Nice very helpful people but they do not have a lot of cars in stock

The sales experience is totally different than the service experience. This is my second review for the service department. I waited 2 months for an offsite Toyota rep to come and diagnose an known issue on my vehicle. Toyota does not have a fix for the known issue (no problem). It’s all about delivery and presentation when you are a service advisor. Very poor communication skills here. I’ve left here countless occasions with 3 different Toyota vehicles that I own. The fluids, or air pressure in the tires weren’t even checked properly. My Avalon was serviced here a few weeks ago, and it didn’t start after they completed my state inspection an emissions. The complimentary car wash is always overlooked, and by the looks of it the employees don’t make it to the wash either. DO Better NHTS. I’d recommend anyone to get there Toyota serviced anywhere but here. Absolutely Awful.
