We did NOT select this company!! My boyfriend had a car accident and flipped his car. The police called this horrible company to tow his vehicle. The police told us we had to go to the place of business to get his belongings out of the car. We go, they want $550 for the tow just for him to be able to access the vehicle and get his things. They told us he can sign the title over but nothing would be taken off of the $550 and we wouldn’t be getting any money for signing the title over either. The only thing he was willing to do was hold the storage fees until we could come up with the $550. Sorry we all don’t have money just laying around to waste like that. This company is HORRIBLE!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!! Ever!

My son was involved in an accident that required his car being towed. They arrived with a flat bed, backed up to the car and pulled it onto the flatbed. When i went to pick up the vehicle there was a 275 dollar charge for winching. I inquired about it and was told that they had to remove it from the telephone pole. When i said i was present durring the tow he claimed it took longer than normal. He is a crook!

A good family operation trustworthy and affordable thats how I would describe them.

Nobodies happy about a tow. But they made this terrible ordeal a little easier. They were professional, had reasonable prices, and were super nice.

Horrible service!! they told me my car smells like an earring back which was very insulting considering I let my pet raccoon go to the bathroom in my car. I wouldn’t recommend.

When I read the reviews, prior to picking up my car, I was pretty concerned but I have zero complaints! A kind woman waited on me immediately and the cost didnt seem exorbitant, considering where my car was towed from and how long it was in their lot.) Both of the employees that I spoke with today were very friendly.Just make sure you take cash. They dont accept any other forms of payment.

My car was towed from the curb of my street to Mike Joyce Automotive per the police officers order. Bellevue Borough decided to do leaves cleaning in January at 9 a.m. They chose this company for my big expense. By the time I found out about it and were able to get help to get there, they were closed !!!They open at 9 a.m. and close at 4.30 p.m. Very convenient for them and against people, because in order to take your car out, they want 135$ cash the same day. If you cant do it before 4.30 p.m. next day they want 80$ plus. They gave me a favor and charged 40$ plus, 175$ cash total when I came soon after they were open.RIDICULOUS RIP-OFF COMPANY :_(

So these people if you even wanna call them that, towed my truck supposedly for blocking someones driveway (which it wasnt) where i parked only because I couldnt get into MY OWN DRIVEWAY (WHICH SOMEONE ELSE WAS BLOCKING), yet they didnt tow them? The actual people who were parked illegally? So they basically just saw the biggest vehicle on the street (WHICH WAS PARKED LEGALLY MIND YOU) and thought oh-Ill make more money off this one than with the smaller (ACTUALLY ILLEGALLY PARKED) car. Hah okay buddy. I got a camera in front of my building and have all of it on video. Its Sunday and what do you know, convenietly for them, theyre closed. Thats cool too, but tomorrow Im pressing charges. I have everything on video. Good luck with that👌🏻 See you in court.

My car was towed here because of bellevue police when I could have had it picked up before hand. I didnt have the money because I couldnt get anything out of the car till the tow fee was paid. When they finally gave me my wallet hundreds of dollars was missing from it preventing me from getting my car out. Then i recieved a fine and restitution order for not paying these low life criminals. They stole my car and everytning in it.

They towed my car, overpriced, and surrounded by other tow lots. Decent employees, rubbing compound will erase the damage they did. Cough.

This place is a joke. Charge me $240 on impound fees bc they arent open Saturdays and sundays. Not to mention they got grease all over my passenger and back seat. CROOKS! Hope you establishment tanks!

My car was towed by the police with my paycheck and cell phone still inside. When I picked up the car at the lot both were missing.

I went here to get my vehicle inspected as I had just moved to the state. The price he quoted me was triple of what I was told it would cost by my friends. I then happened to look at the sign on the floor and noticed that his advertised rates were what I was told it would cost and he was trying me off. Needless to say I took my car elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. IT WAS THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING AND I HAD BEEN TOWED THANKSGIVING NIGHT.THEY DIDNT RETURN MY 6 CALLS NOR DID THEY CALL BACK.I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO GET A RESPONSE.THEY OVERCHARGED AND THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL.WORST EVER.
