I cant express how great the experiences I had were with Dr Spillane and Dr H. I had my best pal in a few times when he was struggling and they were both incredibly personable, very detailed in their observations and explanations and I had the strong sense that they cared about my buddys health every bit as much as I could.

I always bring my guinea pigs (all 5 of them) here to see Dr. Morrison. HOWEVER, I will not be bringing my cat back after my last visit. $2,000 treatment plan just to tell me WHAT *COULD* be wrong with his teeth.. then would need a referral to a dentist.. that is absolutely insane to me. Dont get me wrong, I always am willing to pay however much I need to in order to keep my babies healthy, but this seems a bit ridiculous given that he already had his teeth extracted before we adopted him due to what is likely a case of life-long stomatitis. Find somewhere else for your cat.. They are great for exotics, though I’m sure I’ve paid out over $10,000 to this place in the past 3 years.

I’ve been using VCA Northview for a decade and their staff is lovely. Care has been available when ever I need it though I’m sure it’s pricier than other vets. What prompted me to write this review is that my dog’s urine culture from last week turned positive. The vet contacted me and, the next day, the antibiotic was shipped via FedEx to our vacation place. Within 48h of culture results, my pup was able to start the antibiotic 6 states away from home which I think is excellent service.

I had an emergency situation with my dog and this vet charged me $147.75 for antibiotics!!!!! I was angry when I saw my bill. I called 2 other local vets as well as the local Rite Aid and for the EXACT same brand/mg/dosage and amount of pills, the highest cost for the EXACT SAME PRESCRIPTION was $29.00!!!! This place is a rip off.

We brought our French bulldog (Primo) here for a BOAS surgery and we are so grateful and happy with our experience and the outcome. Weve been wanting to get the surgery done for him for a few years but were too nervous as the surgery is very risky for the breed and we also had a very bad experience at a neighboring animal hospital. Dr. Enwiller operated on Primo. Prior to scheduling, she explained the entire surgery thoroughly, listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. The day of surgery we were able to sit with Primo while the initial exam was completed. Once he was taken back into surgery, our assigned CVT (Alicia) was awesome and texted us play by plays with how he was doing under anesthesia and how the surgery was going. Alicia and Dr. Enwillers care for our dog was truly a 10 out of 10 and took so much stress out of the experience for us and Primo. We are so happy with the results and recovery and Primo is already breathing easier and getting his normal energy levels back. We highly recommend VCA Northview!

The doctors aren’t around enough and they put you off even when you call and state your pet is in worsening condition. I was taking my 5 year old male ferret to a place called k vet. He lost the majority of his hair last year and we took him there and they said he has adrenal disease and that he wouldn’t make it much longer. One year later my boy ended up getting all of his hair back. K vet didn’t even offer any medications and adrenal disease can be treated in ferrets. He didn’t refer us anywhere so we thought it would be okay. Two weeks ago we noticed his stomach started swelling so we took him back to k vet. They said that he had a large tumor pushing up against his kidneys and it was due to adrenal disease. They didn’t even send us anywhere else and told us that they couldn’t preform surgery because they never did surgery on a ferret. He said he’d look for a place to take him and he failed to do so. We called 6 places and this vet was able to see him right away and it wasn’t too expensive either. Mason (my ferret) will now be taking steroids the rest of his life due to his condition, but we are so thankful to have found a vet that was able to see him and they definitely care about our animals. ❤️

I have been here 2-3 times with my exotic pets and they have been excellent all-around. They have great hours for urgent care/emergency visits and when we have called for a same-day appointment they have been as accommodating as can be expected. They are straightforward with pricing and give accurate estimates. Their techs/support staff are attentive, patient and take a good history over the phone. Their vets speak plainly and patiently answer any questions we have to the best of their ability. Dr. Morrison, specifically, is a true resource and has skillfully directed care for our pets. Her recommendations demonstrated her compassion for our animals. When one of our boys had a terminal diagnosis, she helped us through the emotionally-trying process of euthanasia. More recently, she performed surgery on our other boy and the entire staff provided excellent postoperative care essential to his recovery. They provided updates without prompting and included pictures. They took appropriate precautions in the setting of COVID19 and still provided good care. Their text line is pretty convenient and they have lots of parking.

