Really awesome place to live. The staff was super friendly when I moved in and I love how close to everything it is in Pittsburgh. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to live. The new upgrades are SO NICE as well.

If youre looking for a great apartment close to Duquesnes campus and Downtown, this is the place for you! The apartment size is great, and the bedrooms are so spacious and the units even come fully furnished. New management recently began upgrading the building and it looks amazing. They even added a new coffee bar which is my personal favorite as well as lock boxed for the mail service to keep your packages safe. This location is so close to Downtown, SouthSide, and Oakland. The staff is awesome and is always readily available. This is the perfect college apartment for students at Duquesne or even Pitt

The people that live here for free treat this place like a complete dumpster, and management refuses to do anything about it despite multiple emails from multiple residents. Not to mention, there is absolutely no care for any COVID-19 policies, including any enforcement of simple mask wearing or social distancing for management, residents, and the construction workers who have been working within the facility for weeks on end. Speaking of construction, no one was given any notice about ANY of the construction projects done inside and outside the building. I woke up one morning to construction workers ripping up the hallway floors without any communication whatsoever. This apartment complex is an overpriced, glorified dorm and is treated as such by the residents as well as management. Dont ever consider living here.

It was a really good place to live! Very friendly and quick to respond to issues! Loved staying here. I only left because they sadly increased the rent! They changed management too however, it looks the new management is even upgrading a lot of facilities. You would really enjoy this world class placeUpdate: the new management have been a bit brash with the old residents and took off unnecessary things from my deposit. However, this is still a nice place to live and I would recommend it. However the new management should improve on the customer relations skills.

I think the place is dope, outside of the walls being kinda thin I loved living here. The apartments are brand new and so are the floor plans. Its a beautiful place and its literally right in basically downtown pittsburgh. Just a side neighborhood

The only thing more annoying than the loud neighbors is the management who refuses to do anything about it. Edit: Even after several complaints. Edit: Emma works for the company and is padding their reviews, wouldnt be surprised if the other reviews are also fake.

Dont live here. Lots of loud partiers, you wont sleep.
