The employees were very professional and patient with us. We had a meeting run a bit long and had to request they delay their service 20 mins to accommodate our work from home needs. They were understanding and polite, which is truly more than we could ask for. The cleaning met our expectations and they were thorough in their inspection. We are new homeowners, so we benefited from their instruction going-forward. We will use this business in the future!

I just paid over $200 to have my chimney cleaned and inspected. There was no inspection report or pictures and Im not sure they even looked at the top of the chimney on the roof. We needed a cap and they said nothing. I asked how to install a fireplace door for baby proofing and they said to do it on my own. He did mention that I should not burn large fires which is fair but was literally here for less than 25 minutes. Thats pretty ridiculous for over $200.

They charged $200 to shop-vac my wood stove. No one went on the roof to look at the chimney. No one swept the chimney. Complete and total waste of money and time.