Expensive but amazing care! I have had my cat come in for two emergency appointments and they listen to me completely, they are patient, attentive and answer all of my questions (about my cat and price of things). They sent me text updates of my buddy as I requested and even had him tucked in under a blanket like I had mentioned he enjoys. It is significantly more expensive than anywhere else but I was able to use care credit to pay for a surgery and my cat has insurance so I was sort of covered in that way. Also - they do go slowly with taking tests in that they will rule things out before adding more tests (and a higher price tag) to the visit.

Our cat suddenly developed extensive swelling under his chin and our current vet hospital was closed. I called VCA Northview due to their great reviews and the friendly receptionist said the vet could see our cat as an emergency visit. I was very appreciative of both Dr. Spillane and the vet tech. They were both very friendly, attentive, thorough and honest. Dr. Spillane explained all the possibilities of the swelling because she wasnt able to find out the cause and I appreciated her honesty. Together we thought it could be an allergic reaction and so the cat was given a few injections to help with the swelling and possible infection. I asked for the injections because he is a nightmare to give oral medications. Again, I am very happy with the care our cat received at this hospital. My only complaint is that we never left the waiting area and I wasnt comfortable sitting there while the cat was taken away for the examination. I understand why some hospitals practice this, but when the animal is already very nervous for being there, I dont like that they are taken away from their owner for the entire visit.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with VCA. My dog needed surgery on her acl and by the time my normal vet( not vca) found it she only had 20 %of her acl left. I was originally referred to PVESC they wanted over $5,000 to do the surgery plus they wouldnt be able to preform the surgery till a month after her diagnosis. I took it apon myself to find another orthopedic specialist and Im so glad I did. I called VCA on a Sunday they had an appointment avaliable 2 days later and they preformed the surgery same day. It was also almost $2,000 cheaper and it included her follow up visits. The doctor and her assistants were wonderful and texted me pictures and updates before and after her surgery. I highly recommend VCA and couldnt be more grateful for everything they did for my fur baby.

This review is for VCA, not for the doctors and techs (although yes they are part of VCA). Dr. Morrison is an amazing vet and exotics specialist. We would follow her anywhere she goes in the Pittsburgh area because she takes such great care of our rabbits. As stated, her techs are also amazing. The issue is with their pricing. They seriously up charge EVERYTHING. An emergency visit (for an established client) is $165. The emergency visit at another vet ER was only $99! They also often say there are no appointments available and “you’ll have to come to emergency.” Medication prices are also outrageous. 33 day supply of Meloxicam was close to $200, got a 60 day supply elsewhere for $77. This place is so expensive and if it weren’t for Dr. Morrison we wouldn’t come here. Oh, and checking out is such a slow process. It takes forever! Sometimes longer than the appointment.

It was a horrible, we waited about 3 hours .They took my chinchilla away from me and it got seen by the “ exotic vet “ and charged me for a vet I haven’t even seen or heard what she/he said . They gave my chinchilla 2 oral and 1 topical medicine, one was a pain medicine which he was in no pain whatsoever. The medicine did nothing.I told them his symptoms, and said it was probably a fungal infection (Ring worm) .They said Ring worm was NOT COMMON IN CHINCHILLAS, yes it is if you look up chinchilla infections it is like the first thing that pops up . The total cost was $350.After a week or so I went to Animal general they did everything I expected and wanted to do they found out he does have a fungal infection by using a black light they gave him a scrub and he is on a anti fungal medication which is helping the exotic vet ( Dr. Mark) actually cares about animals and he said he saw a chinchilla earlier. I highly recommend Animal general.

VCA Northview was so kind on the phone and even went out of their way to see if a vet on staff would be willing to squeeze me and my sweet Dusty into their schedule. They were compassionate from beginning to end, and the doctor I saw had remarkable bedside manner and said one of the most comforting and kind things in regards to euthanasia and knowing when it is time: its usually better to be a day early than a day too later with these things. I remember it still because it was so powerful and wise.Im eternally grateful for the help the staff gave me. I was treated with nothing but respect and compassion, and so was my sweet girl.Price wise, I was shocked at how inexpensive the euthanasia was there versus at my regular vet. They included a paw/tail print in a lovely leather bound booklet with a poem about the rainbow bridge. Above and beyond. Most places do the prints but just give you the clay in a plastic bag--making it easy to damage the prints before they dry.

