Always great service from harmar equipment. They are quick and ready to assist your needs. Love that they are a stihl retailer. Recently purchased a brand new set of hedge trimmers. They work fantastically, and without skipping a beat they made sure my trimmers were up and running before I left the store. Can’t ask for better service.

The one and only experience has been paying a premium price for a sub-standard equipment. Disappointingly opportunist place too. Do not rent a skid-steer from this place if you need it for more than a day and you do not have an on-site diesel fueling station. After about 8hrs of use it started giving annoying beeping warning to refuel. With one of eight bars remaining, wasted precious time from the job (unnecessarily) buying a 5 gallon diesel jerrycan and making 3 round trips to a diesel fueling station. Good luck emptying it in fuel tank too as nozzle is deeply recessed. Checked the spec of their skid steer. It had 14.4 gallons fuel tank capacity. Really! Further verified when 2 3/4 of the 5 gal Jerrycan sent fuel gauge to full with 8 bars. Most standard skid-steers have 24 gal, 38 gal or even 50+ gal fuel capacity! Used it for one more hour and had them pick it up with 7 of 8 bars full. They charged a minimum 5 gals at $5.90 a gallon for about 1.5 gallons of use ($3.40 at the pump). And dont forget to pressure wash clean their clunky rusty skid-steer or you will be dinged for another $120. And this is after being charged $200 to drop off and pick up for a 10mile radius.

Went in with an emergency power outage and was ready to rent whatever generators they had. the person behind the counter, Pat, was extremely helpful. he talked me out of equipment that would have damaged our computers and steered me in the right direction. he even sent me across town for an item they didnt have in stock.Pat was so helpful and knowledgeable I thought he was the owner!would definitely use again!!!

I bought my chainsaw (Stihl) from these guys and usually stop there for replacement parts. If you know what youre looking for, these guys will get you on your way quick. If youve a general idea of what you need, theyre usually pretty patience and helpful.
