a half ago, and the employees seemed nice enough and everything seemed to be fine. However, when I picked up my friend just now, she reminded me to get my rear brake light and side indicator fixed, which I had forgotten wasnt working. I was surprised that the employee hadnt advised me to get it fixed so I checked the form that states everything they did and it said that they checked the lights and they were fine. Then I realized that they didnt put a sticker in my car for when to get the next oil change even though the form said they did.I can calculate the mileage, but seriously, if they didnt even do those basic things, but said they did, what else did they skip? It wasnt even busy. Ill be going somewhere else from now on.

Oil change was fine, but they didnt close up my engine air filter box properly and my car sounded like its muffler was removed. Got home and noticed what they did (or didnt do). Even when you tell them ONLY an oil change, they still remove your filter and show you that its clean or dirty. Again, I knew my filter was good.... why touch it??? Then, even with a coupon, it was not expensive than going to Monro or NTB, and not much faster...

Jiffy lube specializes in oil changes and you cant fault them for that. However, specializing in oil changes means they charge more for oil changes... about twice as much as any local area car shop. With that premium you get fast oil change service and cleaning of your car. They are also supposed to fill up your other fluids. If youre in a rush and need an oil change ASAP then jiffy lubes are fine.

Long wait, then their credit card terminal was malfunctioning too (it kept denying my card which worked fine later in the day; I called my bank and they had no record of the transaction attempts). I ended up paying in cash but they didnt have change. Wont be going back.

Dont trust these people with your car, they dont even understand anything about them besides dump oil here.When getting my oil changed (the most expensive kind mind you) an employee broke my radiator inlet hose. I took it back to them to figure out what was wrong and got no assistance except to learn that the individual providing my oil change was in fact fired for incompetence. I figured it out and repaired it myself, then demanded recompense. The manager said he would give my number to the owner and that the process takes time. one month later I have received no contact. Might need to make a trip to small claims court, idk.
