Dishonest staff and an all around horrible experience. Stay away if you care about your mental health.

I have been going here for a decade on and off. They have kind and compassionate therapeutic staff who are very knowledgeable. I recommend them if you are seeking individual or group therapy.

Counseling staff is proactive and compassionate. Unfortunately the bureaucratic issues common in Heritage Valley Health system can cause unwelcome stress. Assistance my daughter receives offsets problems with support staff

Staff is very nice at this location and at edgeworth square. I seen my same doctor from over a year ago so I thought we would keep my meds the same. Nope!! So I asked for something different, again Nope!! Well thanks for not helping after you know my history and illness ( well I thought he did) and I just explained it all again and my reason for stopping treatment ( not by choice) and re-seeking treatment!! Absolute worst care I have ever received in my life. I would seek care elsewhere if your serious about getting help!!

They didnt want to help me with problems I have they just want to throw pills at me
