Absolutely horrible service. I dont know why companies use them. Every single time weve had a deliveries from them, they mess it up every time. The first time, they left a box on the ground next to our mailbox in the rain. The second time was in the middle of our driveway. The third time, and this is no joke, they left a box ON TOP of our mailbox. The lazy people cant even take the time to take your package to your porch.Awful awful service.
I would give a rating of 0 (ZERO) but thats not an option. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST shipping company ever!!!!!!!! I received an email saying that my package was left with personally with me. That was a BOLD FACE LIE!!!! I was home all day when they said my package was delivered. The LaserShip Company has done nothing to find my package from Carters. I received an automated message from them.Thankfully, I also sent a message to Carters. They are responding to my emails but the problem is one of my favorite t-shirts for my daughter is now sold out. I would have that shirt and all of the other items if the delivery driver would have delivered it to the correct house.Carters should STOP using this company!!
The absolute worst!! I have 4 packages currently outstanding with LaserShip. One was falsely marked delivered. One had an attempted delivery over a week ago-then nothing. Luckily both vendors gave me a refund-but the whole thing has been a big hassle. I have 2 more packages that were out for delivery but of course never showed up. So now I have to try and get them resolved.I have provided additional delivery instructions, so LS could easily find our house-but that didnt help. I filed cases with Laser Ship, but that didnt help. I gave LS my phone number, but that didnt help. I have never had an issue with UPS, USPS or FedEx. But ALL my packages just disappeared with Laser Ship.
My package was delivered unsuccessfully, as I am leaving for vacation the next day. Johnny at the facility is extremely helpful. He helped us track down the driver and retrieve the package on the very same day. He really went above and beyond for us.
This is the worst delivery service ever!!!! We were told our package was going to be delivered on 8/24/21 then it changed to 8/25/21, 8/26/21. At that point I called Laser ship to find out where are order was and the lady said she would expedite the shipment. Today we get a notification that our package was delivered but we got no package. Our order was 2 pairs of shoes for my son for him to have when he started school on Tuesday. Now he has no shoes and have to wait on a refund for our order!!!! I dont even want to give one star but I have to in order to make this post.
Second time this has happened with this company. I ordered shoes from Reebok and my ordered was marked as delivered. I never received anything and I have camaras to verify that nothing was placed at my front door. I have reached out to them several times with no response. Based on reading other reviews, I believe the drivers or the company itself pick and choose items to keep knowing the retailer will cover the loss.
Said my package was “undeliverable” and that they couldnt get hold of anyone, but we were home all day and nobody even bothered to come to the front door. Ring doorbell shows no activity during the time they claimed to “attempt delivery.”
Piss poor customer service. (at best). Hold times are forever, no body answers the phone, no resolutions can be made without talking to a human, and if I ever find out a retailer uses Laser Ship ever again, anywhere, I will immediately cancel my order. this has been one of the worst, if not THE worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life. All these supposed attempts were made, yet no delivery truck ever showed up and no package was in my mail box or at my door. Nobody tried to call me. None of my e mails were answered. And I just now read that after 3 attempts Laser Ship will dispose of the package.
Had a package that was supposed to be delivered on 8/11. When it didn’t arrive by the following day, I tracked it. The package actually arrived in Pittsburgh at the Lasership facility (ie-Prestige Delivery Systems) at 3:16am on 8/11. Today is 8/16 & I still do not have the package. I checked & this facility is only 5 miles from my house!! I guess the package was tied to the back of an elderly tortoise after it arrived in Pittsburgh to make that 5 mile trip take longer than 5 days!!!!! This isn’t the first time Lasership has “effed” up a delivery to me. However do they stay in business?????
Tracking indicates that package was delivered, but, NO PACKAGE IN SIGHT. Received packages from two other carriers without issue on the same day. Interestingly, the tracking indicates that package was Loaded onto vehicle at 2:05 PM, out for delivery: at 2:06 PM and delivered 2:07 PM. So where is this warehouse that it actually took two minutes from loading to delivery ? Hmmm, I could have picked it up myself a few weeks ago if I knew it was that close.
Unfortunately you have to put a star, but this place deserves 0. Things went well until it said it made it to my city, and then said delayed because of weather for an entire week where it rained maybe half an hour collectively. After a week of being delayed due to weather, they just notified me that theyve lost track of the package. I wish I wouldve looked earlier and saw that just about 9/10 people have an issue with Lasership from packages being stolen, never delivered or delivered poorly. I will NEVER buy anything from anyone who uses Lasership as their shipping partner.
August 12: Package marked as on vehicle / out for delivery at 1:50 PM - Delay at 9 PM - Delivery could not be completed at 10:46 PMAugust 13: on vehicle/out for delivery at 2 PM - delay at 9 PMAugust 15: Loaded at 5:19 AM - Out the door at 5:20 am - delivered at 5:21 AM (3 minutes to load vehicle, drive to location and deliver?)They falsify tracking information - lie about delivery status. Surveillance cameras showed no attempts at delivery at all.I gave them 5 business days to rectify - and then when I reached out to customer service for the 2nd time (after saying theyd open an investigation) they said Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time.If you know the website youre ordering from uses Lasership - you can sometimes call and request another delivery company before completing your order.Watch out for LS in tracking numbers.
