This company is full of the most inept people I have ever met in my life. Despite being shuffled around numerous times trying to get my product delivered way past its eta I finally made it through to who they told me I needed to talk to. They then proceeded to tell me they couldnt schedule my delivery until they had a truck in the area. You know, because I paid for them to deliver it whenever its most convenient for them. Then after proceeding to do nothing as far as finding any solution, an employee named Dan whos wage is considerably too high even if it rest at minimum decides to hang up on me after using profanity on the line while being condescending. Please, if you operate a business use literally any other business to get your stuff delivered. This is absolutely egregious.

I wish I could give this company a zero star.They will screw you over on purpose.The drivers are irresponsible in that they fail to make sure they get the job done.Using this company will guarantee that you will receive the shipment late, if you are lucky, and not receive it at all unless you pay them extra for their failure to deliver on time.If you are in a large building with multiple tenants, New Penn driver will not even try to reach you by phone. They will just not deliver your shipment and ask you to pay extra money for them to take extra two days to send out the shipment again.Their managers and customer service reps are the same culprits. I am almost certain that they do this on purpose to make extra money. Now my job cant be completed because of their reluctance and un-professionalism.

Drivers will not show Proper IDs required at airport to pick up loads?????My 1500lb shipment was denied to driver because no lic ID ???Poor Phone service also. Why do the drivers not have federal ID ???Do your self a favor and call R and L trucking which I will do right now.

They helped answer question for my freight and there were no issues.

Just had an unusual experience with one driver in particular, he cut me off then proceeded to pull in to where I was going and cuss me out with my young sister right next to me, also have had very bad service at my shop
