When I call to make an appointment I don’t want to talk to a call center. I should not have wait a month to make an appointment for an oil change. I had to call a few times to get one sooner. I would like to talk to someone on site.When I drop off my in the morning I don’t want to wait 25 minutes to give someone my keys and sign the paperwork. There were only 2 people working and they were VERY slow. We are still in a global pandemic. There are signs all through Bloomfield about wear mask and NO staff member had a mask on. It’s very disappointing.In addition, only having until 4:45PM to pick up a car is hard for people who work until 4:30 or later.Much better service when I use to go to Rohrich Mazda. I was able to talk to someone there. They had later pick up hours and overall better customer service.

They tell you to drop your car off at service at 8am and then when you call at 4:30 to see if it’s done they say it’s “first in line for tomorrow.” And then they can’t provide you with a loaner? Do not recommend this place at all. Why tell me to drop my car off on a specific date if you’re not even going to look at or touch it until the next day? Get it together…

After dropping off the car at 7:20 AM, I remembered something I wanted to tell the service center. I called when I got home 10 minutes later. I was on hold for 15 min. I then tried about 15 timed during the course of the day. Kept getting message that “your call is important to us”. No answer. Not even voicemail. I even tried calling Rohrich Mazda on Liberty Ave. I had the experience with their system.You need a better way to allow customers to call your service dept. My experience was horrendous. My lease on my Mazda is up next April. I will think twice about renewing with Rohrich.

I was welcomed by Mike who was super efficient, professional and accurate. He tagged the car, invited me to the lounge, then in almost 90 min or less came back, had all the papers done, explained what was inspected and Conducted clearly and I was on the way back home. The car was fully inspected, tires rotated and oil / filter changed. Super fast and effective team!This is the first time I encounter such a professional and dedicated person. I was about to switch to nissan service center directly next year... butafter today, I am definitely staying with Rohric Services!

Took my car in for an annual inspection and had great service! Although I was a “drop-off” appointment, Christine called very promptly and relayed what needed to be done for my car to pass inspection. I also want to give a special shout-out to Mike S. who went out of his way to assist me and let me get on my way very quickly.One thing to note: I did have to schedule my appointment 3.5 weeks in advance, which isn’t typical in my past experience. Will keep that in mind for the future!

Good repairs, decent price, professional jobs, only complaint is how horrible it is to get in for service. Waited 2 months after a part was ordered and came in before actually getting it done, AND I was never contacted. So not too great on that side either but still, if you want a professional job they will deliver it.

As always this Honda service is 100 percent the best. I know it is never great news or the best day ever getting your car serviced during a pandemic but I love their honesty. I was on a super tight schedule and they had me in and out of the service center in no time. I bought my Honda at the Rohrich Dealership and the free oil changes, tire rotations and car washes for life situation is honestly amazing.

I recently bought a car from Rohrich and worked with Anthony and Rocco for my deal. They were fair, courteous, and got me in and out. I was told that Rohrich has the biggest inventory in Pittsburgh right now which is important given the supply shortage due to the pandemic.If you need a new car make sure to reach out to these guys!!

This place did not call me to discuss my options for repair. They deemed part of the car non repairable and charged $150 for just looking at it. Then they left the car in worse condition (undrivable). They didn’t repair the safety belt - which Honda is supposed to do for free because they said the car shouldn’t be driven but then still did an oil change - in my opinion just to charge me more money. It is not clear why they didn’t call me about any of this. And didn’t tell me I should have the car towed and allowed me to drive away knowing that my gas tank was dragging on the ground (how they left it) but not telling me that’s what was dragging.Over priced and bad at communicating - just did things (or didn’t) without talking to customer. I do not reccommend

This last time it cost more in labor to have my breaks done than it would have it serviced at Pepboys or anywhere else. I reached out and the manager has yet to contact me back. Price went from $50 to $600 in 1 hour with no warning.

