Honestly best gym I have ever went to, highly encourage any one (no matter there background, or fitness level) to come in and at least try STOUT PGH out. Extremely friendly and all of the instructors here are one of a kind. There personal willingness to help you reach your true potential is unmatched from any where around!
My husband has done BJJ with Stout for over 10 years, but I just joined this summer and am doing Muay Thai. My experience has been amazing. I was incredibly out of shape and hadnt boxed in 30 years, but the instructors were all patient and kind, although they certainly pushed me hard, which is what I needed and was looking for. Ive been able to increase the number of classes I attend and really look forward to them. Big shout out to coaches Vince, Brittany, and Jonas!! Ive practiced at all 3 locations, and all are clean, well-organized, and have great staff. Any beginner can comfortably start here, and anyone with experience can refine their skills!
I dropped in to try a jiu jitsu class while I was in town for work. Logan did a great job teaching the class. Everyone was very friendly and welcomed me in. They have a big very nice facility. Great environment. Excellent place to train. Would definitely recommend.
I have been training BJJ at Stout (Zelienople location) for about one month now. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and everyone I have met at the gym has been very helpful. There is a nice variety of classes at different times, which helps to accommodate busy schedules. This is a great place to train in the combat arts. If you are thinking about trying BJJ, definitely give it a try. Not only will you meet some great people, but you will also have fun and get a great workout! I really look forward to coming to class each week!
Great BJJ school. Knowledgeable coaches and welcoming vibe. Offers many classes to accommodate different schedules.
I went to stout for a tournament last November it was a beautiful environment I was astonished by how spacious and clean the place was very nice people definitely recommend!
Awesome training facility!!! Came in from out of town and was blown away. Great professors and student learning environment, with a great gym in the back. Can’t wait to come back!
The gym is super clean and looks so dope! The coaches are very nice and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend if you are in the area.
I visited this gym while traveling for work they couldn’t of been more welcoming and hospitable! Can’t wait to train with them again next time I’m in town.
Amazing place to train. Great staff, facility, and community. I started with zero experience and have loved every workout
This place is awesome!! My daughter who is 7yrs old trains here. The instructors are patient, engaging, and make it fun!! The atmosphere is very family friendly and comfortable. I highly recommend them!💪👊
Nothing but good things to say about this gym. I dropped in for a day visiting Pittsburgh, and was welcomed by high quality instruction, great training partners and a phenomenal gym (Main Location in the Strip District)These guys have a massive, clean gym with tons of mat space, a weight and fitness room, and striking section. I was pleasantly surprised by no mat fees for visitors, a rarity at most gyms. Instructor Warren taught a great nogi jiu jitsu class on leg locks, and there’s training for everyone from competitive rolls to light rounds. If you’re in the area and looking for a jiu jitsu, thai boxing or fitness gym, I strongly recommend checking out Stout PGH!
Excellent place to train regardless of ability or skill. They have great instructors and plenty of training partners to match your level/goals.
Great environment.Solid instructors.Clean facility.Tough training partners.
My son is 5 and has been with stout for about two months and loves it. We go 3x a week. May even pick scoop up a coach for private lessons in the near future.
This is a wonderful place to learn self defense. Everyone is very kind and very supportive. They make you feel extremely welcome from day one. There are also a lot more women coming to classes but the guys also make it fun to roll. Each instructor Ive worked with has been helpful and can explain the moves in different ways to help students understand. I 100% recommend Stout to everyone. Especially women. Having self defense as a tool in your pocket goes a long way. Plus, its an amazing workout! 😊
Had the pleasure of getting on the mats with the guys and gals over at Stouts PGH last night. Everything from the facility, cleanliness, all the amenities, to the welcoming/opening arms and the tuff rounds on the mats . Stouts was and is a great place to train if you live in the area and/or are ever visiting. So happy I have a place to stay sharp when Im town. Can’t wait to get back !!!Ps : No mat fee which is so kind and awesome, Thank you again Stouts Ossss
Amazing community of coaches and students. I train at the Zelienople location under Rocky Long as my boxing coach. We do weekly private sessions and he has been an incredible coach. He helped me train for my first fight and we are training to compete in USA Boxing. He is a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of fighting/competing. I have trained under several different coaches and gyms in Southern California before moving back home to Pittsburgh. Rocky and the Stout Training crew has definitely been my favorite. I am definitely looking forward to more fights, training and the friendships that set this gym apart from the rest.