The Vets and all of the Techs and front desk staff are kind, professional, gentle, and genuinely care for my dogs—even my one girl who is very timid and becomes reactive at the hospital out of fear. Also, I have always been given a written cost estimate (high and low) for procedures and surgeries and these estimates have always been accurate for me.Mickey, Millie, and Mandy give a “paws up” for the great care that they receive at Northview!

I cannot believe how horrible and unkind my family was treated today. Our very loved sweet ferret, Yeti, was very sick and I took him to the ER. Everyone was wonderful and I left after 2 hours and having agreed to $850 of medical care over the course of 24 hours. They only had guesses as to what was wrong and didn’t know if any treatment would work but I trusted the vet when she said she wanted to give him a chance.Today at 330 I received a phone call from a different vet, as I had expected. He basically told me that we should euthanize. I told him I would be bringing my 3 young boys to say goodbye. We arrived at 4:10 and there was one person working the desk. Someone was in front of us and after listening to the two of them talk for 10 minutes about pet insurance, I apologetically interrupted and told her we were there to see Yeti. She was extremely irritated with me but picked up the phone after a couple minutes and called someone in the back and told them we were there. Another 10 minutes and we were taken to an exam room with 3 chairs for the 6 of us (me, my husband, my mom to help with my autistic children, and my 3 boys). After 25 minutes of being in the room we started taking turns sitting on the floor. We couldn’t imagine what was taking so long after I had been told on the phone that Yeti was very sedated and in a vegetative state. The irritated woman from the front desk finally came into the room and told me we needed to check out. I was so confused—check out for what? We still hadn’t seen our ferret! We had already been there for 45 minutes and they hadn’t even brought him to us. And then I realized that they wanted us to pay the bill before allowing us to see Yeti. It was so blatant and obvious and the most vile experience I’ve ever had given the vulnerable situation my family was in. I said okay, let’s go pay the bill and she said “oh, I can just take your card.” I refused to give it to her and I stepped out into the lobby and paid the bill, including the fee for euthanasia, which hadn’t even been done yet. I was appalled.I went back with my family into the tiny exam room and we waited again for our sweet pet. After several minutes, they brought him to us wrapped in a blanket and I quickly embraced him as my children surrounded me while I sat on the floor. I looked across the hall and saw the room with couches and chairs and told my family to move over there so we could all give Yeti our love.2 minutes later, the vet walked into the room WITH THE EUTHANASIA SYRINGES IN HIS HANDS MINUTES after we finally got to see our ferret. Immediately, my young children started reacting to this AFTER I VERY CLEARLY TOLD THIS MAN ON THE PHONE THAT I WOULD BE BRINGING MY CHILDREN IN TO SAY GOODBYE AND THEN I WOULD BE STAYING UNTIL YETI PASSED. Instead of that graceful and sensitive plan to make this as easy as we could on our children the vet came in needles in hand and my children began to react, cry, and ask questions. I was absolutely horrified. The vet started talking about euthanizing him and I looked at him with exasperation and asked him if we had to do it right that minute and pointed out that we had JUST gotten Yeti minutes ago. I explained my frustration with having to wait so long to see him in the first place and the callous way the bill was handled and he was very dismissive as he told us there are other emergencies and the front desk was very busy too.Our children held and sang to Yeti and told him how wonderful he was and how great heaven was going to be and then we asked my mom to take them out for a walk. As soon as the 4 of them left the room I held Yeti dear to me and broke down in tears while I told my husband that I would absolutely not let them (any further VCA employees) touch Yeti. I cried to him how unkind they were being towards us and how they were treating Yeti like he was not important. My husband, a very rational and logical person, agreed. We took Yeti home with us, prepared to keep him comfortable until our vet opens on Monday. This horrible experience has turned into a trauma.