After visiting some other Honda dealerships located near where we live, we decided to travel to Rohrich Honda in Pittsburgh, PA. I was promptly met by Richard Wilber, the Dealership Manager. Right away Richard made me feel at ease and comfortable and he created a humble rapport. My wife and I were introduced to Justin Verno, a Sales Consultant, who also displayed the same qualities. As my wife and Justin were looking at the vehicles I was greeted by Mark Cohen, the V.P. of Operations. We also met and worked with Larry Mercurio and Nathan Hout, both were Sales Managers. Same qualities. Everybody I met the whole entire time there made my wife and I feel like we were all family. Everybody was kind and courteous. And yes, my wife ended up buying a Honda Civic Hatchback Sport package and was what she wanted and was very happy with the deal we all agreed to. Second purchase with Rohrich. Worked with Curtis (Sales Consultant) and Larry (F&I Manager). Needed help getting out of a lease on a 2018 Civic, no questions really asked, the team did a great job in not only assisting me to get out of the lease, they upgraded me into a nicer vehicle. Went into the dealership looking at a 2015 Accord and left with a beautiful 2021 Honda HRV SPORT AWD instead. Spent a total of 30 MINUTES inside the dealership. This team worked to expedite processing over the phone, text and by completing the credit application ahead of time. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Rohrich and even more so, I recommend that you ask for and work with Curtis! 🏆🥇

Very unclear communication and incredibly slow service.I called about a month ago to make an appointment for a new programmed key fob. They said keys with keyless entry were backordered, but they could still try ordering it, as well as ordering a valet key just in case. They also said I could purchase an aftermarket key online and have them cut/program it, and that it costs a half hour of labor + parts.Seemed fair, since the car is quite old. So I made an appointment for about 3 weeks later and ordered a replacement key on Amazon. I also got a confirmation email from Honda about them ordering a valet key AND a keyless entry key. About 1 week later I got an email confirming that both of their keys had arrived. I was surprised since they had said it was backordered, so I called Honda and asked if they had indeed received the keyless entry key, and they said yes. I figured a Honda key would probably work better anyway.In the meantime, my Amazon key arrived. But I decided to wait to return it just in case.Showed up for my appointment at 9am and again asked the representative Jason if they had the keyless entry key and he called parts and confirmed it right in front of me. He said go ahead and have a seat and well get it cut.Well about 30 minutes later he comes in and says, Heres the problems. 1. We dont have the key. 2. We dont have internet and cant program til we do. How can that be? I only verified it with you guys twice. I understand the internet goes out, thats okay. I can wait a bit for the reboot. I just let him know that I had to work at 11 and would need a ride to work if it took until 10:30. He said lets just hope not. Luckily I hadnt returned the backup Amazon key, and gave them that.10:30 rolls around, and I see Jason talking to some other staff member. I walked back to the desk and asked some other representative for a ride to work because I had to work at 11. Then Jason comes up and says, Sorry for the wait, its done.Well how long was it done for and why didnt I know? Apparently, a half hour labor is still $65. I dont if thats high or not, but it hardly seems worth the poor service and hour and a half wait.

Probably will not buy another Accord only because I am looking for something a little more upscale. Otherwise, this is the best dealership that I have ever dealt with, and I would not even consider buying from another. Their Service Department is by far the best I have ever worked with. Friendly and helpful service - I would recommend this parts department to anyone looking for their Genuine Honda goods at a reasonable cost. One of the sales man (or manger not sure ) was literally yelling at the receptionist and EVERYONE in the place heard him . Not professional and terrible people. It dont matter what she did you, but if you chose to yell like a maniac do it after hours not when there is customers here. Unbelievable. I bought Honda CRV from this dealer and along with it I purchased extended honda care warranty.Here is the catch I didnot get when the sales person sold me honda care extended warranty where they actually sold private company warranty and not actually the one Honda provides to customer.I got to know about it after few years when I tried to avail roadside assistance calling honda only to my belief that the warranty i had was not from honda.I called the dealer on this and only then they confirmed that what they sold was not actually the one offered by Honda.I felt very disheartened and sad that I didnot pay attention to the documentation during sale.I am sharing this to educate buyers to read the documentation before signing any purchase