Best workout, clean facilities, good equipment.
Ever since ive joined Stout I find myself disciplined and driven. The instructors are passionate and gym adds great positivity to my life.
Love this place. Good people, inclusive vibe, excellent training.
One of the best groups to be apart of. Great culture for growth, welcoming to everyone, can’t say enough good things.
I was fortunate enough to be Pittsburgh and able to train at Stout PGH! I was visiting from the Renzo Gracie Academy in NYC. The staff and students welcomed me like Ive been training there for years. The vibe of the academy was very upbeat and energetic. The instruction Logan Stout was spot on. It was very detailed focusing on the important points of the move/ series.Professor Warren Stout was present and even rolled a few rounds with me. If you are passing through Pittsburgh or if you live in Pittsburgh I highly recommend you check out Stout PGH!
Awesome gym. I was home visiting from San Francisco and wanted to keep up my training while there. Vince was very welcoming and didnt even charge me any drop-in fees for the classes I took. What gets more Pittsburgh than that? I can now consider this place home away from home gym from now on. Thanks guys.
The greatest marital arts gym in the United States.
Great training. For all levels an abilities, friendly staff an environment
They say good things come to those who wait. Stout is one place that is worth the wait. Come on in and roll with us to see just how great a place it is
This gym has become a second home to me, and the friends Ive made there have become a second family. If you want to challenge yourself with expert coaches and amazing teammates in a welcoming, healthy environment then look no further. Theres nothing quite like Stout Training.
I train at the Zelienople location. After about 6 months of training Ive lost 70lbs! They have great instructors and classes!
My home gym is in Canada, but I often find myself in Pittsburgh for business. Not wanting to skip my Muay Thai training while I was away, I contacted Stout to see if they would let me join in on a few classes while I was in town. They did, and Im super pleased I got the chance. The trainers were super nice, and knowledgeable, they have tonnes of classes, and their facility is one of the nicest Ive ever been in.I will keep going back as long as theyll let me. Pittsburgh is lucky to have this gym.
Amazing place to train, very professional instructors trained here many years ago decided to come back. I I had opportunity’s to train elsewhere but turned it down because this is the best place to train. Try it out you will enjoy it!
What a fantastic place to train! They have a great facility and even better instructors! Super clean. Super friendly. Well worth every penny. Invest in your future, train here, and get after it.
After contemplating taking BJJ for a few years I recently decided to go for it. Ive only been doing it for a little over a month, but Im having a good time and feel like Im learning with each class. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable and are willing to help out when you might be struggling with a certain position or move. And the students are helpful as well because there are varying degrees of experience among them. They are persistent with safety in regard to covid too. Temperature checks, sanitizer, and they disinfect the mats after each class. And each class ends with live drills that give you a good workout. Im liking it alot.
Have been training there since Dec. Very knowledgeable staff. Tons of options for classes to fit your schedule. Great workout no matter what you choose to try.
Dropped in on my visit to PIttsburgh, based in New York. Had a really awesome class. Really high level instruction and training partners. Drop in was free which is super cool. Amazing community and the gym is outstanding with a parking garage attached which is just next level. Would definitely make a regular haunt if I lived here.
Outstanding environment to train. Varied curriculum with instructors that will meet you at your skill level and help you achieve your goals with martial arts training. Great for beginners and experienced fighters looking for a local gym.
Friendly staff, spacious dojo and great location! 👍
I have trained with these guys on several occasions. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to help anyone that enters. It is a friendly and inviting atmosphere to workout and train. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is traveling to Pittsburgh.
Dropped in on a beginners class with Logan when I was in town from Chicago. People were super nice, class was great and facility was clean. Would recommend 100%!!!!!!
My son and I have been training at the Stout Cranberry location for 6 months now and recently signed up for a 1 year membership. The instructors are very knowledgeable and do a great job running classes! Sessions are always structured and not filled with too much information at once which makes it easy to grasp/retain. The teammates I have trained with are awesome and respectful during rolling. People will go out of their way to help you. If you are thinking about giving BJJ a try stop by and take a class, it was one of the best decisions I have made in awhile.
This is an incredible space for martial arts training in Pittsburghs Strip District. The instructors are all professional fighters and trainers and the environment is welcoming. I walked into my first jiu jitsu class alone and while it was intimidating, I felt fully supported and couldnt wait to go back again.