The hospital is very nice and the waiting room is comfortable and spacious. The staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. I went during the early afternoon so the wait wasnt long at all (not sure how things run during peak after work hours). The vet we saw was also very nice and friendly. She offered helpful suggestions and was realistic about tests needed. I also found the cost for an exam to be lower than what I paid for a city clinic. I even received a phone call from the vet the next day to explain the results of some tests done and she answered a question I had about my other cat. I just need to put this out there..... I would HIGHLY recommend that if you care about your pet at all, do NOT take your pet to Northview Animal Hospital. I have spent years and TONS of money taking my “children” there. This last visit was the final straw. On 2/28 my dogs had an appointment. On 3/2 they call me with test results and apparently my voicemail box was full. They never tried calling again. My main problem is that I called on 3/4 because my pup was experiencing a rash and made an appointment for the following day. At any time during the call on 3/4 or visit on 3/5 the office could have told me about the prescription waiting and the test results but did not. In fact I didn’t even know they called me on 3/2 or about any of it until yesterday 3/21 when I was asked by a different vet why I didn’t pick up the medication and that someone called and my mailbox was full. What if this medicine was life or death? My dog would be dead due to the carelessness of both the staff and the vet. It was literally on his chart when you pulled up his name.I called them yesterday after my visit because I didn’t want to make a scene but the office manager wasn’t in.She called me today. All she had to say was sorry. Sorry....They are changing the policy and blah blah blah.Well guess what?! I’m never going back. I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars there. THOUSANDS!!!! And have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and all they had to say was we are sorry to be losing you as a customer.I’m not sure what I was expecting to happen but it wasn’t that. Please do not take your animals there. We called ahead and were told to come in yesterday, so we drove our conure 40 min to get there to be told it would be a 3-4 hour wait. The technician came to meet with us and said that due to the symptoms, they could sell us a cone so the bird would not continue to scratch his eye. This did not please the receptionist, who made it a point to make sure that we could not have the cone. Stay away. Not friendly, apologetic and did not help our pet. A very unfortunate and avoidable series of events.

I can only say Dr Morrison and Marsha saved our little man Jin. Jin is a ferret not yet two and the greatest most loved pet ever. He is loving and playful and gives kisses and when the time is right loves to cuddle. If you are a pet owner never go anywhere else but here. They understand the deep love you have for a little furry that just stops your heart. They helped us when we didn’t have any hope they gave us hope by helping. This is one vet that actually knows how special a pet is they know a pet isn’t a pet but family and how heart breaking it can be when the outcome looks grim. I will never take any pet I have anywhere else. I love this place and I love all the staff. I met no one who didn’t have concern and care for our little man. I do not even have the words to express my feelings. Thank you all!!!!!!I wanted to add that Dr.purvis was amazing and so very kind and honest. She loved our little man as much as we did and I wanted to make sure everyone knew what a wonderful loving doc she is. Our family learned a hard lesson. We loved him so much we didn’t realize that he had gotten his foreign object and I had taken numerous things away or threw them away. We cannot express how loved Jin is our home would not be a home without him. I am so glad VCA and all involved understood that love. Thank you

I had to euthanize my dog on Christmas. I drove to the one on camp Horne road after a phone estimate of $330. Long story short they are jive turkeys so i left and found north view. They were compassionate and the vet accommodated all my requests and even came to my car to check dog so not to disturb him. I hated to put my dog down but north view was really nice people. One better it only cost 198.05 but they wont tell you prices over phone so dont think that means they cost more!

I used to swear by this hospital. But for us when Dr. Henry left everything was downhill. Any time I called for an appt nothing was available for a few days unless I wanted to pay an extra fee for being seen that day or next day. After Dr. Henry left we just felt like we were trying to be sold something every time. The place we go now makes us feel like Henry is part of their family.

We have a deaf Staffie that we have taken here for a long time. We’ve had other pets in the past that we’ve taken here as well. The care we receive from Dr. McKlveen has been the best we have ever had from any facility. I recommend her and VCA without any hesitation. We’re frequent customers now as my pup is getting older and has a few issues related to old age as well as stuff any dog can get (like ear infections from refusing to NOT roll around in wet grass) and we’ll continue to go. As you get to know the folks there the service becomes more personal. It’s a great place.

My sons 1 year old cat managed to break him femur in multiple places. We just put our dog down a few months ago and my son struggled immensely with it. The staff got our cat in fairly late(our fault as we couldnt find him!) They checked him out and gave us our options(surgery to fix the leg or amputation.)We spoke to our son who was absolutely crushed about his cat losing a leg. The next morning the surgeon contacted my wife and offered to fix the leg for the same cost as an amputation, saving us thousands of dollars.Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Toothless. Youve made fans of us for life.