Claim my package was delivered but I believe it was stolen by the driver. I’d recommend If you order something online and see that Lasership is the courier do yourself a favor and call the seller and request a different courier.
I’ve been waiting on a package for 10 days and just received a tracking number from the company I ordered from. The company is poor customer service and just leave your package wherever they feel.
Lasership is TERRIBLE. Everytime I get a package from them they leave the package out at the road on the ground by my mailbox, or even worse IN the mailbox which is illegal. They always mark that its delivered to the front door which is a total lie and laziness. Customer service is non existent, including no way to even talk to a live person. Photos show my tracking number stating package left at front door and you can clearly see it jammed in and hanging out of my mailbox out at the road!!
I ordered shoes from Adidas on 5/16/21 -- and have not received my order. This delivery service said that they delivered my shoes on 5/27/21 but they were not delivered to my apartment, nor were they anywhere around my apartment complex. I was home all day that day and saw nothing. I know that sometimes the notifications are sent a day early so I waited until the next day to see if it would be delivered and it was not... I now have been going back and forth between Adidas and the delivery service to find my package and get my money back with no real help or refund from either company. Ive put in two inquiries for my missing package with no new or information back from them. It is now weeks after I originally order my shoes and at this point I am convinced that they either #1 lost my packaged, or #2 their driver stole my package. I will NEVER order from Adidas’ website again and will make sure to now look up which delivery service businesses use to avoid this one AT ALL COSTS.
I placed an order on VS website on 4/3 and paid extra for 2-day shipping. The package shipped on 4/4 with expected delivery 4/6. At one point my package showed delivered however there was no package left at my house. I reached out to customer service on 4/7 where I was told the package was refused. It wouldnt have been refused as this is my HOME!! My house number is on my mailbox as well as above the garage door. I was instructed to wait until the morning to see what the status was. On 4/8 the status showed it would be delivered the next business day. I called customer service AGAIN on 4/8 and spoke to someone who said that I could pick up my package at the local facility where it was returned to. She stated that someone would call me to make the arrangements. Here we are 4/14, almost a week later and no one had reached out to me and the status hasnt changed from 4/8. This is by far the worst carrier company that I have ever dealt with. If I had a choice, I wouldnt have chosen Laser ship as my deliverer. Nothing but pure incompetence. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that I have had issues with my package not be delivered. Please bubble this complaint/review to Brett Bissell. He needs to reevaluate how he runs his business. At this point I dont even want the package. Return to sender!
I had 3 different packages come through lasership. 2 from Walmart, one from bath and body works. The ones from Walmart got stolen. The one from bath and body works got thrown to my door (which I physically seen) and broke $150 worth of candles. I will be requesting a different courier if I see lasership.
Cant get ahold of anyone. My package was left at someone elses house. Not even in the same area. I sent several emails telling them to spell my street name properly or they wont find me. Said in two days it would be resolved. Looked on fanatics website clicked tracking number shows delivered and a picture of someone elses garage door. Thank God the owner of that house was honest and looked up my address and brought it to me. His house number wasnt even close to mine and the street spelling was different. Called and let fanatics know the issue. They usually use fedex . Dont have issues with them. This company is horrible I dont understand how they stay in business. Wish I could give zero stars 🌟
My friend was able to snag a PS5 for me from the lastest Walmart drop 2 weeks ago. It arrived at the facility on 7/4 and had been sitting there for several days before showing it was delivered, which infact, it was not. It is physically impossible to get from that warehouse to West Mifflin in 3 mins. So my friend contacted Walmart and then Lasership. Basically said that if it sits in the warehouse too long, the system glitches it to being delivered. The rep told him that it could still be delivered within a few days, could be locked up, on the truck, or still in the warehouse. She said she was going to mark it as LOST for the time being but theyll look into it and hopefully will find it. She emailed him and said not to worry because either way, itll work itself out even if its not found, he will still get a refund from Walmart. Now we all know how hard it is to snag a PS5 and the fact that several have already been LOST in this warehouse is no coincedence. Im sure we all know they are being stolen and most likely resold. Lasership needs to be investigated and shut down for all these false claims with peoples orders. A complaint has also been filed with the BBB. If you get your PS5 through this company, hopefully you actually get it. Seems Ive lost out and Im very disappointed.
I was sent a email saying that my package was delivered. There is no package anywhere in sight! I have ring cameras installed and there is no evidence of any one leaving any package all day! The package was also supposedly delivered to my back door and Im not sure why they would walk pass a front porch to deliver it to the back porch. I can barely understand the customer service representative because of his foreign accent. This company is very unprofessional. I will give them their 2 business days to investigate before calling the better business bureau.

