Terrible. Service was terrible. Been waiting for 4 days for a package that’s in my city. The said it would delivered two days in a row. Now it’s back on hold. Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Drivers also terrible

Refuses to deliver to military instillations overseas and instead indefinitely holds packages without notifying the package has been held. When you call to update the address they refuse to deliver to APO address which are the only options for military personnel stationed overseas. Do not use. I highly recommend against, go anywhere else or somewhere that will at least attempt to work with US military stationed overseas.

DO NOT USE DHL FOR SHIPPINGI ordered a package and received a message on Friday saying it had been delivered. I was home and on my porch watching my child play outside at the time and nobody brought anything. I called and was told they would investigate and call me back by Monday. I received no call till Tuesday and they only informed me that they still didnt know anything and would call me the next day. I called the next morning and was told to expect a call later that day. Only to receive a text saying they were working on my issue and would call me tomorrow (Thursday). They are extremely unprofessional and acted as if my package was not important to them. If something says they ship with DHL dont order it. You will wind up frustrated and mad when they blow you off and dont give you any answers about how this POS company lost your package.

Paid extra money to get my package faster I was told I would get my package September 16 it’s now September 21 and still no package I called DHL and they keep giving me the runaround and when I tell them that I know that they’re giving me the runaround they hang up on me lol or put me on hold for so long until I hang up

2nd time dealing with them and second time a package is lost but was supposed to be delivered a day ago will never use them again…Highly suggest going elsewhere

Awful Service!!! DO NOT USE!!! I paid extra to have them deliver a package on a Friday and never got it until Monday night. Customer service admitted that it was their fault they did not send with a specific shipment. They wont refund your money either. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Untrustworthy. I received a notification that said they attempted a delivery but no one was home... With all this fresh snow I can clearly see there were no attempts. Not to mention Ive been sitting in the living room all morning, waiting for the delivery. Called and filed a complaint, but Id also like to file a complaint against the methods of filing complaints. Honestly, can I just call a number and talk to a person? Spending 15 minutes on the phone is unacceptable.

In November of last year I had a package shipped from China to Pittsburgh and the people argued and insisted that the manufacturer chose “signature required” the manufacturer stated they did not choose that option, the manufacturer and I were on hold for 30 minutes then when we finally spoke to the Manager she was rude and nasty. Long story short it took a week before I received my package after calling the DHL corporate office.Flash forward to today DHL said they delivered a package that never came, I ran back the security camera no DHL truck pulled up to my house and my wife was home all day waiting yet tracking said delivered at 2:11 pm, no sticker note or anything left to show they even attempted to deliver. I called the number the man Carlos was very dry and uninterested. He told me to open a ticket and wait for a call back to investigate what happened. I’m so sick of Pittsburgh DHL. Do better!!Never had a problem with international DHL but Pittsburgh DHL is terrible do NOT use them for local deliveries.Negative or ZERO stars needed.

Ive only ever had 2 packages delivered by DHL. They were to two different apartments in two different states. Both packages were marked as delivered but were not delivered to my address. Ive had dozens of deliveries from other companies and have never had another package lost. In this past week alone Ive had 20 packages, the only one that wasnt there was DHL.Note, the first issue with this was well before COVID and not during a holiday time. The description the driver gave of where he left it was a house. We lived in an apartment complex. But somehow the company still insisted that it was delivered to the correct address and insisted it was our fault.

Shipped a critical item from Italy to Pittsburgh. Item got lost in Cincinnati never to be heard from again. No help with DHL research and case management. Hold times forever -- today I called three times. First time i was on hold for 53 minutes, second 46 minutes and now I just pasted 16 minutes. horrible - should have just went with FedEx

Terrible company with awful rude customer service... They lost my specialized baby formula i ordered in Cincinatti for 3 days before i called. During that time they were doing nothing to find it or get it to me. Once i started calling they said they would call back in 4 hours twice with more info... They never called then the last customer service rep was very rude repeating over and over they were looking and would call ne back rather than doing anything at all to help me in the mean time or give me any other option to help me out. I ordered 3 day shipping over 3 weeks ago... I still have no package or any idea where it is if im going to recieve it.

