Online surveys do a muuuucchh better job at asking the right questions to diagnose a patient than this guy. No wonder another patient told the receptionist they were going to look for someone else. Apparently the therapist Im supposed to see next will isnt even the right fit for me and will have to be put on a waiting list to see the right one. I doubt Ill be going back. Dont waste your time with this place

Some of the previous staff were absolutely fantastic. Recently it has turned into more of a business than a safe place for mental health. Most of the staff are not even trained in the area they are working. Very unprofessional. They can’t handle clients/patients who are not in a good place, rather tell them they should go. I’ve been going here for years and recently, due to the new staff, it is not a welcoming environment nor a safe place. Tina was absolutely fantastic and I haven’t dealt with her in awhile unfortunately.Seems to me, they are not very well-trained or have any expertise in the field of psychology, psychiatry, counseling etc. I’m currently in the process of trying to file a formal complaint because my last experience almost caused to me to want to end my life as they were not helpful at all.

It was great at first but, the therapist I had Jennifer G. was horrible and very unprofessional! She definitely needs to find a new Profession and seek mental health treatment for her self. If this place doesnt get it together, they definitely will be getting slapped with law suits. I now get treatment elsewhere!

Staff is friendly and kind. They treat their patience with dignity.

I am so thankful to have found this place Tina is amazing!! She has helped me tremendously everyone in the office is so nice and caring. The younger blonde secretary is always so nice when I have to call and reschedule or have any questions. When your dealing with mental health issues it is very important to have a trusting relationship with the people helping you. I have finally found someone I trust I highly recommend this place to everyone.

No personalized care. I was treated more as a product on an assembly line than an actual patient.

When i first walked into the office for my first appointment i should have known to turn around when i saw they were playing a serial killer documentary on the tv in the waiting room. Not exactly best practice for an office that takes care of patients with psychiatric issues.I was on time for my appointment but had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. I thought they forgot about me.The doctor was very nice and so was his medical scribe.After leaving i felt confident that they would take care of me but i was so wrong. I would not recommend this place to anyone.I’ve had to reschedule multiple appointments with them and it’s a constant confusion with their secretary.Whenever i need med refills i have to call almost everyday multiple times a day to get a simple call back to verify my meds (which i have been taking forever).These past two weeks I’ve had enough. I haven’t spoken to a single living person. No missed calls from them or voicemails. I’ve been out of my meds for 2 weeks and I’m 9 months pregnant. What a horrible way to treat your patient.I have called them twice a day for TWO WEEKS! I’ve even called the pharmacy to see if they could get ahold of them and I’ve heard absolutely nothing.This place is unprofessional and as a nurse i can’t believe a provider would abandon his patients like this. It’s just a disgrace.Don’t go here!!!