I go to western PA to visit family through out the year and make it a point to stop in and train at Stout PGH. I have traveled around quite a bit and the facilities at Stout are the best I have come across. The training and culture are of the highest caliber, and whether you are attending a class or open mat, you will leave having learned something. If you are visiting, they are incredibly welcoming, and if you live in the area sign up, its a great community to be a part of.
Dropped into town for a friends wedding. I stopped by the gym and was met by Warren Stout and his one of his staff. I was totally impressed from the start. Great well equipped and clean facility. I did the Friday night open roll and was greeted warmly by everyone. I had some great rolls with people and also received some great instruction from some of the higher belts. A great bunch of people. I will definitely recommend this place to others and hope I can make it back soon to roll again!!
I wen there for about 2 months on and off and couldn’t get my work schedule around it. I liked the gym in general, the coaches are astounding (most of them) and it’s a very fun place to go work out when you need one.My only grievance is the price. I’d say make one monthly payment instead of bi weekly and lower it a little because I’ve been to multiple MMA gyms before but I’ve never paid so much to go to those classes every two weeks let alone a month. Other than that, this place is top notch and you’ll get the training you’re looking for 👍
As a business traveler and new BJJ player I am constantly looking for gyms to train at while on the road. Typically I ask for input from my classmates at my gym, or resort to google and just pick something relatively close to where I am staying. Every once in a while I Luck out incredibly, that happened tonight. I dropped into Stout PGH and had the pleasure of taking a class with Coach Warren. The man is a consummate professional, great instructor, generous host and all around outstanding person. In under two hours he helped me understand a couple of things that have really been holding back my game through his instruction. If you are looking for a home school or you are looking for a home away from home school, this is your spot. They have two locations so no matter where you are in the Pittsburgh area they have you covered. Thanks for great training, and I can’t wait to see you guys again soon. -John
Great Enviroment, Top Notch Instructors, and they are taking the whole sanitation procedures and Covid prevention procedures seriously.
Stout PGH is a legit spot to train whether your a beginner looking for a workout or a serious fighter trying to make $. I had tried traditional martial arts previously and found that Stout PGH delivers more, better and faster on all levels. Ive been training both BJJ and kickboxing classes for a couple months now and plan to make this my permanent gym for the foreseeable future.
Great facility! The coaches are great and very friendly and the training partners are diverse. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
I train at the Cranberry location and love, but recently visited the Pittsburgh location for a Girls in Gis event. This is a great facility and the instructors are amazing!
I came to Pittsburgh to escape Hurricane Florence. I was lucky enough to train at Stout for two weeks. I love this place. The instructors were very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. You better bring your A game because the mat is filled with monsters. I can’t wait to come back.
After talking to the guys running the place and getting a chance to participate in more advanced classes I have to say that its not a bad place to train. The open mat sessions I participated in were full of tough opponents in many different shapes, sizes and skill levels. Multiple classes a day and open seven days a week. Im looking forward to getting back to it when Im healed.
Are you bored with your fitness routine? I was. Daily marches on the treadmill just arent that exciting for me. Enter in Stout Training Pittsburgh. I started the strength and fitness classes as it was something I had done before so I figured I would know what to expect. I was so wrong. After my first class I can only describe myself as feeling as if I just fought a war and survived! Class after class I felt myself getting stronger and working towards my health goals and actually meeting them! The best part? I wasnt bored out of my mind doing the same old thing getting the same old small results. The fitness instructors know their stuff and are genuinely fired up about your goals and progress. They are extremely approachable and encouraging from answering question to cheering you on to go heart to the bell.Be prepared to work hard, be sore, sweat and see the results you are looking for. Never again will I put up with the same old fitness routine with these guys around.
Amazing facility with dedicated and professional instructors. I cant say enough good things about the gym, the instructors, its members, and all the individuals that dedicate their time to making it an empowering community. Stout Training is literally my favorite place in Pittsburgh and has made my experience and quality of life in this city exponentially better. Ive never met, seen, or heard of someone having a poor experience in any of the classes and spending time in one class will make it blatantly obvious as to why this is the case. Overall, its not just a typical gym but an empowering community of individuals from all walks of life constantly working to better themselves and each other.
Stopped in while I was in town doing comedy. So welcoming, friendly and great jits too! If live here this would be my gym for sure.