I was returning merchandise to the UK with a prepaid return label. The woman behind the counter was great, and she helped me sort out the multiple packing slips and docs required for customs.

My package has been in Pittsburgh for 2 days and still not delivered to me, this is so unprofessional

I expedited a part for my car and they took the mantle up on that I didnt get an email stating the would need someone to be home to sign for it I didnt even get a we missed you sticker so now I have to wait til Monday to get my part whe I had an appointment to get it fixed today

Should be NO or NEGATIVE STAR!!I got a notice that I will receiving a delivery today and I been tracking it. I did not get anything or delivery person did not come...And yet, the delivery guy lied and put information in that tracking log that its delivered and signed with a picture of a package with a floor background that don’t belong to us. Mind you that this package is to be signed by me. No signature on the picture but stated on there that it was signed.Now, I am on hold forever trying to resolve this horrible lies and inconsiderate act by the driver.

If i could give no stars, I would. DHL has horrible customer service. It wastes its employees time and salaries, gasoline, truck time, computer support time, loading and reloading time because it is inadequate of following instructions and effectively communicating them. In my opinion, DHL is a miserable failure. I will never use for shipping anything and apparantly I am not the only person that thinks that way looking at these other reviews. Like others that have posted negative reviews here and the list is long, I will no longer order from companies that use DHL. FAILURE!

This is a wee bit out of the way and wow, dont try to get down the road during rush hour but the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.

Figured I would give these guys the benefit of the doubt but I should have trusted the horrible reviews. Not only did they never ask for my signature but they THREW my package from the road onto my porch. It was the loudest SLAM Ive ever heard a mail man do. Ridiculous.

I ordered a package containing fragile material. It was not damaged, wrapping in place, no complaints on handling of shipment. I rec notifications from start of or to deliver. All in all no complaints. Only thing holding this from a 5 star is the time to deliver. Shipment came from Brisbane Australia to Eastern Ohio. I boarder West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Package was sent to PA warehouse and delivery was delayed from Friday to Monday. They Informed me of the mistake though. I would use again for larger fragile package.

Recently order a new pair of 11s JORDANS just for them to drop it off not even on my porch nor any where around my home I’m currently waiting to here something back 🙄🙄🤦🏽‍♀️

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I called about my package because I had my “preferences” set up for signature release and to leave at my front door and I get a message stating it was undeliverable because it needed a signature. I called customer service and told them that I have an email from them that I did a signature release and the representative basically in a nutshell called me a liar. I have the proof of what I set up!!! She became rude and ignorant when I argued this point with her and hung up on me! I wouldn’t even give them a one star if it was possible. I would never suggest them as a delivery service.

Avoid using this location at all costs. Also avoid DHL at all costs. I received a message that if I was not home to reply yes and no signature would be required. I also called to make sure that was noted because I was at work and leaving for vacation the next morning. I come home to find a not on my door at 5pm, over 8 hours after talking to someone to confirm no signature required. The note said signature required. I called customer service and they guaranteed delivery by 10am. Well I call, call, and call just to find out its not coming by 10. This has to be the worst carrier I have ever had to work with.

Delivery is non existing No matter how you try to make the delivery work My friend made an order to A POB and they dont deliver there so arrangements were made for them to drop off and the clerk would postage to them and pay for it NO DEAL The next was delivery to complete physical address and time to deliver when there was a person waiting and still no delivery. MAYBE THEY PAY COMPANIES TO USE THEIR SERVICE

Worst delivery service out there. If you have any other option, take it. In this age of GPS a small thing like a single small bridge being closed should not be a reason for not making the delivery. The reason for no delivery was given as no one home, which was a complete lie as my Mother was home all day, specifically waiting for this delivery. The words incompetent, lazy, careless, just dont fully describe how bad this service is. If you have any other choice, Take it, DHL is definitely the worst out there.

WORST experience ever! The websites do not allow actions it claims to. As an, i work 1pm to 8pm everyday and i applied to authorize signature online so it would be delivered but i was denied and then i signed up for notifications on shipment so i could leave work if need to pick up the package but again i filled out all information but again was denied. Very much dislike this service would not recommend until they fix their websites and information!
