I go here 2-3 times/week. Great trainer that is down to earth with his customers, working with you to modify the workout to better fit your needs. Very clean, professional, and relaxed atmosphere. If youre looking to get on the road to getting in shape, Id recommend checking it out.
I joined Brick by Brick training almost one year ago to the day and honestly it has been one of the most life transforming experiences ever. In the past 12 months I have gone from barely doing a too short and very ineffective cardio routine a few times a week to going to Brick by Brick 5-6 days a week (4 of those at 5:15 am!). Dillion is a great trainer who works hard to make sure you are advancing and learning while working out but not pushing yourself too fast so that you end up injured or feeling defeated. In addition to having a trainer that actually cares your health, the Brick by Brick family is one of the most supportive group of folks I have ever encountered. Even at the end of some of the hardest workouts, you are glad you got to the gym and are ready to come back the next day.
The best fitness routine I have been in in my life thanks to Coach Dillon and the atmosphere at Brick by Brick. Intimate setting (only 8 people per class), challenging, unique workouts, and some of the coolest people I have met in my adult life. Check it out if youre wanting to build healthy habits.
Never before in my life have I felt like going to the gym or have actually looked forward to going. Coach Dillon does an excellent job with the experienced and inexperienced members and takes time to have alternatives for workouts for those new to the gym. All of the other members of the gym Ive encountered have been great to interact with as well, and everyone is made to feel welcome.
I joined Brick By Brick over 4 months ago and it is a great gym. Dillon is a talented instructor/coach who makes the workouts challenging and fun while doing a variety of activities. Everyone there is very nice and supportive. If you want a personalized experience in a friendly gym, this is the place for you! Definitely recommend trying it.
I started training at Brick by Brick in June and Im so glad that I did! I used to hate working out and exercising and now I actually look forward to going! Everything is based on your ability and skill level which makes you feel more confident about yourself. Everyone is there to feel better and get stronger. No need to worry about intimidation. When I would workout alone I never pushed myself and always quit. At Brick by Brick the coaches are always there pushing you through and making sure you get the best workout possible. Im so glad I started and cant wait to continue!
Brick by brick has been great. Dillon has created a fantastic atmosphere with individuals dedicated to improving themselves everyday. We look forward to our workouts everyday and the community that comes with being a member at brick by brick.
Not like any other place. Workouts are in small groups and the routine changes daily. I hate places that just show the machines and leave you on your own. This is never the case at brick-by-brick. And I love the atmosphere and other members. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. I look forward to going even if I do leave tired and slightly sore.
Before coming to Brick by Brick, I hadnt worked out in 8 months and had gained a significant amount of weight. I knew that I needed to get back into fitness but the idea of going to a huge corporate gym with a million people kept me away. I was also intimidated by a lot of intense workout styles such as crossfit. I read some reviews about Brick by Brick and I liked how it was more of a small group training atmosphere with no more than 8 people per session. Walking into a Rocky style gym as I like to call it lol (meaning more free weights and not many workout machines) was intimidating at first, but from day 1 everyone was super welcoming and helpful. While working with Dillon, you can really tell he has a passion for fitness and for helping people become healthier versions of themselves. He takes the time to personalize certain workouts for what he believes you need to work on and is always supportive and encouraging, even if you have no idea how to do something! Im always asking what a certain workout is for and he always has an explanation to why we do it and how its helping my body.All in all, Brick by Brick has completely changed my view of what a gym is. Definitely check it out and see what its about!! Im super glad I did!
Currently progressing fantastically towards fabulously fitting into a crop top. The trainer, Dillion is great giving concise explanations for exercises, stretches, and nutrition. He truly loves his job and it shines during every single training session. No matter your skill level, Dillions got your back. Oh, and the bottled water is heavenly.
