Extremely unprofessional and unapologetic a few years ago when she allowed my ex husband to cancel my car insurance without ever notifying me. I was driving for several weeks with kids uninsured until thankfully by chance it was detected. I called her upper St Clair office frantic, and was advised that because my name was listed second on the policy it was within their right to drop me per my exes request. No thought to contact me and offer me an individual policy ???? It was the most bizarre conversation with no effort to improve the situation. State Farm really lost credibility and integrity from that day on.