Super welcoming of visiting students. Great level of instruction and everyone I met was really down to earth. Hope I get back some day.
I traveled to Pittsburgh for some 3 days and wanted to get some training in with some people from the area - after finding this place, the owners were more than nice and let me join in on a class and an Open Mat session. The class was very structured, the people very nice, and the rolls were a great experience to have.I would highly recommend Stout Training to anybody looking for a solid BJJ home as well as to any travelers that might be visiting.
I trained here when I was in town for work. They were super friendly while yet being mat savages. The instructors were very knowledgeable. The rolls were hard and the caliber of students was up there. I trained three nights and they made me feel like I was a long time student. Thanks for the great training.
Amazing instruction, Super nice / tough group. A good amount of higher belts. They have a big space mat space that is clean and also a locker room with showers. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family and I really did learn a lot here. Thanks so much to everyone at Stout !!!!
Big school, lots of classes and mat space. I am visiting from out of town and they were very welcoming. Good instruction with a good amount of live rolling during class. I highly recommend stopping in for a class.
Excellent place to train! I was in town for a couple weeks visiting family and was looking for a place to do a few drop-in BJJ classes. When I contacted Andy at Stout Training, he was incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was a little hard to find at first, and parking in the Strip District can be a challenge, but the location is awesome, the facilities are excellent, and theres no such thing as a drop-in fee. The students and instructors were VERY friendly and welcoming. Professor Warren seems like a great instructor, not just from the classes I attended but also as reflected in the skills of the students that I rolled with during my visit. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and I look forward to visiting again during future trips back home to the Burgh.
This is a great place to train. The boxing lessons and bag classes are a great way to remind yourself exactly how out of shape you are. The instructors are great at working with beginners, and the team competes/fights regularly so they are the real deal. They also have BJJ, kickboxing, and Muay Thai if thats what youre into. Check it out!
Came in for an open mat and everyone was so friendly! They are very organized and helpful! Had a great time!
Stout Training gets an A++.Welcoming from the second you walk in.Expert coaching in a positive, safe environment. MMA instructor A.J. was ultra knowledgeable and experienced. If you’re looking to learn to defend yourself AND get in the best shape of your life, look no further.Stout Training Pittsburgh receives my highest recommendation.
I have been training at Stout PGH for 2 years and I highly recommend them to everyone. All the instructors are top class, pay attention to small details while teaching and put in a lot of effort to break down and simplify techniques. They have an excellent facility at the strip district with classes held several times throughout the day to suit your schedule. Although I have been a full time working professional and travel extensively for work, I always look forward to come and train here regularly. Learning Jiu Jitsu has brought a change in my lifestyle both physically and mentally along with developing a sense of discipline in me. This would have not been possible without the people at Stout PGH.
I stopped in to see about the sale they were having, I’ve been looking forward to checking this gym out. It seems like the best place to train in Pittsburgh. The gym was clean and everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. I just cannot understand how normal people afford this place. Even with the 50% off promotion a year membership cost more money than I have to my name. I would have done 6 or even 3 months but the promotion only applies to a year long membership. I don’t work in tech or finance so dropping over $1,000 on a gym membership seems crazy to me. It would be nice if they had a membership program based on a percentage of what you make but I doubt that will ever happen. So Idk, I guess if I ever win the lottery I’ll be back but unfortunately until then training here is just a pipe dream.
I am travelling for work and stumbled across Stout PGH and I am so glad that I did. They have fantastic coaches, a great environment, plenty of mat space, and a great vibe. I 100% recommend Warren and team if your looking to get started with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu . If I lived in Pittsburgh, this would be my home gym.
I live in Florida and train BANG Muay Thai year round, but when I am up visiting family in Pittsburgh, I make it a point to train at Stout. The coaches and students are beyond friendly and welcoming and treat me as if Im an everyday member. They teach good tenchnique and are very encouraging to all students. I really enjoy each class
Ive been a member at Stout Training Pittsburgh for almost three years. The coaching and staff are world class and attentive to everyone. The skillset you learn is unmatched. Ive made so many friends as well. I came in with no martial arts experience at all, but was treated as an equal to everyone else there be it a fellow white belt, up to a black belt. Also, Stout Training brings in world class competitors from all over to give top notch seminars that expands the learning experience, and enhances the overall training. As big as the school as grown, the tight-knit team vibe has never left. The programs they have for kids is also top notch and inspiring. It isnt like joining a gym where you come and go. Its more of like becoming a part of something. And thats what a real martial arts school should be all about.