I wasn’t expecting a Honda dealership to be this sketchy. You would think Honda, as a company, would care more about its reputation and customer service than this.I purchased a 2017 Honda Fit from Rohrich Honda a few months ago. I held off on writing this review to give them a chance to make it right, but were at 5 strikes against them which is just unacceptable. I’ll go into detail about it, but here are the bullet points:Strike 1: I was told the car had a crucial feature that it didn’t have.Strike 2: None of the cars were “certified used” despite them charging the certified used listing price.Strike 3: They increased the price after we already made a deal and shook hands on it.Strike 4: When trying to “make it right” they tried to trick me into trading-in my car for a loss and buying a new car outright.Strike 5: They didn’t submit my insurance information to the bank, which caused the bank to purchase a premium on my behalf which added $1.8k to my car loan.I was sold on getting the upgraded EX model based on a feature the salesman told me that it had. Turns out, the 2017 models do not support this feature. Without it, the car would not have been worth the price to me and I would have purchased a different car. Let’s call that strike one.While in the price negotiation, I leveraged my trade-in and the fact that the car wasn’t “certified used.” They said they “didn’t have time to certify any of their cars.” This was a red flag because literally none of their used cars were “certified used.” Meanwhile they were still being sold at the certified listing price. When we came to an agreement on the amount for the car, I communicated with them that this was my total-total, drive off the lot, taxes and fees included, bottom line price. We shook hands on that price. Then we moved to the paperwork phase where that price greatly went up. They told me this was for the “taxes and fees.” They went back on their deal, and tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong. This puts them at 3 strikes.Since I didn’t have my usb cord on me, I couldn’t test the feature that the salesman said the car had during the test drive. The next day, I plugged in my phone to set it up and discovered it was not working. I let them know immediately. They had me take the car into the shop to see what the problem was. This is when they revealed that the feature wasn’t compatible with Honda Fit’s until 2018. Keep in mind, this feature was a main selling point for the car and justification for the price. They told me they would make it right.Eventually they offered to trade in the 2017 car with a newer car that actually had the correct features that I had paid for in the 2017. After asking questions about how that process would work, I found out they were planning to treat it as a trade-in where I would take a loss and then they would have me purchase the new car outright. I told them I would be happy to pay the difference in value between the two vehicles, but this deal would only be worth it to me if I wasn’t taking a loss on the 2017 or having to re-pay any taxes or transfer fees because of their mistake. I considered my conditions a good deal on both sides, but it’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t responded.The fifth strike is when I went online to make a payment on the car (I still have the 2017.) I noticed a $1.8k charge on my account. I call up the bank that I have the loan with and they told me the dealership never sent them my insurance information so they purchased an insurance premium for me. I gave the bank my insurance information, which should in theory take care of the $1.8k charge, but the stress the dealership had caused me on top of everything else is unacceptable.You would think Honda would want a better reputation than this. Their service was sketchy and I’m very dissatisfied with my overall experience. This is likely the last Honda I’ll be purchasing.

