Lied about picking up my package. Was sitting in the rain all of yesterday waiting to be picked up. Don’t lie and say “successful pickup,” when you didn’t do your job

Terrible post office, do not go here unless its a last resort

Its always a pleasure to see Denise. She is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and quite humble the one time I tried to tell her how great she is. Professional and great at her job, yet still honest and tells it like it is. Thats my kind of person!

Denise is the best! I used to go to the Crafton PO when I worked in that area and she worked there then. Shes so pleasant and professional. Now I work in Greentree and she works at that PO. Good for me! She is so nice. She knows everything and will take the time to help you. She can answer any question and is very patient and friendly. I actually look forward to my trips there because of her. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Despite getting there at 11:18am today (Wednesday), within the hours both posted here and on the door, the door was locked and there was nobody there. No sign explaining why it was closed. Sorry if you had an emergency.

I dont understand how anyone can be so miserable.I received a voicemail that my package needed a correct address. I called back and spoke with 2 women who didnt understand why I needed to know WHICH package it was before I could confirm the address. (I recently sent gifts to a few different family members) The first woman put me on hold for a little while and when the second one answered, I said the whole thing over again, Hi, I just received a voicemail that my package needs a corrected address, because I didnt want to assume that she knew what was going on. Instead of saying, Okay, what is your last name?, like the first woman did, she begins to taunt me, Who is my? How am I supposed to know who my package is! The remainder of the phone call was equally unpleasant.I dont remember her name but if she is capable of turning even the simplest conversation into a miserable situation then maybe she shouldnt be in charge of making/accepting phone calls with the public.UPDATE: I received another call because she didnt update the address, just sent it back out...

I am here first time here for my pick up and had a good experience!

Sent my son, who is in the Air Force and wont be home for the holidays, his Christmas presents today. The woman who waited on me, Denise, was so sweet...so nice and so very patient. It is moments like these we need to take the time and say thank you to our post office workers.

Small post office with one person. Service was nice. Sometimes a wait is involved based on the crowd. The place is inside the office building so its easy to miss.

Scans my packages as DELIVERED on Sundays from Amazons Sunday delivery, but doesnt deliver until Monday or Tuesday. Theyre still getting paid on the Sunday contract from amazon, and forging the delivery time.

Could barely find the place and then when I did it was closed for lunch. Why locate it in a business park only to close right when most people need it. Also the parking lot is a weird crescent shape with faded lines and everyone parked crazy