Unfortunately, Hello Fresh uses LaserShip to ship their meals now. While LS only lost my shipment once, the rest of the time the package is either damaged or literally thrown to my front door, rupturing meat packages and having raw meat juices drip all over the rest of my meal. This is more than just a simple order replacement, this is also a health and safety issue. They also just use Enterprise Rent a Truck for their vehicles instead of having their own properly marked fleet, and also have music blaring out of the car at full volume every time they deliver.
Been waiting on my package for a couple of days now it was supposed to be delivered on the 8th then it keeps going up a day I called the lady she said she would have them send it out first thing on the 9th now it’s saying update my address info so they can send it out which I have done multiple times at this point I’ve tried calling fashion nova but they can’t help
Lazership seems to make it a habit to deliver items late, then scan them as if they were delivered without delivering the item itself! Just happened to me, and reading other reviews this seems to be commonWhat a joke! They can at least own up to late delivery instead of giving people the run around.
I had ordered an IPad from Walmart and it was shipped through this company. First I was told it would arrive in 2 days, then come to find out it was sent to the wrong facility. 4 days later it arrived back at the original facility. I then called and then told me it was at the Pittsburgh one but then I called the Pittsburgh facility and was told it was not. 7 days later it arrived at Pittsburgh and I was told it would be delivered that day. I called later on that same day to be on the phone with Robin, WHO IS A LIFE SAVER! She went and located my package for me. I then asked if I could pick it up at the facility and she told me I was able to. When I got there she was so kind and also gave me a packed full of college scholarships!! She made my experience go from horrible to not too bad! Please give Robin a raise, she is the only worker who did not lie to me over the phone. I recommend calling over and over again, George from their laser ships customer service line has lied to me multiple times.
Lasership never seems to deliver any package on time. When you email or try to contact customer servixe they just say they cannot find anything worng with your claim. I am.convinced the degenerates that work for them are opening packages to see what is in them then re-selling them on EBay or CL. If i ever see that my package is being handled by Lasership again i will cancel my package and reorder with another vendor that does not use this shipping service. Now that i know Lasership gives your packages to people and lets them just deliver from their own car i realize that there is no way Laser Ship is holding their employees accountable. WORST SHIPPING SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I have never in my life heard the ridiculous information this company has told me about my lost PlayStation 5 that was “ loss” by them. Told me to call Walmart and explain to them why my package was lost. The lady who works for them said it happens all the time but it’s not their fault because they use temp agents to sort products. I do believe stealing mail is a federal offense. They have offered me no solution to my problem and told me Walmart will fix it.