We went to Dr. Hashem for a tooth extraction after trauma because our home vet was out of town. I had never been to VCA Northview before but was scheduled and welcomed professionally and efficiently. We saw Dr. Zetwo for an exam the day before surgery, and she was wonderful and answered all of my questions and laid out the plan for my dog. Then on surgery day, Dr. Hashem took the time to thoroughly explain the pre-op plan and answered all of my questions, and inspired confidence ahead of the procedure. All potential costs were well explained ahead of time and luckily we came in under the estimate. For an already traumatic event for my dog and I, Im so glad we ended up at VCA Northview with Dr. Hashem and Dr. Zetwo. Definitely recommend!

The only reason the VCA is getting a star is because the ER doctor and tech were very sympathetic with us. Our dog had suffered a life terminating emergency and had to be put down within 3 hours of fallen ill. We decided to have him cremated which was very expensive compared to other places. When we went to pick up his ashes, we received an urn w/o any markings, a certificate from the cremation service with the dogs name but not our last name, and a baggie with a cat collar and cat paw prints for someone else (names were on the baggie). We did not notice this until we got home. I called the VCA to confirm that this was our pet and asked what had happened. The lady on the phone assured me that her records confirmed that this was our pets ashes and the only mistake was the cat items. She promised to call back after she got confirmation from the cremation service. When she called back, she said that the new employee at the service was the problem and assured me again that these were the correct remains. My husband took all of the contents back as we had received them to make sure we had the correct items. However, the VCA told him that she didnt have any more information than the fact that our dog was sent out and that it came back, nothing else. She never spoke with anyone at the service b/c it was closed. She lied on the phone to me which upset my husband even more. The grief of losing a pet suddenly is traumatic enough. Not knowing if our dog is home has made this experience even worse.

Our cat has been a regular patient at this office for five years. This past weekend we found him gasping for air and lethargic. We rushed him to Northview and they found the space around his lungs had filled with fluid and his heart was enlarged. In two short days they not only saved our boys life they did it with such compassion and love, treated him like he was truly their own pet.EVERY time I called (twice daily) they were kind, caring, pleasant on the phone with me. They truly love every pet that comes through that door and take exceptional care of them. Some reviews complained about the price, if you receive emergency care yes the prices are high but I find their other prices are no higher than those of another vet and frankly youre paying for quality care.Ive never been more pleased with a vet office in all my life. They are amazing people and went out of their way to keep us not only informed but assure us that our boy was receiving the best care they could possibly offer.

Would highly recommend! My husband and I brought our kitten in to seek a 2nd opinion after going through a few weeks of treatment with another vet. Everyone was wonderful during our visit. Our vet tech, Tom, did the initial exam and seemed to know just as much about what could be going on with our pet as the original veterinarian we took him to. We had Dr. Hayworth as our vet and she was the picture of perfection. She went through our kittens previous medical history from the other vet and explained to us which tests recommended by the previous vet would actually be worth spending money on and which were either unnecessary or not a good fit for our kittens symptoms. She really took the time to walk us through the potential benefits and outcomes of the different treatment options and helped us establish a plan moving forward. I wish we had been seeing Dr. Hayworth the whole time! We would probably have resolved his infection by now rather than still dealing with it 2 months later.Pricing was on par with other vet for initial appointment (not sure for re-checks). Northview didnt nickel-and-dime us on each part of the exam which was a big stress reliever.

Absolute worst animal hospital Ive ever been to. So disappointed because it was the only 24 emergency facility I could find so I needed to take my pet there. They seem like their only in business for the money. Please dont take your pets here.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to Northview VCA for years but I am done with them. It is a corporate-owned monolith that is interested in one thing - money. Their staff is rude and concern #1 is how you are going to pay - there is no #2 concern. So....you got me VCA for $550 to deworm 4 cats but this wilL be the last time.

If you love your animals avoid Northview at all cost and find yourselves a local VET. This place used to have doctors who cared for the poor animals quality of life. Unfortunately that has changed over the years and they suggest high price procedures that may not provide any useful results. Whenever we took our dog in the fist thing they pushed was X-ray and right after they told us that X-ray does not show anything and they said an ultrasound would do better and more procedures to be followed! Most of the time we had to feed the doctors what the history of the dog was since they did not read the chart or would only read the last two pages of the chart and tell us that they didnt read the whole chart! On several occasions we had to call them for results because they would not call us or would not provide all test results. My dog had to be put to sleep due to illness that could have been prevented or managed if they had red the chart, provided the right tests, cared for with respect. If animals are unable to voice their pain and needs wouldnt you think that the doctors should do everything they can to educate themselves as well as others while putting enough effort and attempt to do the right thing!