I received sketchy and unprofessional service when I tried requesting a refund for a tire protection package that I purchased with my new vehicle. I was within the 30 day refund period and I emailed my salesman, Justin, to help me with the process. He basically emailed me that I had to talk to my bank and that I would have reduced payments, not a refund. This was completely FALSE because I had bought the car outright and at no point did the bank get involved (i.e., he did not remember me or pretended not to remember me). The contract printed up for this protection package also stated that I was entitled to a refund within 30 days (I was still well within 30 days). I clarified this with Justin over email and then he stopped responding to me. I feared that he was stalling me so that the 30 days would arrive.Due to his radio silence, I called the dealership 2x and both times, I was redirected to sales staff, neither of which answered me. This forced me to leave voicemails both times and neither of them were answered by the dealership. It is interesting how no one seems to want to talk to me when I mention refund in a voicemail but when I hit the interested button on a car at the dealerships website, the salesmen reach out to you in the blink of an eye lolololol.With no response from Justin or the other sales staff, I was forced to come in person to the dealership (I live 30 minutes away) to confront Justin. With no help from Justin, I found a form online to fill out that would start the refund process. Unfortunately, I did not have my new Honda Fit with me that day as I drove my moms car to the dealership and had to drive back home to identify my odometer mileage for the refund form to send to Justin. He said that he would take care of the refund once I sent the odometer photo. That same day, I sent the photo and I did not hear back from Justin at all.Days later, I went in again to the dealership right when they opened because at this point, I felt that I was being completely ignored once again. This time I talked to Rich, the sales manager, and low and behold, another staff named Rocko told me that the whole process was taken care of and that I would get my refund. Funny how it took me coming into the dealership a second time to hear this update, rather than getting any email updates about it whatsoever lololol. Rich was completely unaware of any of this unprofessional behavior, although he assured me that I would get my refund (which I eventually did).It turns out that Justin and Rocko had completed the refund process prior to my second time going to the dealership. However, no one kept me updated at all, which is still very unprofessional. I was basically left uninformed and feared for the worst. This whole headache of a situation lasted about 2 weeks, when it should have taken maybe a day or two. BE CAREFUL when working with this dealership and use caution, especially for refunds.HOWEVER, the buying process for my new Honda Fit 2020 LX was pretty quick and straightforward. The car itself is great. The purchasing experience at least with Rohrich Honda was average, nothing terrible but nothing spectacular.

Every inspection is at least 5-600.00. We drive 4,000 miles a year. I don’t know how they find the stuff they find. And tires don’t get me started 175.00 each and NO warranty whatsoever

I have been beyond depressed for months after learning my current vehicle had undisclosed previous damage when i purchased it from a shady dealership in ohio. I had been through disputes with BBB, atty generals office, my insurance company, and hondas service center.So one day I decided to reach out to the Honda sales department. I submitted a message online and Vicki got back to me right away. She quickly helped me to find solutions and had her manager Nathan call me right away.Nathan had me bring my current vehicle down to their Mazda store which was closer to me. He worked with Vicki to pull some figures and the next day I went in. An amazing salesman Marcus was super patient with me while i indecisively changed my mind on the vehicle I wanted. In the end he made sure I left in the car I wanted the most - even if it meant they had to take it out of the plastic wrap!I couldnt have asked for a better dealership experience (they invited me to their pizza party too!) I had felt hopeless for months and I walked away so damn happy. Thanks so much to the whole crew.

I visited the service department Tuesday morning. The service rep was rude, didnt acknowledge me for several moments, and spoke down to me when he did eventually speak. He treated me as if I was sub-human. Ive purchased my last 3 cars from this dealership and will not return to buy the 4th.

Brian Cohen was our salesman and he was fabulous! Really took the time to explain everything and was very amiable and knowledgeable. Could not believe how simple and efficient he made this process. I would recommend him to anyone!! I was really nervous and skeptical about buying a car and he made the process fun and enjoyable. They have great perks to buying or leasing. Very friendly staff and made my experience more than worth it.I took my car there to get serviced for the day and the staff was amazing and friendly even early in the morning. Im so impressed by this place. They explained everything to me and were so punctual.

Have taken my car in about 4 times for the same issue. Each time. They say they found nothing. No solution. The last time, they took my car and said itd be a few days. Ended up being 10 days, and never got alerted it was ready for pickup. I had to call in and they told me it had been ready for a few days. Ridiculous. Attitude from the workers. List goes on and on. Never going there again

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience purchasing our first car At Rohrich Honda! The atmosphere was so fun (their music is bumpin’), the price of the car was amazing, and the experience was really memorable.