I have purchased from two different merchants that have shipped with Lasership- REI and ULTA. Both times my paackages were lost. The first time they said they couldnt deliver it and had a question with my address, then when I gave them the info they asked for-- they never redelivered and marked my package as lost. REI had to reship to the store for me to get my items. Next, is ULTA- item was marked as delivered at front door however it was to be delivered to a business address and security shows no delivery. Lasership has no answer as to what happened. Ulta has to wait 3 business days to reship my items. Going forward if the company I am purchasing from uses Lasership, I will simply not order. Its not worth the trouble.
My packages never come when they’re supposed to... it’s always an excuse and delivered a day late. This carrier is one big headache... I hope there’s no issues with my package come tomorrow now that it’s not coming today and they didn’t care to inform me. I had to call and ask questions. My order in December never arrived from Old Navy who used Lasership. Lasership showed delayed then delivered. I opened ticket and they stated they could not locate my package and to contact the retailer.
I cant even review this as a 1 star. They are more like a 0. I can never get my package delivered on time. It says delivered but it never really delivered. This is so irritating to me. Never again will I shop via lasership.

I try ordering something else maybe a different driver will be able to find my house still they attempt to deliver my new package and again can’t find my house. so I Call customer service And have them change the address to my friends and then it takes 2 days for them to even try and deliver it. Then finally today i got no updates and then randomly at 3pm it was saying delivered. My friend checks her porch and her neighbors and still no package. Seriously more the incompetent company I ever dealt with. They need to be shut down

Ordered from Ulta. Checked to see where and who has my package and it says Lasership has it and tracking says its on the way. From what I understand ulta doesnt use lasership and if thats the case why is my package with this company? Also they dont deliver on sundays so i have been keeping track and eye all day and evening for a package thats not coming. Now i have to call ulta to see what, where and why my package is with this carrier.
I had the same experience as others where the company says they delivered and didn’t. What I did and highly encourage others to do is to report LaserShip, or Prestige Delivery Systems, to the Attorney General in your state. For PA, that’s Josh Shapiro and the website is attorneygeneral.gov. This company should not be permitted to continue to operate with no accountability. For all we know, their employees could be stealing and distributing the merchandise we paid for for profit. Please report them when this happens so they will be shut down and companies like Urban Outfitters and REI will be forced to use shipping partners that are reliable. On that note, if UO/REI/whomever gives you an issue able replacing your item or providing you a refund, report them, too, in the state they operate out of. These practices have been going on too long where overpriced merchandisers hold a consumer’s money in limbo after having a delivery issue with the one shipping method they intentionally selected that has proven to be consistently unreliable. Reporting it every time it happens will force action.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered a package with two day shipping from Walmart and it was marked as delivered 9 pm yesterday after a failed delivery attempt at 7 pm while I was home. Go outside, nothing. Walk around the whole building. Nothing. I call today and the woman on the phone says it was a misscan and my package is on a truck and out for delivery as of 7 am today.... If it was a misscan then why dont you fix the tracking then?? Currently waiting next to my door hoping it will come tonight but my hopes are low. Its a real shame how this place operates, I hope no small companies ever use them to ship their products because it would be a real shame to make all these companys keep having to ship out replacements and lose money because lasership cant do the one thing theyre contracted to do.