Excellent trainers, great and comfortable atmosphere for beginners to Muay Thai!
Welcoming friendly. Had some good rolls during no gi open matt on a Friday. Clean well lit and well equipped facility. Looking forward to another visit
This gym is great. I am a member of the strength and fitness program, and it is awesome! Ive been going here for 18 months and I never get bored. Emily, Will, and Jarret are so friendly and helpful. Theyll address your individual concerns while still running a fun and enthusiastic class. Highly recommend.
In spite of a long standing and intense love for martial arts it took me a long time to finally join up. A lot of it had to do with my schedule not allowing it for a time. Even after that wasnt a problem anymore I had to confront the real reason I hadnt joined..Fear. Lets face the facts I was/am a very overweight and out of shape person. I was afraid of what people would think when they saw this fat guy walk on to the mats (in spite of having a few friends already at the academy), and more so than that I was afraid of failing. Fear of failure has stopped me from trying a lot of things over the years, but thanks to some unlikely sources of inspiration I finally took the plunge. Roughly two and a half months later I now know this is one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Though I still have a long way to go Im in much better shape than my first days when I needed help getting off the mat (ha true story). My teammates are truly fantastic people from all different walks of life, and I could not ask for a better teacher than Warren Stout. Most of all every class I face the possibility of failure, and Im learning to confront it head on. The truth is on the path to success failure is inevitable. Learning from the failures is what makes the journey worth it. So whats holding you back?
Joining Stout Training has been one of the best choices Ive made. It took some persuasion from friends to try it, having been a little jaded from some other places and how pushy they were. STP is very focused on offering the best experience they can. The instructors are as passionate about making sure theyre able to help students as they are about BJJ. The owner couldnt be more genuine and welcoming and has created an environment that feels like a second family that just keeps growing. Ive met some of the best people in my life on the mats. If Stout Training Pittsburgh offers a program of interest its worth dropping in to check out.
The academy is operated by world class instructors. The facility is very clean. The locker room is clean with two showers (in the mens room). The classes start on time, are well structured, and include lots of great training partners. The staff is welcoming and professional. I visit everytime Im in town. If I lived in Pittsburgh, Id be here every day.
I stopped at their no-gi open mat, and got to roll with a ton of monsters. Everyone was awesome and super friendly. Great school, wish I had more time down there to train with them.
The decision to train here has been one of the best experiences of my life. It was recommended to me by several students. It came into my life when I needed it most and gave me exactly what I needed. The self defense class is awesome and I love me some BJJ. What this place, these people and this practice has done for me physically, mentally and emotionally is indescribable. I love it, Im a lifer. 😜 Great instructors, great team atmosphere.
I travel a lot for work and I love finding travel friendly gyms. Stout training is one of the best I’ve been to yet. No mat fee, giant facility and great coachs.
Today was my second day. I have no previous experience and I can not believe how nice and outgoing everyone is. Both classes I have been in have been a little large but both instructors made sure to give a sufficient amount of time to everyone even me, and again I dont have a clue what Im doing.....yet. I cant wait to see my progress over the next months and years. I strongly suggest joining I have a feeling this is the first step in a great new chapter in my life.
I travel quite a bit for work and try to find places to train in every city. Warren and the group at Renzo Gracie Pittsburgh are extremely welcoming. The techniques are excellent and the training partners are tough! If you live in the area and are looking for a place to train I highly recommend StoutPGH Team Renzo Gracie. Regardless of your level, you won’t be disappointed!
The absolute best place to train in Pittsburgh! My only regret is that I didn’t sign up sooner!
First rate taking experience. I am that crazy dad whos kids train daily at several locations. Besides have a good all around structured training environment, the advanced adult class is second to none.
Stout Training Pittsburgh is an awesome academy to attend and be part of. During my time in Pittsburgh, Stout Training was the school of choice. The instructors are welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable. The students and team were always pleasant to be around. The training environment was safe but we all work hard for a common goal to be better than the day before. Check them out if you are in the area.
I travel for work and try to find places to train when I can. As a female white belt, this is often intimidating. The academy is in an amazing space, and Professor Warren, his staff and students were all extremely welcoming, and put me at ease right away. Professor Warrens instruction was perfectly detailed, and he paid close attention to every student in the class. If I lived in Pittsburgh, Stout Training would be my home school, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Great school, tons of available class times. My entire family of 5 participates in some way (Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing). The instructors are awesome people and very knowledgeable. The new facility is easy to get to with nice parking.
