I had a very positive experience at this practice. My counselor has helped me a great deal. They even helped me get a service covered my insurance initially tried to not cover.

My son was seen at this office by Nicole. It is difficult for my son to share with a stranger. He made himself open up by talking about his most painful experiences. When he shared with her she turned the focus on herself by sharing her personal experiences. I have gone to multiple therapists starting at age 20. I have never encountered anyone sharing their personal experience. I was very upset because my son was opening up to her only to be let down by turning the focus on her. I called and complained to the owner. He expressed understanding and then said he recommended discussing this with her because things might be misunderstood. I expressed that there is no misunderstanding,the therapist was sharing her own issues and that is inappropriate and unprofessional. I also asked for a refund and he never replied to my email.