Package disappeared into thin air, no one cared. I was excited for a delivery from REI, out for delivery 2 days early - then delivered within 2 minutes of out for delivery. It never showed up, video doorbell that day and the next showed some Amazon deliveries but not my REI package. I emailed them, automated reply. I called and was told they had 48 hours to investigate. Finally got form letter saying investigation was concluded, the package was delivered, they hoped I had the package or had help from the sender?! REI believed me and sent a replacement, I guess LS thinks I stole it? Never asked me for my info or even to confirm where I live.
This is the first time I have ever reviewed a company but I felt the need to warn others about them. My package sat for two weeks and when I called to inquire about where it was they couldnt tell me where it was. I will not be ordering from any company that uses LaserShip and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
I ordered a pair of shoes that were marked as delivered at my front door, but I never received them. It was not stolen because I live in a secured building with front door cameras. I called the shoe company and they sent another pair sent to me via expedited shipping to which I also never received. I called the shoe company back, they called laser ship, the delivery driver either stole my package or just refused to deliver it. Either case I am now having a package delivered for the 3rd time in a row to be picked up at the facility. What a mediocre company!

Said my package was delivered 11/30/20 at 9:47pm! There was no package delivered and still nothing delivered! I was told to give it 2 days! Why scan delivered if it wasnt truly delivered! I dont know how this company is still open!

So I never have had a company lie to me this many times. First they marked my package as delivered and said it was at my door at 12:00pm well I was home and check there was nothing. So I send and email and the provided me a case number. Then the following week the said the package was miss scanned and it was out for delivery and would be delivered that day before 9:30 pm. Well the day come and goes and no package. So I call today and the laid said my package was never out for delivery yesterday and said it was on a truck today to be delivered. Well today has come and gone and still no package. This company is completely playing the system they accidentally mark packages delivered so that retailers using them think they are a good service that is delivered fast but no this is the worst company I have ever came by in my whole life. I have contacted the retailer regarding this.
Customer service was so helpful and understanding when I accidentally shipped my package to my old apartment building. She called the delivery person and had the package rerouted to me within 2 business days. Truly wonderful people.
This place is... weird. For me, my package arrived on time, but the way that they repackaged it made no sense. They placed my box from UO into another box that was 3x its size and added a lot of bubble-wrap/other packaging material inside of it. Isnt that super wasteful and useless??
My package was supposed to arrive April 4th. I checked the tracking many times that day and it kept showing that my package was still at the facility. The next morning, I checked tracking to see if my package was out for delivery and tracking stated it had been delivered to my front door the day before at a time when I was home. We have a camera at our front door and I checked all the times around when they said it was delivered and nothing. I called and the lady was very nice and opened an investigation in which they emailed me that it would be resolved within 2 business days. They also stated they would contact me by email to keep me updated. About 7PM April 5, my father-in-law came over and brought inside my package. At some point April 5th, they left it SITTING BESIDE MY MAILBOX ON THE GROUND. Who does that?! Why not leave it at the front door like they stated the day before? And no one ever emailed me to let me know my package was coming or had been delivered. I hope to never have to use this delivery service again.
I wish I could give zero stars. This company is awful. The only time they actually delivered my food was when I sent an inquiry. Coincidentally, my Blue Apron shipment arrived 30 minutes later. We have now cancelled Blue Apron since they insist on doing business with this company. Hopefully Hello Fresh uses someone more reputable.
Im not trying to dispute the veracity of the other reviews here. However, I thought I would be remiss if I didnt leave a review stating that my package arrived without incident. I ordered something from REI and the original delivery date was off by one day, but that isnt entirely out of the norm.
This company sucks!. Didnt revive my package yesterday. It just says out for delivery. Still never got it. Read horrible reviews on this company. Not very good reviews. Its bad for a company. There should be a zero star raiting. And not a one. Ive never heard of this company until now! Its not a very good company.
Staples emailed to say my package was delivered and “someone” signed for it!No! I was NOT delivered... I did not sign and whoever did... cannot spell my name which is clearly on the label! Notifying Staples I will not order from them if this is the deliverer!!