We arrived yesterday afternoon with our dog who was visibly weak and not able to easily walk. We had compared VCA with PV SEC and decided that VCA might be more affordable with similar facilities. After 30 minutes our dog still had not been seen and the solitary counter person did not seem to be enjoying her work. While we were there three other pets with no obvious signs of stress were admitted before us. They seemed short staffed and while their demeanor on the phone was pleasant the in person experience was not. We left right before they said they could take Scout to a room because they said it would be at least 90 minutes before he could be seen by a doc. After leaving VCA we rerouted to PV SEC. Though the outcome at PV SEC was not good the experience was as good as it could be under the circumstances.

Well the last work up on my pet was a misdiagnosis, a horrible one that was corrected elsewhere. I was screwed so didnt want to enlighten them at all to help them in assessing the next client. My loss, their gain .Previously there was a gross misdiagnoses by another vet there and the vet I ended up going to knew right away about the problem. That vet was horrified about north views diagnosis . I was very hurt over the lack of knowledge from that vet. They are nt discriminate with who they hire . They will defend their vets anyway so its a losing situation once youve paid .One heavy set emergency vet is horrible and rude. I refuse to go there if shes working. They took away the house call service and after repeated calls I see they have no specialists, opthamollfy or cardio vets, no dermatologist, no orthopedic vets either and over the years Ive had 3 great vets I liked there but no more. It seems like the ones I liked moved or went part time. I dont trust part time docs. I wouldnt pay their high prices for routine care. I can go to Burtons for shot clinics, this place is ok for ER CARE as long as its not the younger heavy Doctor .They need a menu of certain prices to let clients know up front.for what its worth, the ambience is dated....a cool grey blue decor is rather depressing if you are there long .It seems like every time I need a specialist, other clinics refer to PVSEC So Im not sure what capacity they are even entitled to be called a specialty clinic .Not one local clinic refers to this hospital .I dont think they have an MRI Either. They arent full service .They do offer ER care and thats their strong point

My dads cat could not breathe well at all. I took him to my vet and they said they couldnt help him as they didnt have the equipment that he needed. I was already highly stressed and more so when they said Id need to take him to an ER vet. I called both AVETS and PVSEC, even after reading the horrible reviews they have (overpriced, lack of care/concern, and more), and discovered that they charged way more just to walk through their doors than VCA Northview. After calling VCA, I decided to go to them just on the call I had with the receptionist. She was friendly, and seemed to really care. The staff I called at AVETS and PVSEC werent a fraction as warm as the VCA staff.I had my mom take my dads cat up, as I couldnt get out of the office, and she was a mess, crying the whole way up there. She said the staff were concerned and caring and poor Tom was seen asap. He was there for three days, on oxygen, and we were kept updated whenever we needed to be called by them and whenever we wanted to call them. Ive never had a better time at a vets office. Yes, it was expensive, and yes, there were multiple Care Credit accounts opened, but my dads cat ended up living from whatever it was that hurt him. Dr. Purvis could only deduce that it was some sort of bacterial infection.I had to take him back up there a year later, after he got overheated during the summer. He ended up not needing to be seen. The car ride up there, in air conditioning, helped him out more than the vets couldve! To my surprise, this is the same office that helped out a cat of mine almost fifteen years prior. Id simply forgotten about them as I rarely went out to the north hills. They had helped my thyroid kitty with a radioactive treatment. As I recalled, they treated my Calla (now deceased from jaw cancer) as if she was one of their own, and they even sent her home with a toy after keeping her for at least a week, if I recall correctly. My dads cat went home with lots of medicine, but Ill never forget how nicely they treated us and him.One thing I recommend is for the pet parent to try to keep calm, even during a horrible emergency. Often times judgement and what one sees can be clouded by extreme stress. Try to keep calm for your pet, if not for yourself. They CAN sense emotions! Your fear might make them more afraid.I always recommend this ER as an ER to anyone with a pet, and I may make them a regular vet! Thanks, VCA!