Our go-to place in Pittsburgh. Amazing instruction, great atmosphere and amazing seminars.
Very welcoming acadmey, let my wife and I train while we were in Pittsburgh. Very respectful students and professor. Had a great time. Cant wait to come back and get some more rounds in
This martial arts academy is absolutely superb in every way. Every instructor is highly trained, skilled, and friendly. Warren is the kindest, most patient blackbelt, while his staff Mike Wilkins, Michael Fleur, Aurelio, Andres, and Alexandre are all immensely knowledgeable, competitive, and extremely gregarious people. I cannot wait to have kids so I can sign them up for the kids classes which look like a boat load of fun! The academy is constantly growing, gaining more and more support, and continues to be the reason I get my butt out of bed.
This place is great the people are super nice the coaches are informative and knowledgable and the training partners are some killers. I came in while visiting Pittsburgh and have been stressed out from out so to be invited in to train it was a big help to morale. The definitely recommend training there even if youre only there a couple of days.
Great place to drop in and train. Good group of guys to roll with. Went to the fundamentals class, worked on some good habits and drilling.
I participated in open mat as a visitor from Fort Worth, TX. Logan was very helpful. Rolled with a brown, purple, three blues and a white. All were skilled and I enjoyed my rolls. Check this gym out. Great people and atmosphere.
If you want to learn the best self defense systems the world has ever known, gain strength and promote good health, build self confidence and do it all in one 45min class at a modern facility with decent people... then sign up and give this place a try. its not going to be for everybody, but it might be for you. In a typical situation I wouldnt care about the business success of one of these schools (I prefer smaller class attendance), but the ppl running Stout and participating in the classes are superb human beings who care about the individual experience of everyone else. So I feel the project here deserves to thrive. Sign up, and youll find out why I say this.
I was in town for business, and decided to get a session in with these guys this evening. I attended the Fundamentals and Intermediate classes. It was a good experience! I learned a few new things, and got some good time on the mat. The instructors are very knowledgeable and technical, and the school had high attendance, with many of the students having a good skill set. If I am in town, I will surely visit again. Thanks again guys!
I came into Pittsburgh for a few weeks for work and dropped by Stout Training to get some rolling in. They could not have been more welcoming to me. The instruction was great and the rolling a lot of fun.Theyre a good bunch for people there and I highly recommend them if youre looking for a place to train in Pittsburgh. I know I will visit the next time I am in town. Thanks for the hospitality.
You NEED to go to this place! It has an incredible atmosphere. The owner Warren is an awesome man, and the entire staff is incredible. I have been trying to find a good gym to learn some mma/ jiu jitsu for a while and I finally found a place where I can learn, compete, and have an awesome workout. Would strongly recommend to anyone whether you are just getting started, or are an experienced fighter
I started training in Muay Thai kickboxing at Stout Pittsburgh two months ago, and I absolutely love it!!! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, always willing to help, and make you feel like part of the team. And how have I benefited from training? I am feeling stronger, more confident, and better in my clothes than I have in a REALLY long time! I wasnt sure if I wanted to continue kickboxing after leaving another program, but I am so happy that I did. One of the best decisions Ive ever made!!!If you are even remotely interested in May Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, or just strength and conditioning training, give Stout Pittsburgh a shot. I promise you wont regret it!!!
Forget joining a boring gym that forces you to get motivated to work out. You need to join Stout Train and have fun and get in shape at the same time. If your new to the area you will instantly make a ton of friends. If you want to learn how to defend yourself this is the place for you. Your not joining a gym your joining a fraternity of people trying to make each other better. Finally if you want to get in shape and not have to run on a stupid treadmill this the place for you. I was 200 pounds in March of 2014 when I joined and now I am 160. I am not saying you will lose 40 pounds by just joining but I contribute 70 percent of it to this gym and 30 percent to the lifestyle change. Just give it a try you have nothing to lose except the pounds.
I came for a visit and the people were very nice and professional. the place has amazing facilities. i would definitely recommend it to beginners and advanced fighters
Stout Training Pittsburgh is a great place to learn Muay Thai. The instructors are very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend Stout to anyone interested in learning one of the best striking martial arts in the world.