While Tracking Indicated BUSINESS WAS CLOSED & THERE WAS NO ACCESS. This is an Apartment Building Not a Business! I was told the Package will be Delivered today, but that remains to be seen. Any Reputable Company using this Delivery Service does NOT Value its Customers & I will Never Purchase AGAIN from another Company who Ships Via LaserShip! The Reviews Speak for themselves! Your company is the worst!!! When we order off of Walmarts website and your name shows up under the shipping details my heart drops. I can ALWAYS expect it day(s) late. Every time!! Your customer service reps are nice but that doesnt change the fact that they work for your company. I was to receive 2 packages yesterday and this evening when I called they said the driver was new and she didnt know if the boxes were even loaded on the truck! Get your act together!

The worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Employee paychecks delivered at 6:30 Friday evening last payroll. Called to verify the time being delivered today....they said that they were not able to deliver them today and we would receive them on Monday. This is now the third time this company has missed a payroll delivery.
Every driver I have had from lasership has been very professional and courteous. They arrive early and have the paperwork ready when they get here.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company keeps accepting packages with my address on them even after stating that they dont deliver to my address. So every time a company uses them, I end up stuck in a few weeks long debate trying to get my products or refund. DONT ACCEPT IT IF YOU DONT DELIVER TO ME.
Useless tracker, useless automated customer service. This company seems to be a scamming retailers, I definitely won’t order again from any company that uses them. I’d never heard of them until today, now I know why.
If I could give 0 stars I would have. This is the worst delivery service and their customer service is terrible. They “lost” my package which really means one of their pathetic workers stole it. She told me they couldn’t locate the driver who was supposed to deliver. It’s a sham and a shame that this service is even offered. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!!!!!

I ordered from Walmart was suppose to receive package in 2days didnt receive it til 5th 6th day then the left it outside of apartment building when the couldve left it inside.. So long story short I didnt receive itnow Walmart been sent out another package on the 6th still havent received it been at my facility for 24hrs no movement expectant delivery was yesterday the 9th horrible service customer service really any help
Worst ever in life... lost my boyfriends package then I reordered it and paid for next day shipping and it couldn’t be delivered because they had call offs... so I had to go pick it up myself. 🚮
I dont understand how they still have contracts. System says delivered and your package arrives days later.

1 out of 10 weekly food shipments delivered on the day they were supposed to deliver it. They do not respond to email feedback. As others said, if you try and inquire about your shipment the day it is supposed to be delivered they might actually deliver it on time, but I dont want to have to bother to do this every week. I will most likely cancel the food service because of this shipping company

Package never arrived!
Like many others, I had a bad experience with this company. My wife was waiting for a needed delivery, which the company reported as delivered.The package was clearly either lost, never delivered, or kept by the driver. I spent the next week getting the order reshipped. I would give 0- or 1/2- star if Google would let me.
If I could give zero stars I would. They were a day late with one Blue Apron delivery and missed another totally. Use another service if you have the option.

The absolute worst excuse for a delivery courier. This is the SECOND time they have refused to leave my package just because the driver was done with his shift/ran out of time? Seriously? And shame on any company who chooses to use this pathetic service.
If I could give zero stars I would. They marked my package for Hellofresh as delivered and it never arrived. They said they couldnt get in touch with the driver and I should probably assume the package wont be coming. Terrible customer service and terrible experience.
Terrible service! My packages rarely make it on to the porch- they usually throw it against the steps. Delivery times are random and unreliable.
Each time they deliver something to me, I get trouble with them.
They stated that they delivered my food and they didnt.
