My 8 year old started here recently. I love the way they teach. She is learning great skills while having fun and meeting new people. She looks forward to class all week. I look forward to watching her learn, grow stronger, and become more confident in her choices. I feel this class will help her reach these goals.
My 6 year old loves her ninja class and looks forward to it every week now! She had a couple of friends in the class so she adapted very easily and we have seen her confidence grow even in the few weeks that she has been attending! Thank you!!
Finally finding a program my child feel confident about and looks forward to going to each week.
Ninjability has been a wonderful experience so far for my 7 year old daughter. Definitely noticing it as a nice confidence booster. Thank you Ninjability!
My 7 year old daughter attends class in the Penn Hills location. The martial arts style is designed around self defense. My daughter absolutely loves this class. It is fantastic to finally find a program that combines exercise, self discipline, and learning how to defend yourself all into one. The head instructor Mr. C is amazing with the kids. He is very patient with the children and knows how to keep their interest. New parents get to sit and watch the first class and it is a shame about the pandemic because I wish I could watch every class. Mr. C teaches them self disciple and he does a really great job creating mutual respect with the class. My daughter doesnt yell yes sir in class because she was told to, but because she wants to.One of the last activities they did in her first class and I assume in every class is run an obstacle course. A simple roll onto a pad, crawl under a tunnel, either jump or duck an incoming pool noodle, and finally a running jump kick into a bag. The entire time the children waiting to run through were instructed to do jumping jacks. This was all going on while the mortal combat music was playing which was awesome. The hardest part of watching her first class was sitting silently wanting to shout keep your hands up or offer assistance.I would strongly recommend this program to any parent who has children interested in learning the martial arts. The instructor Mr. C is great with the kids, has awesome communication with the parents, and offers a great introduction program. The first class is free for them to try and see if they like it. The only issue I have now is my daughter keeps asking how many days until karate, which is the best problem to have!
My son goes to the class in Pleasant Hills and he LOVES it! He is so excited every Friday for his class.
When my daughter showed an interest in taking karate, I started looking around for different classes and sending out emails requesting further information. For the most part I received back cookie cutter answers and they all wanted us to come in first. Not the case the Ninjability, not only did I almost immediately receive detailed information pertaining to the classes via email but also links to you tube videos explaining what they do and how the class works as well as a direct phone call from the owner Paul within a few hours in which we discussed everything and he answered all questions.Being new to the class I was able to observe my daughters first session. I could tell within 5 mins of class starting that she was hooked and this would be something we were in for the long haul.Paul does a fantastic job of engaging the kids and keeps them moving, they are learning the principles associated with martial arts but in a fun and energetic way, and the class is limited to just their age group. I found many other classes could have 14 year olds in with 7 year olds.If your child has an interest in starting karate, I highly recommend Ninjability Pittsburgh
Paul and company are great! Excellent communication and an amazing program to be in. My kid love the high-energy classes.
What a great class and an even better concept! My daughter absolutely loves and looks forward to going each week. In addition to martial arts moves, she has learned basic self defense moves, as well as leadership, inclusivity, and teamwork.
Ninjability has been an amazing program for my son. The classes manage to incorporate practical physical skills alongside character building; and it is all done with an upbeat and positive attitude. The kids all seem to have a blast to boot!
